If I need a shipper again there, I will try out the other option listed on the auction site, The UPS Shop, instead. This company flat ripped me off on shipping. They charged me $66.47 for a package of marbles that could have easily fit in and shipped in a medium USPS flat rate priority box. I even said that to the hoarse-voiced lady on the phone. She claimed that it wouldn't fit and that it was too heavy to ship that way. It was 9 lbs. I have had those same boxes packed full of heavy reloading lead shipped to me. Bottom line is that it should not have been a dollar over $45 at the very most including their fee, and I ship all the time. They also did an extremely poor packaging job. There was barely any cushion for vintage marbles. Two of the bags of marbles were busted open and all over in the box by the time I got them. The obviously repurposed packaging materials also smelled like mold. Absolutely pathetic. Never again.

I actually went to a UPS Shop last night and was told shipping and packaging would be $65. That didn't seem quite right, but for a UPS store it would be correct! I got up this morning and went to the Ship Center and watched my items get boxed up, added packaging to protect during shipping and my price out the door was $38.63. They also have a rewards program!! They have Penske trucks for rental! I've used that service as well! Also they make Banners, shirts, and any goodies you may need to promote your business! I've also used this service! All of this to say ~ I won't waste my Friday evenings after the Ship Center has closed going to UPS thInking it might be convenient this one time. IT definitely was not! I have used them for copying, both color and black and white, and they do a great job. A bit pricy per page perhaps. I have used them for laminating services, and again they do a great job and it lasts. I have also used them for brochure printing. Normally they would print from a file, but I lost the initial file, so they copied the paper brochure itself, printed the copies I needed, AND professionally folded them into the tri-fold. This made it so much easier than trying to fold all those myself. Some other great services I have tried there: - Printing from their computers - Copying and scanning from their printers/copiers - Canvas printing- this one is really a great deal. You give them a picture and they print that picture on any size canvas frame you want. We do a family picture every year and hang them in our home.
