I have used this company twice to ship items from Young's auction in Akron. The last shipment that…read moreI just received will be the last shipment. If I need a shipper again there, I will try out the other option listed on the auction site, The UPS Shop, instead. This company flat ripped me off on shipping. They charged me $66.47 for a package of marbles that could have easily fit in and shipped in a medium USPS flat rate priority box. I even said that to the hoarse-voiced lady on the phone. She claimed that it wouldn't fit and that it was too heavy to ship that way. It was 9 lbs. I have had those same boxes packed full of heavy reloading lead shipped to me. Bottom line is that it should not have been a dollar over $45 at the very most including their fee, and I ship all the time. They also did an extremely poor packaging job. There was barely any cushion for vintage marbles. Two of the bags of marbles were busted open and all over in the box by the time I got them. The obviously repurposed packaging materials also smelled like mold. Absolutely pathetic. Never again.

I actually went to a UPS Shop last night and was told shipping and packaging would be $65. That didn't seem quite right, but for a UPS store it would be correct! I got up this morning and went to the Ship Center and watched my items get boxed up, added packaging to protect during shipping and my price out the door was $38.63. They also have a rewards program!! They have Penske trucks for rental! I've used that service as well! Also they make Banners, shirts, and any goodies you may need to promote your business! I've also used this service! All of this to say ~ I won't waste my Friday evenings after the Ship Center has closed going to UPS thInking it might be convenient this one time. IT definitely was not! I'll get up on Saturday and go to a business that cares!

She stated okay they will be $12 a page and I said never mind I'm going to FedEx it's cheaper there. She snapped back at me and said she didn't believe me in a very rude tone. I responded nicely saying no I went there earlier and they are charging $5.97 per page (half the price she is charging). Overall I had a bad experience here, the lady was mean and they charge more than FedEx. The interior is very disorganized and there's random stuff scattered everywhere. It is not a welcoming environment and I will not be back.

I work 45 minutes away and can only get to the post office on Saturdays, so I had to rearrange my plans to go get it. 30 minutes there and 30 minutes back. Called 4/8 to find out why the package showed "Out for Delivery" all day then was marked "Available for Pickup" that night. The person I spoke with said she made a mistake, and my delivery went on the wrong truck. OK, fine, it happens. The guys took a look at it, and long story short, it couldn't be fixed. While I was devastated, the guys there treated me very fairly. Kudos to Matt! They saw my disappointment and only charged me the diagnostic fee. I would not hesitate to take a computer there again for a repair. That said, they are slow on follow-up and need to communicate better with customers. Other than that, I have no complaints whatsoever.
