I think the longest I've been there is maybe 7 minutes? And that's just because someone was retrieving my order and there was a very short line. Even the self service email to print function works pretty well here. Overall, I don't dread dropping by this location as I know I'll be able to get in and out pretty fast and leave with a quality product. They only had two, which made me feel bad for tying up one machine for an hour, but that's how long it took to print two 200-page documents in full color.
