    I had a great experience here. I got a high quote at UPS, so I wanted to try my luck at FedEx. Gered/Jered greeted me with a warm smile, under neath his mask and I was serviced with care and patience. I had a great experience here. Thank you to an awesome staff.

Their downfall is service. They forget that customer service makes or breaks businesses. I have gone here a few times because this was the only return option offered by Amazon. The staff is extremely rude. I have never witnessed such rudeness. The older man an older woman are particularly short when they speak to customers with so such condescension. I thought the first time possibly, the woman at the desk just had a tough day so I dismissed it. However, this was ongoing to the point that I began to dread having to return or mail anything requiring UPS. The UPS staff at this store are awful. If you mail something and have a question, they display short tempers and scream at you causing a scene if front of other customers. They have no patience. During all my visits each staff was rude as though it was their right to mistreat customers. I remained quiet because I was raised not to disrespect my elders. I do not think it appropriate to mistreat others and it's not ok for them to mistreat me. I just could not continue to witness how badly they treat customers so I refuse to go back to this store again. The store is dismal and dingy. The staff is not diverse and I wonder if that impacts their treatment of customers. The staff is always frowning as though they hate their jobs and the customers. The review that indicates that they charge a dollar for a small piece of tape is true. So please make sure to take your own tape with you. The UPS in Laurel, Maryland on Fort Meade Road is where I go now. They are the complete opposite of the UPS store on Baltimore Avenue. The Fort Meade Road UPS is awesome. The staff is overly kind and diverse. They looked at me with suprise when I asked how much it would cost for a piece of tape to tape up my box. Every time I go the UPS store on Fort Neade Road the staff tapes the box close for me at no charge. They are always welcoming and kind. They keep a little basket of goodies for children at the front. The store is bright, clean, welcoming and organized. The staff readily assist you with smiles. I will never go back to the UPS store on Baltimore Avenue in Laurel, MD. Sorry to say, but it is the worst In customer service.

    The positive: the delivery guys were nice. That's about where the compliments end. The RXO…read moreexperience started with a dud as I got a notice from Samsung that my TV was going to be delivered only for it to somehow disappear and RXO tell me it wasn't coming. 2 weeks later I get another notice of delivery only to once again learn it would not get delivered but that I needed to reach out to schedule a new delivery date. One would think that if they couldn't deliver they would schedule you for the next day or as soon as possible. Nope. I called and got a delivery date for a week later. So now I'm 3 weeks post when I should have received it and I am given a window of 10-2 for the delivery. However, it doesn't show up until about 2:45 and, as a result, I was unable to go to the event I planned to that afternoon that I would have been able to attend had they showed up on time. Oh well, at least the guys were nice!

    Worse then useless. They scheduled a delivery with a four hour window of 1-5pm. So far so good…read more 5pm comes around an no info, no delivery. I called the number, no one was working at that time but the automated bot tells me I should expect a delivery between 5-7pm. Not a problem if they are running late. 7pm rolls around and no info, no delivery. Called the bot again and the delivery window is now 7-9pm. I have some doubts, but ok. 9pm is here, no info, not delivery. Bot now says it is tomorrow. I call them when there are people on the office and was told they tried to contact me, which never happened. Then they told me the next delivery time was next week, since they only deliver to my area once a week. No "we are sorry, we'll have it to you today", no nothing. I ask how can they/I be sure I'll actually see them next week since they actually have such a blase attitude on making deliveries and have no issues lying about it. After escalating it within RXO and the retailer (LG), nobody can do anything. I tell LG (who has had this back ordered for two months) to keep their stupid TV I don't want it, and RXO that they are incompetent liars. I then ordered a better TCL TV from Best Buy for less money and hopefully reliable delivery. I hope RXO loses money on having to return the TV they failed to deliver back to LG.
