Design-wise, I could always use a lot of improvement! However, the amazing printing quality of Trinity Press's services and top-of-the-line small and large format printers always make my artwork look much better than it is! ;) The colors are always vivid and rich and make everything pop. They spoil me with how much ink they use per print! I have regularly ordered hundreds of print and poster orders from Trinity Press over the past 4 years (just in case it is helpful, my usual dependable go-to paper specs are full-bleed color on 80-lb glossy cover stock) and they have been extraordinarily prompt and professional with every order and my horrendous procrastination. After having used multiple printing companies in the past, I can say Trinity's pricing is extremely fair and affordable! They respond lightning quick to emails and calls, and I often experience turnaround times of within 2 business days even for last-minute, massive orders. Whenever I've had self-made delays or numerous questions, they always patiently help me even though I'm simply a layperson and not a cool studio or corporation. Throughout all the time I've liberally used them, Trinity Press has consistently upgraded their printing technology and their (already huge) range of services. If ever I pitch odd ideas to them that aren't quite part of their repertoire just yet, they respond with such an open mind and willingness to try to figure out good solutions for us. I've personally only ordered paper prints from Trinity Press so far but every time I go pick up my orders, I've gotten to see many of their other freshly-made products in person. They do excellent work on apparel screen printing, business cards, mailers, flyers, cards, invites, banners of all kinds (from pop-up ones to massive ads that fit on a building). If anyone has a printing job where quality and turnaround time are super important, please give Trinity Press a try! They have treated us like royalty for years and are very, very generous with their ink, expertise, and patience!

The quality of the materials we received was exceptional, and we were proud to present these to our client. Since 2017, Vox has consistently supported us to fulfill client needs with products that are both professional in quality and competitively priced. Previously, when faced with urgent printing needs, we found ourselves at larger retail stores, and each time we walked away feeling that their offerings were less satisfactory in terms of both quality and cost. Our small office is in midtown Atlanta, and Vox offers us reasonably priced delivery options. Thank you, Cindy, Andrew and team, for once again helping us meet another demanding deadline. We highly recommend you try Vox Pop Uli for your marketing and printing needs.

Let me just say Voxpopuli in Norcross, GA, is AMAZING in customer service and product delivery. If…read moreI could review this company at a higher rating, I would. I will definitely use their services again. Order something from them! You won't be disappointed! The backstory: We wanted to order golf visors for our annual Golf Tournament. I originally went to another well-known printing company (unnamed, but the logo looks like an octopus) and placed an order. Knowing that I should plan on a delay in shipping or the "just-in-case" scenario, I ordered our visors 1-1/2 months early. I had excellent customer service up front, and then the ball dropped! Before the initial delivery, an excuse. "There would be a delay, but no worries, a discount to tide you over." I chocked that up as not a big deal, things happen. I thought "Well I'm glad I placed my order well in advance." Then, excuse #2. "Item would be delayed another week." I called to speak with a team member to ask what the issues might be, and they assured me nothing was wrong with my design or logo. A little perplexed, I began to worry because I was expecting it was out on a truck and there was an issue in transit. Then delay #3. I called and spoke with a team member who said that the printing machine was having issues (mind you, the delivery was to happen two weeks earlier) with my design, the font and size of my lettering. I said "Wait, hold up!" My design was supposed to be delivered two weeks ago. I have called and used your online customer service chat, and no one told me there was anything wrong with my design. Everyone assured me I will receive my visors on time. I asked to speak with a manager. After several minutes on hold with a higher-up "manager", I found out they had never produced my item and would not be able to make my deadline. They were "Sorry but could deliver my goods after my big event." I said no, no way! They said, "they'd be happy to offer me a discount." That's fine but I don't want to order anything else from your company, so really a discount is worthless. I still did not have the product I waited for. It's too late! The solution: Frantically, I looked around for a company that might be able to help. Literally, right around the corner was Voxpopuli. I thought "there's no way that they could produce my visor in time, but I thought I'd ask. When I told them my story and what I needed they said, "no problem." I was sure they misheard and misunderstood me as it was a Thursday around 3 pm and I needed these visors on the following Tuesday. They heard me just fine. I was immediately directed to meet with Daniel Hajduk. He literally looked at my visor design and he said he would order the visors that evening and over the weekend have their team stitch the design. I could pick up on Tuesday. I was excited but then I told myself to hang tight. The proof is in the pudding. Tuesday morning, Daniel called and emailed me to let me know the visors were ready for pickup. When I went to pick up the visors, they offered to put the boxes in my truck. The visors looked fantastic! Thank you, Voxpopuli, your staff, and Daniel. You helped make our event a success! I will definitely order from you again!

The manager Unnati Patel, is a liar and a scammer…read more I worked for this store back in April-May for only a few weeks. The first three weeks of working I did not get paid. When I brought this to the manager's attention she said that the internet was down and I should see my check in the next 1-2 days. I did not see my check until the following weekend which made it three weeks and a few days that I did not get paid. I had a family emergency and asked the manager if I could step outside to make a phone call which she allowed me to do. When I came back inside she asked me if everything was okay which I told her yes just family emergency. She then asked me if I needed to leave early or take the rest of the week off. I told her no but she proceeded to pressure me into leaving so I took the rest of that day off which was 2 hours left of my shift. Before leaving she asked me my size for my uniform and said she would give me a call. The next day came and I did not get a call but I noticed I was removed from the schedule. I reached out to the manager to make sure things were okay and to let her know what was going on the day that I left early. She gave me a call and said that she was going out of town and needed someone with more experience to watch the store while she was gone. I said okay and went to the store the following day to grab my umbrella that I left and saw that she was still there although she told me she was leaving to go out of town which is why I was removed from the schedule that week.. Another week goes by and I am still not on the schedule, and now no longer have any access to the app used to clock in and see my schedule. When I brought this to the manager's attention she then fired me.. Unnati Patel lied to me and said she was leaving which is why I was not scheduled but in reality I was just laid off without given any reason... Not to mention during my training I was taught to lie to the customers to get them to spend more. The manager advises if the customer looks like they may be wealthy or well off, to lie to them and not give them any low prices so the store can profit from them. Although I did not agree with this morally, I did what I was told and was advised by the manager that I was learning fast and doing well. Being told this on top of being asked my size for the uniform, I assumed things were going well. I would not recommend anyone to work here, you do not get a break to eat, I took my break to eat whenever one of the employees or manager randomly decides I can take one. I was also asked to give one of the employees Sat a ride several times, unpaid. This store not only scams its customers, my experience working here felt like I was treated unfairly and I was never given a reason why.
