I arrived…read morewith my daughter and stood waiting for nearly 10 minutes while the employee, an older gentleman named Gary I believe, was busy taping boxes and did not acknowledge us or let us know he would be with us shortly. Initially, I was patient and understanding, assuming he was multitasking. However, after waiting with no communication, I asked if he could help us with our return. He responded that he was busy taping boxes and could not assist at the moment. What was frustrating is that the Amazon return process only requires a quick barcode scan, which takes seconds. Instead of briefly helping customers who were already waiting, we were left ignored. Overall, the lack of basic customer service and communication made the experience unpleasant. A simple acknowledgment or quick scan would have made a big difference.
