The worse FedEx Kinko's I've been to in Maryland. I walked in to print 2 pages from my email. Stayed for 15 minutes and never got the code to print. The connection was terrible. I couldn't even use their computers to print because internet was slow. It baffles me that you're offering services that uses the internet with such terrible internet service. Do not go to this location if you're rushing. read more

Been to this location in Laurel many times for various services. The staff here is always very helpful and friendly. I appreciated on two particular occasions I wasn't sure the best way to ship some items. They patiently helped me find the best way to package the items so I could get a better shipping rate. Saved a lot!!!! It's a busy facility yet they work fast and efficient ensuring people are not waiting too long in the line. Reasonable prices for making black and white paper copies. The copiers are easy to use and accepts credit cards for payment. I appreciate this as I usually don't have coins available when I need them for these purposes. Can't comment on any other type of printing services as I've never used it. Highly recommend this location for your FedEx service needs. read more

***3.5 stars*** I habe been to this location to to ship and drop-off packages. I have also used the scanning services. For the most part every visit has been fine with a couple of comments. Depending on who is working, you get mixed responses when it comes to customer service. One time i had chase an employee down to ask her if they had scanners and how to use them. Usually employees greet you coming in their store and ask if they can help. Not the case, 50% of the time. read more

This location is convenient, right off Route 1 in Laurel. Because it's right on Route 1, though, a major north-south road, cars are always zipping by. It's difficult to turn left into the shopping center going southbound, so drive carefully. The parking lot has ample parking as well. The staff are friendly, attentive, quick, and good at their jobs. I never have to spend more than a couple minutes to go in and out. It's never been extremely busy, either. Maybe I've gotten lucky with the timing! read more

I visited this store this past Tuesday after being let down by Shutterfly. I had ordered a poster sized photo collage from them for my sister's viewing which was that same day only to have it never arrive even though I paid almost $25 additional dollars in shipping alone. I am so grateful to this store for saving the day. I explained the situation to Keilani, the staff member that was at the printing counter that day. She was so understanding of the situation. She was able to get us a 20x30 foam board collage within the hour. This service usually takes at least 24 hours. The collage served as a wonderful tool to bring smiles at memories during an otherwise sad event in our lives. I am extremely grateful. read more

FedEx was suppose to deliver my package to my home. I was emailed that my "package was refused by the recipient" just after it was loaded onto the truck. I spent all day on the phone with customer service trying to locate my package. Customer service told me that I could pick up my package in Laurel instead. When I got there my package still couldn't be located. Hannah did a great job calling the service line, having them find my package and getting it re-re-routed to the Laurel location. It was on its way back to the sender. The next day Hannah had my package sitting on the counter as I walked in. As a former customer service worker, I appreciate the extra effort and energy given by employees when they are trying hard to provide quality service. FedEx pissed me off but Hannah made my day. I visited this store quite a lot prior to my son's wedding in November 2016. I first went in looking to print some pictures onto vellum paper. Teahna was so helpful. She worked almost an hour on getting exactly what I wanted. She never got frustrated nor did she try to do a rush job just to get me out of there! LOL She saw this was very important to me and she stuck with it. When we were finally able to print them, they were just what I was expecting. A lot of other people came in while I was there for other printing jobs and the girls at the package pick-up/drop-off desk would come over and help......no one was just left waiting. I went back several more times to print the programs and some 8x10's. I worked with Kailani for this and she was also very helpful. Everything that I asked for, she did for me; no matter how many times I changed my mind or how tedious it was. One evening, she even stayed past her time to get off in order to finish something with me. It was a crazy time for me but working with these two young women was a great experience. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and dedicated. What more could a customer want?! read more

Visited this location earlier today and the staff was very charismatic and they were very helpful....I payed with a large bill and the cash register was low on big bills, so the cashier had to count out my 94 dollar change out in all one dollar bills .
