I had a PO Box at this business for 6 months as I was building my new home. The owners and employee were very friendly and courteous. Even after I closed my box, they held my mail and called me when they received something that I might need. I would highly recommend this business. read more

I mailed a package on the morning of December 27th paying $50 dollars to get 2 day shipping. 6 DAYS later I looked up the tracking number and it said it was still waiting to get picked up from parcel post. I called and they told me to wait until the end of the day to see if it comes in. At 10pm on January 2nd I got a notification from the tracking number that it had just gotten to usps and wouldn't be delivered until the 5th. When I called they wouldn't refund me and blamed it on the post office saying "I don't know what happened that day. It might have been a storm, but even if they picked it up the next day it should have gotten there by now. So I don't know what happened. It happened to a few packages we received that day." So I paid $50 to wait 9 days for my package to get delivered... no refund no explanation just "this is what happens around the holidays." read more

As you can see the majority of these reviews are from years ago when the previous owners owned parcel post. They were absolutely friendly, helpful, amazing and just made you feel welcomed. These new owners are rude, have a stank attitude, condescending, and are of no help whatsoever. Before acquiring a PO Box at a third party forwarder, let me forewarn you in advance, you will not be able to forward your mail the normal way by going online and updating the address or putting the card in the mail, literally, the third party forwarder (Parcel Post) after you close your box will forward your mail for a fee. When I closed the box I was told by a lady there that I can just come and pick up any mail without paying however, per the owner she says not true and that she will not release my mail. Initially, I wanted to say F it and have her return to sender all my mail but I ended up paying $5.00 to receive my mail and I told her anything else to return to sender. The female owner and male owner in lack of other words is a bad word I will not say, she overtalks, seldom speaks even if you do say hello. Always has an attitude. The other women who work part time have been friendly and never had issues with them. But I knew when the old owners sold, there would be customer service related issues. And even after paying the $5.00 half of the damn mail was junk so now I wish I told her to return to sender everything then. But it's cool, I guess they really need and struggle for $5.00. I don't anticipate them remaining in business long as I'm quite sure those that had boxes with the old owners have probably been closing or will close soon. After 5 1/2 years of dealing parcel post it really sucks to be left with such a bad taste in my mouth and to top it off to argue and get out of character with someone like the owner who totally wasn't worth it. But I no longer have to see or deal with them again. read more

Parcel Post began as an independent family business and today is is the heart of the entire shopping center! They operate PC Pros in the same store. The entire family is very nice and helpful! I have been a customer of this business since they first opened their door and highly recommend anybody who needs to ship, print, notarize, purchase unique specialty items, repair a smart phone, tablet, laptop or a desktop. They can now remote to your device with you on the phone and repair a great deal of things. It is like going to visit friends and I visit them often. THE BEST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR COMPUTER IN PLANO!!! I discovered Parcel & PC Pros off Alma and Hedgcoxe last week and couldn't be happier with the service they provided. I had been looking for a good PC repair place in town and this place totally blew me away. Their degree of customer service and expertise while helping me with my computer was by far the best I have ever experienced. Not only did they remove the malware and trojans that had infected my PC, they sat down with me and really explained the different protection software that is available and walked me through how to keep my computer safe in the future. They were so incredibly helpful and really treated me as if I were family and not just a customer. I sound like I'm singing "Technologic," but only at Parcel Post can I mail packages to loved ones, print resumes and fax job-related documentation, get my computer or my sister's phone fixed, play with blocks while I'm waiting in line, and have heart to hearts with the people working there. Jason, Vicki, and Tony always go out of their way to help me with visual things since I can't see, such as signing papers, printing labels, etc. They've even been here for me as I've gone through the process of publishing my book, helping me to sign and scan permission forms and other things like that. I shipped a guitar amp through these folks via UPS. The wooden cabinet was broken in shipment. They refused to make an insurance claim so I went around them and spoke to UPS myself - UPS allowed the claim but I had to go through these idiots. They fumbled around and finally got me my $2200, minus a $60 charge. There are plenty of alternatives to these fools. read more
