I was greeted with a warm smile and help that lasted for over an hour while my faxes were being sent. Do not use the store! They took $102 from me for a required overnight, early morning delivery to Williamsburg, VA (a mere 2.5 hour drive). Package delivered too late - 1.5 days later without explanation. Franchise owner, Kiran, flat out refuses to give even a partial refund, claiming he lacks the authority. Corporate is stonewalling me. I had to PAY MONEY to have this package held at a store because delivery to my house was delayed by weather. This turned out to be a waste, due to UPS' horrible phone policy and terrible customer service reps. Weather is one thing, but alter your service or hours on google so customers know what to expect. I have a time sensitive package to pick up, now late by more than a week because of weather, and called earlier in the day to ask about hours regarding the bad weather. The phone number listed is a 703 area code, but forwards to a general Customer service line. The customer service rep was snappy about me "calling the wrong number" and wouldn't forward me to the store. I left work early to rush over before the listed hours of 7pm and got to the store at 6:55pm to a sign that says "closed for weather, sorry for the inconvenience." Well this wasn't just ONE inconvenience, but THREE, all because of lazy service. After I collect my package, I will be switching all my personal deliveries to the post office, where at a minimum, I know I'll receive my packages appropriately. I had an unusual thing happen when I shipped a return to an auto parts supplier and UPS delivered it back to my house. The tracking info from the original return says there is a delay which is weird. I went to the UPS Store in Lorton where I had done the return and they were no help. The informed me that they are a franchisee and not UPS. The customer service was completely absent. I would recommend using a different UPS Store than the Lorton location. read more

Customer service here is never helpful. I walk in get called over she immediately says we don't print labels you can use the computer over there for a fee and we don't give free tape. Never asked what I needed or anything. I simply grabbed my box and walked out without saying a word. I'll travel the extra 10 min and go elsewhere from now on. read more

By far the worst UPS store I've ever visited. Everyone that entered had a bad experience it seemed. So you have to pay extra for taping up boxes , printing QR codes etc. the customer service isn't good- I love the UPS store in Springfield, for those willing to drive 12-14 min out I would recommend going there! read more

I came to this store to ship a next day air package. 24 hours later, after it was supposed to be delivered to the destination, it has still not been picked up and this store has given me the runaround all day about it. If your last pick up time is 45 minutes before the store closes (which makes no sense anyway), DONT ACCEPT PACKAGES UNTIL CLOSING. They're guaranteed to be delayed if you don't get here before a certain time and even still, it doesn't sound like there is daily pickup. read more

I stopped in here on 6-27-2022 to have some papers notarized! Kiran Shrestha is the owner and the one who completed the work!! He was competent and efficient. It took just a few minutes. He was polite and explained what was happening, although I am familiar with the process. Now that I know the hours, I can see myself coming back again. This UPS store is located in the Lorton Station Marketplace, a couple doors down from the hibachi restaurant. The staff here are pretty friendly and take their time with each of their customers! They have various shipping and delivery options available, and even offer printing services for Amazon return labels - super convenient! I have been coming to this UPS for years returning cable boxes for my residents. Today I had one do the rudest employee experience ever. It must of been a new employee, with earrings in his ear, not sure if he was upset, but basically would not listen to me when I was trying to explain something to him. I asked another associate with black long her if I could speak to a manger and she told me that if he couldn't help me there was nothing anyone could do. Worst UPS store in this area - don't use them if you want your packages to arrive on time or undamaged! I shipped a box through this UPS Store and had to admonished a young man for being rude and throwing boxes into the bend and not handling it with care. I asked him his name because I was going to report him to management and he said "Tony". I'm not sure if he was telling the truth but ironically the package ended up being damaged and not getting to the destination. I will definitely report this UPS Franchise their franchise headquarters. I recommend any other people having issues with this location to do the same! Hi everyone, I just wanted to post this warning regarding the UPS store at Lorton Station. I was out there this morning to use their printer and printed out a copy of a document that I needed, after I completing the service, I requested the receipt to be sent via email, I left the store and went on about my business. I noticed not receiving a receipt via email as requested and when I got home, I check my bank account and noticed that I was charged $20.00 instead of the $3.48 that service should of have cost. I called the store, and I was told that they have signs next to the computers that warns that they only accept credit cards and not debit cards, and that if you use a debit card additional charges will apply. I never saw that sing next to the computer station that I used; however, I did mention to the clerk that I perhaps I missed reading the sign as it perhaps is to small and not visible enough, the clerk just laughed and told me to call my bank and dispute the charge. Bottom line is that this is unethical business practice and I just want to give others a warning on what to expect if you visit this store. I will never go back again to this store and for me is also lessons learn as for next time I will verify final price and request a printed receipt. read more

