As far as employees go for FedEx, this location has very kind and helpful ones. I've used scanning and copying and printing services here and have been satisfied each time. Parking is usually available out front, sometimes I've had to park around the side. Price is standard, pricey in my opinion, but it is what it is if you need these types of services. read more

Consistent problem with getting people to follow directions and instructions for delivery. Package is constantly dumped at the front of the street even when front gate is open without delivering on front porch. Rating them one out of five on their site is a joke as it doesn't do anything to get any action. The personnel are not well informed to look into online information For instruction delivery. Management locally can be left messages but never call you back. Online system when packages delivered with a rating does not work you hit the rating number of stars and it takes you to some other site so their websites not even working. Slightly transphobic and unaccommodating to someone who is transgender. They asked for my drivers license, and then proceeded to use my birth name on all my mail, even tho that is not my actual name. I don't want to go back here because of my bad experience. There is a print station that was useful though. I'm not sure if they ask for a drivers license for all mail, I just assumed they asked me for my drivers license since I was mailing internationally. I won't be returning here if I have to mail anything, but I may or may not return if I need to print something. read more

This review is 100% about the staff at this specific location, all 3 people I was in contact with during my visit were wonderful. Begi with the gentleman on the phone who helped guide me there when I was having trouble locating the shop through the 2 ladies who were working the front counter that helped complete my shipment I am very satisfied with my experience. It may seem simple enough to ship a package but I've had some terrible experiences in the past and it was great to have such friendly staff support me. Definitely recommend this store for service! I stopped in here on 7-17-2021 after leaving UPS, which is another story in itself. I wanted to ship 10 umbrellas. I needed either tubs or boxes, but had been having trouble finding either. As I approached the counter with my request I was met by Hope who truly was a help. She made a couple of suggestions and I ended up going with boxes. The boxes she made right there because I was watching. :) She was very good about making the boxes; making sure to seal them up nice and tight. She allowed me to put the finishing touches on each box. This took a little over 2 hours but it was well worth it. Anna, who also works here, assisted with the order too. Very pleasant ladies. The store would get busy in spurts but these two didn't get flustered. I really appreciate your patience and attention to detail. I will definitely be back. read more

My packages were marked as delivered on my account. I was at home and no one knocked on my door. I looked outside 3 minutes after the documented delivery time. Nothing. Maybe they were scanned and on the way? I later realized that my packages were delivered to my neighbor's house. These were important, time-sensitive items that I needed for work. I wanted to contact Fedex just to make them aware to be more careful. No one was available. Unfortunately, I had no control over the company that was used to deliver my items. But I will never personally choose to use Fedex. read more

All my packages arrived in California today and I couldn't be more pleased. The staff clearly did a bit more packing after I left the store because I found a few items in one of the boxes that had been individually wrapped so they'd be more stable in the UHaul wardrobe boxes I was using to ship everything. I appreciate it so much. When I'm back in VA to ship more stuff from storage, I know this is the place when I'm going. read more

Horrible customer service. FedEx online states our package was scanned into the store. But the store claims the driver did not give them the package. Store manager was unwilling to attempt to try to contact driver. The manager was only willing to say I say it's not not here or it's not here with zero proof or more importantly caring or understanding that a $1k package is missing. Personal it sounds like either fraud or incompetence either way they appeared to be ok with it. Never using Fed Ex again. read more

In early February, I took a trip to Italy and attended a wine tasting at Tenuta Torciano Winery near Florence. I ordered four bottles of wine which would be shipped back via Fedex. The U.S. is a big market for Tenuta Torciano, so they drop ship from their warehouse in Illinois. A couple of times, Fedex tried to deliver while I was at work at not able to sign for the package. The package was delivered out of this Fedex location. I work long hours during the week and am not able to sit at home all day waiting to sign for a package. I went into the Fedex app and scheduled a two-hour window for delivery. I was asked to pay about $11.00 to schedule a two-hour window. I had to enter my debit card information to schedule the delivery for a time I knew I would be home. Never mind the fact that the seller had already paid the shipping. I shouldn't have to pay extra for something I am entitled to already. I am very angry. I will write them a letter and demand a refund. This company has extremely inflexible policies. Be very careful when ordering a package you have to sign for. read more

The blond woman at the counter said it is 7 dollards to resize the image which needed a very little adjustment. Now, think about it!!! im printing 1000 copies. There a young guy who works here that is always friendly and knowledgeable. Even when there is a ton of people in the store, he never appears over whelmed. I can appreciate a worker that can keep his cool. While the prices at all FedEx are outrageous, good service and convenience of the location will keep me and plenty of others coming back for more. read more

I went there and there were three customers already there. Clay greeted me while he was helping a customer. There was a customer at the copy machine and one at the fax. The customer in front of me was told his package would arrive on Monday (today is Friday) and he became annoyed because he had been sent to drop off a package he thought would arrive tomorrow (Saturday). Clay remained calm and helpful as he explained what needed to be done. When it was my turn as he was helping me he checked on the other that was coping and faxing without me feeling he wasn't being fully attentive to me. I must say that this Kinkos exceeded my expectations in customer satisfaction! I am sure the big reason behind is Brandie, she was just a pleasure to work with & an absolute professional! I had a huge project involving a few thousand pages & she helped me come up with options & made it pain free, except when she handed me the bill. Brandie even phoned me when the print job was completed & ready for pick up. I hope Kinkos give her a bonus and a promotion coz I am almost 100% certain all the positive reviews here on Yelp for this Kinkos location is 'coz of Brandie! You def have to give it to the folks at these small locations such as this. Typically it's a 1 person shift and you may see two but that is the overlapping for next shift. Layout is same as other mini locations. So if your use to one being a regular. You should not be confuse about the others. This one has Fedex ground and express shipping services up to like 150 lbs. shipping and office supplies for sale. A lot of print services. You may want to call and confirm what they can and can not do for your time line or time of day and week you want to do it. If you submit an online order; safe to call and confirm they have receive it and they understand what was submitted. They have 1 physical computer workstation. 2 empty cubes for like your own laptop. They have 1 self service copier that does black & white, color on letter, legal and 11x17 size. The self serve copier can take a credit card. You do want to make sure and select appropriate black and white or color option instead of assuming. Prices for print on size and ink preference is labeled just above the usb/credit card unit. read more
