Use UPS or USPS. I went there on February 10th. I was told it would be 11 dollars for 2 day shipping or 42.70 for overnight. The package got there 2 days later. When I called to get my money refunded, I was told I needed an invoice even though I had a receipt. After repeated calls, I was referred to the website to file a claim and the company told me I gave them the wrong address and shut down the claim even though the package was delivered albeit later than I paid for. I am big on placing my print orders online because it makes things easier and cuts down on time spent waiting in the store, so I am a fan of Fedex Office in this regard. They always do things in a timely fashion... I never have to wait even when there is no rush. For example, I placed an order on Wednesday night. I immediately got the confirmation of the order, and shortly there after another confirmation that it was done. I did not even need the order until Thursday at 11am. What was nice was the courtesy call that one of the girls from the Monroeville location gave me. She wanted to make sure I knew it was done in the event I wanted to pick it up sooner. Very nice and that little extra added customer service. When I picked it up the next day, I was greeted with that same type of service. They are top notch there. Everyone is always good at this location for that (which unfortunately is not consistent across the other local locations). read more

Horrible place. All fed ex sites in Pittsburgh are horribly understaffed. I went there with a simple copy drop off, and waited 25! Minutes. No one even asked what I wanted or greeted me. I was first in line and still waited. It was a simple drop off and could have taken a minute, but they never realized that as they never bothered to even greet me. I said I was leaving and one of the two employees said, "sorry, it is crazy tonight". There were literally five customers in the whole place. The problem was they waited on the two people ahead of me exclusively and left the other three like me standing there. You do not let two people dominate your time with people waiting. There was no manager, just two lousy employees. It is like this at every kinkos fed ex. It's a full service FedEx Print Shop. I have dropped of Ground packages there and the last pickup time for FedEx ground is 6:00pm. It is open 24 hours and I have gotten some printing done as well. The print quality has always been very good with the exception of when I needed some 11x17 copies made. Each page had a small crease in the corner. The employee dude changed the paper, but the problem didn't go away. Also the toner wasn't as sharp as expected. Overall a great place for your office and shipping needs. Also, they have bathrooms. I had a bad experience at a Staples where they were not willing to help my rush service and in addition, the manager did not care to acknowledge the mistake that was made on the associates part for not informing me why they couldn't print. Here I was distraught on my way to my interview because it would look unprofessional if I did not have a copy of my resume. A few minutes to the interview I noticed there was a FedEx Kinko. I stopped in and asked if they would be able to assist me in an immediate turnaround for my resume. The manager was more than happy to help, he said that we could do this for you immediately no problem. They printed out my resume and I ended up asking for two copies. He printed on nice resume paper and told the associate just to make sure to get it done as soon as possible because he wanted to make sure that I could get my interview on time. Once done he handed it to me, wished me good luck and told me not to worry about paying for the two copies. I have to say that that was one of the best experiences I've ever had and I hope to get this job because if I do I will be sure to give my business to this location all the time.
