First, with a positive, the follow up and customer service is great. It has to be, due to the following comments listed. 2. Moved a 1 bedroom apt( bedframe , mattress, dresser , 2 TVs , and a sofa), and it took 5 hours , with a locked elevator , in the same building, separated by 2 floors.Everything additional was boxed or bagged. No loose items. 3. They attempted to change the charges the day of the move , even though we had confirmed less than 24 hours prior. Claimed the 3rd person Was due to their double booking, snow , etc . And the additional man would speed up the process . Did i mention this simple 1 bedroom move took 5 hours for an in building, one bedroom transfer? Does that seem expedited ? Everything was a group effort, and teaching moment. this slowed the move down. For example, it Took 20 minutes of discussion to figure out how to disassemble a bed frame efficiently . Constantly going back and forth to the moving truck on the clock ( for what idk ) . If not watched , disappearing for 15-20 minutes at a time . 4. I was advised that I could leave my dresser items in the drawers, and they could move them efficiently. I now have to find someone to take my dresser apart, due to items some how making their way to inside unreachable areas insiders dresser. 5. I have to find someone to reassemble my sofa. They didn't put it back together. 6. You're charged 30 minutes to and from . So, you owe an hour before they start . They didn't have to leave the property, but charged me fuel . How do you charge someone fuel, and time for arrival, and departure ? Seems like the rate is only labor . You're also charged for any items used to rap to transport furniture . The intimation that they try to give you when you book is that is inclusionary. 7. With a discount, A DISCOUNT, this move cost me $1,000. Between the random 3rd man up charge , wrapping items for the large furniture , fuel charge , insurance that they make you cover that they don't disclose until the last minute that is almost $200 additional ... 8. Moved my items into the hallway, and left them there unattended while moving. 9. Even if you pay by phone, they want you to write your credit card information on a random piece of paper. It's a hard NO, for me. Yes, I signed, and let them go about their business. It's exhausting to keep debating obvious discrepancies, and hidden fees during a move which is a top 3 stressor in general. Just .... Don't . Use someone else .

I booked my move a week in advance and paid a $100 deposit after being told it would guarantee my moving date and secure my spot. Then, only 3 days before my scheduled move, the manager -- I believe his name was David -- called to tell me they were fully booked for the entire week and that my move would either need to be rescheduled or canceled altogether. I made it very clear from the beginning that my apartment lease ends on the 31st and that I needed to move before then. Had this company been honest about the fact that paying a deposit did not actually guarantee service, I would have hired another moving company much earlier. Now I'm left scrambling at the last minute, despite having everything planned out. I also have to report to work in another state on the 1st, so this has created a major inconvenience and unnecessary stress. To make matters worse, speaking with them on the phone was a complete disaster. The communication was unprofessional, disorganized, and unacceptable. They agreed to refund the $100 deposit, but that does not make up for the inconvenience, stress, and potential consequences this situation may cause me. If I receive penalties from my landlord for a late move-out or face any employment-related consequences because of this company's failure to honor their commitment, I will absolutely be exploring all possible legal and consumer protection options.

    I had never tried a laundry service where they pick up your items from your door, wash them, and…read morebring them back to you. In my case, I had a comforter that was too large to fit in my washing machine and I had been putting off getting it cleaned (don't judge me). Mainly because I had just moved right before the covid-19 pandemic hit. One day, something spilled on it and I had to get it cleaned, asap. I did a quick Yelp search and came across this service. In my case, I placed the order the day before and they came right to my house the next day a bit earlier than the scheduled time. I just had to put the comforter on my front step for them. The surprising part is how quick the service was. They came around noon to pick it up and I had it back on my front porch by the end of the workday. Comforter was clean, pressed, and smelled fresh. They even repacked it in a plastic bag and returned the original bag I packed it in. I think I will be using this service more often, especially now that social distancing is going to be the norm for a few months it seems. I will probably still use them afterwards just for the convenience. I did have a few issues with their website. For some reason, it was hard to schedule a time to have them pick up my items, but the owner Sherrita was nice enough to schedule the time for me. She was very quick with her response and professional.     Veronica is SO lazy! Pretty sure they are charging companies for shipment when they're not shipping…read moreanything. I took a small box in and had a scan code that was prepaid. After she scans it she decides to tell me that I need another box as she can't ship it in the box it was in. So I told her I would get my own box. Two days later I go to a diff UPS store and they tell me that THIS store processed my label so I can't use it anymore??! The UPS rep told me that this ups store needs to go into the system on the date I went in and use the last 4 of the tracking and cancel the transaction. I called this store whilst in the other UPS and Veronica answers telling me to call 3 hrs later when a manager comes in. I asked why she couldn't do it? She's says she doesn't know how...so I tell her how. She responds with 'we have 8 diff systems' I don't know which one. How do you as a UPS employee not know how to go into the system for a simple cancellation you should've done in the first place?

    Not sure what was happening. Weird vibe in store. Person who helped me mumbled, talked too softly…read moreto hear her well, and frankly sucked at communicating her wants or needs from me. Then the manager started sticking up for her saying what a good job she was doing when I expressed confusion at what I was being told. Huh? Think I'll try somewhere else next time. I have no confidence my packages will be processed correctly. And I left slightly weirded out.
