    I rushed in at end of business to make copies and mail off some important documents. There were 2…read morecustomers ahead of me but the gentleman behind the counter was super courteous-even going so far as the chase down the lady who had gone before me because she has left her laptop on one of the counters! Definitely above and beyond! All 3 of us were treated with care--given all of our options--and with meticulous attention to detail. He mentioned in small talk that he actually lives an hour from this location, so it's even more impressive that none of us felt rushed! The price to copy and mail a STACK of documents was under $20, so I will definitely be returning the next time the need arises...only next time, not so close to closing time!

Upon dropping a package off one day, Kenneth the manager said that he would adhere the shipping label and package up the very large box I brought in to ship. (Aprox 24x16) I trusted he would do it. Until about 3 days later I get a message from the recipient that instead of a large box containing his item he recieved a very small bag that contained something different. I immediately contacted the store. Gave them the tracking number we recieved and showed them the picture of the delivery UPS sent us as delivery confirmation of the small bag On his porch. I also showed them the picture that was sent to me from the recipient. The manager became very defensive! He said there was NO WAY he put our shipping label on the wrong package! He was very mad we accused him. * but think about it. How else would our correct shipping label go to the correct address but be the wrong package? I kept in contact with him to try and find our missing package. He stated he could get a copy of the camera tapes from inside the UPS store to find out exactly what happened with the label and package. I checked in almost daily to see about viewing the tape. The manager kept claiming that he was just waiting on the owner to send it over to him. But then 15 days after I shipped out the item he stated that he could have shown us the video on his phone but it is erased automatically after two weeks. Conveniently he told me in two weeks and one day. So the video feed had been erased from his phone. But he said the owner still had it and he was still trying to get him to send it. I checked back again and again. But still Kenneth stated that he hadn't heard from the owner. He said he was going to be at the store one day to meet with us (my wife and I). But he never showed. The employees gave us the owners name and email (ANUJ AMIN niruma.inc@gmail.com) We have emailed twice with no response. We finally found Kenneth the managers personal # (254-278-0201) because we found out he is also a realtor for AllCityRealstate. So I called him there. The next time I talked with him he stated that we already filed a complaint about him so he wasn't talking to us anymore. As a matter a fact on the phone he just kept saying "I'm not talking to you, I'm not talking to you, I'm not talking to you" and finally hung up. UPS states that the claim is closed because we got the managers # and we denied a replacement of our item. WE NEVER DENIED A REPLACEMENT OF OUR ITEM! From day one all we have wanted was an investigation done to find our item. Almost on a daily basis for almost a month thus far. The manager there denies any wrong doing. And is extremely rude! Watch out if he offers to tape your package for you! Or handle it for you at all!! He is very unprofessional to say the least. The employees there are actually very nice. But most just roll their eyes when you say his name. Because of all his lies we can not file a claim at all with UPS. Or recipient has lost out on his package and we have lost out on our item and our money.

For me, it comes down to working with a reliable professional who knows how to get the job done and truly understands customer service. On my most recent visit, Brian made me feel like I was the most important person in the room. He recognized me right away, came over with my flyers, and walked through each piece with me. I'm always impressed with the final proofs from his UPS Store. There's something special about collaborating with someone who genuinely cares about craftsmanship--reviewing the design together once it's printed and discussing the final output.     Solid Whole foods in the domain! Stopped by to grab some flowers and cake for a friend's birthday…read more They were quick to find and everybody loved the berry chantilly cake from the bakery! The fresh produce section is especially impressive -- the fruits and vegetables are beautifully stocked, and the colors are so vibrant that it honestly makes shopping more enjoyable. You can tell they put effort into keeping everything looking fresh and appealing. They also have a great variety of items, from everyday groceries to specialty foods and personal care products. It's one of those places where you can come in for just one thing and end up walking out with a few extra goodies because so many things look tempting. One of my favorite sections here is the flower area. They always have such cute and lovely arrangements, perfect for gifts or just to brighten up your home. We came this time specifically to pick up a birthday cake for my wife, and we're really glad we did. We found a nice small cake, and it turned out to be absolutely delicious -- light, flavorful, and not overly sweet. It was a perfect way to celebrate. Overall, this Whole Foods is a great spot for quality groceries, treats, and little special finds. We'll definitely be back for more yummy stuff in the future. Cheers!

Today I went to return an Amazon order, which is quite convenient, and received a 25% off coupon that must be used the same day. Boy, I got good use of that coupon! I bought gifts galore and got such a wonderful bargain. Most of the items were on sale and then got 25% off! They have name brand items and they have some less expensive things. It's very easy place to shop no matter what your budget. I highly recommend you visit!

    1 Star - Serious Customer Service & Equity Concern…read more I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Kohl's store in Georgetown. During my visit, I was repeatedly ignored by floor associates, despite employees actively assisting other customers standing directly beside me. I was never acknowledged or offered help. This selective engagement was noticeable and deeply concerning, and it raised serious questions about unequal treatment in the store. Compounding this issue, a prior transaction was never clearly explained, which resulted in me losing $23.33 in Kohl's Cash. When I contacted Kohl's corporate customer service for clarification and resolution, the experience was equally unsatisfactory. The representative did not attempt to review or look up the transaction and instead offered vague assumptions with no accountability, explanation, or effort to resolve the issue. As a customer, I expect consistent, fair, and professional treatment--both in-store and through corporate support channels. Unfortunately, this experience reflected a breakdown in customer service standards and a lack of ownership at multiple levels. Situations like this undermine trust and raise legitimate concerns about how customers are treated and supported. I strongly encourage store leadership and corporate management to review both the in-store conduct and the handling of customer inquiries, as this experience fell well below the standard expected from a national retailer.