I moved to my Lorton this year and started using this FedEx for my print job needs and have used them 3 or 4 times now. Every instance requires multiple trips. On my first stop in after my print job is scheduled to be completed the store worker will inform me that the store did not receive the print job. The business also has no sense or order as it's always quite messy behind the counter, and lacks any sense or organization or process. After the most recent incident I went to pick up my jobs two days after their promised completion date. At that time the desk working informed me they had not received the print job. I asked to speak to a manager who was on shift at that time and instead of accepting responsibility or acknowledging that this was poor customer service, he blamed it on the UPS website. From a customer perspective, I never need to know where the breakdown is. I expect management to acknowledge the customer's need and business' promises were not met. It is completely unsatisfactory that any level of leadership would attempt to avoid responsibility or attempt to correct it and instead throw the company they represent under the bus in front of a customer. I went back two days later to pick up my two jobs and again only one was ready. I asked the member on shift if he needed my order number or even name (again, no processes here) and he said "that won't help." The gentleman on shift then called the manager and let him know that "some guy was here for a print job and only one was printed." They had me email my remaining print jobs to the store but now I'll need to go back a third time for a print job. I would not recommend this UPS store for any business. It's run by chaos, chance and happenstance. If you need something printed, it would be more time-efficient to make your own paper and ink. read more

Made appointment for notary service. Notary not there at scheduled time so left my number, went home and waited for them to call. Got a call and drove back. Then had to wait for him again, only for him to look at my document, and tell me he couldn't do it. Went to bank and they took care of it. Do not recommend notary service at this location. read more

So my fax machine decided to break on me when I had to fax out important documents. I drove over there with my hyper 3 year old praying for a miracle. The guy behind the counter with the glasses and longer hair with highlights was amazing to my hyper son. His personality was so wonderful. While I was on the phone trying to get the right fax number for the company I was sending the fax to he was entertaining my son. He was so kind to my son. Used Google maps to find a UPS off of our route without detouring too much. The other reviews on Google were five stars--great! Sunny greeted and assisted us as soon as we walked through the front door. We had planned to ship four packages and we had been to three different USPS and UPS locations prior to arriving at this branch. All three packages were significantly cheaper here. Also, Sunny even recommended a cheaper way to mail two separate packages by combining them into one USPS envelope. He saved me at least $10 and saved us at least another $10 for our two other packages combined. I can't say enough good things about this branch. I always look for great service and competent people--it assures me that my precious packages will get to their final destination. When you can save us money, that's an even bigger bonus!! Highly recommend this place! How convenient is it that it's in a shopping complex? We picked up a bite to eat right after. I went there to print something and was told to log into my email to access the file. Mind you - you have to swipe your credit card before all that so when you login and try to retrieve your file, the time is counting on you. Anyway - I did all that and when I tried to print the file, their PDF application is outdated so I couldn't print. It keeps asking me to download and everything, which I did but no luck printing the two pages I needed. The disappointing part was, even if I didn't print anything (although i wested my time trying), I was charged at the end for the time I used the laptop, which I think is ridiculous . read more
