    Been going to Microcenter for years. My old unit unfortunately conked out and had its last dance. Had to make a new desktop build and decision between building or a prebuilt. I had an amazing experience with the team today! Sara helped me pick out the perfect parts for my custom build, Hashim handled the diagnostics, and Simon put everything together beautifully. They kept me updated with photos, listened to my requests, and made the whole process fun and stress-free. The build looks incredible and the service was outstanding. Easy 10/10 across the board!

    This is my new favorite place. I have found a love for keyboards and micro center is a hidden gem that I want to share with every tech girlie. It's such a cool place and knowledgeable people work there. Mr J Mendez wasn't there today but I found a lot of good deals. . Check them out.

    Every time I've gone here I've been satisfied and have a good experience. The staff are nerds at heart and treat you like family. They don't bs around you and sell stuff, they'll straight up tell you they're not knowledgeable and not try to make up things. Emmanuel helped me out and he was a true trooper, answering my questions and unlocking cases for products. Walked away with a GoPro and a fixed apple watch sent to repair. Love these guys

    Since my last review I have had the pleasure of meeting David Kelly, Jared Riviera, and Lucas. I will start with my last visit. David Kelly was so helpful. I'm trying to train my puppy so often I will take him with me. I recently moved and needed a boost to the Wi-Fi and David was able to guide me in the right direction. When my first option didn't work and I had to return it David showed me the extenders that I would need and how to go about installing them. It was definitely a win win.. Even though I don't think it was his section he also helped me to find a screen protector for a phone that I had yet to purchase but I now have. Lucas was definitely helpful when I went to purchase a printer. I had heard or read that LaserJet printer's are better because they don't run out of ink as quickly. Lucas took his time and went over several different options and I was very satisfied with my purchase. Jared helped me with one of my first purchases on the sales floor. I needed quite a few things because I recently bought a desk and I needed everything from cable ties to a USB extender and a few other things. Jared was so kind and so helpful. He immediately offered his assistance when he saw which was great.

    I came here to pick up my order with my wife & I wanted to see if I would be treated differently if I came back in without her. Ladies & gentlemen, yes. As a male, I am treated MUCH differently without my wife walking besides me. I get it, my wife's beautiful & she's a catch, raised by a well-known pastor, but this micro center needs to hire more females to keep the male employees interested in the non-married women demographic. Here's what happened: I came in to pick up my order, a gentlemen with glasses came out which seems like the manager & randomly came out of the back room, approached my wife & I & gave us his card. How often does this happen? I'm not sure. But after I loaded my order in my car, I came back into the store with a few questions & returned my cart. I came across the same gentlemen again & let me tell you, he would not give me the time & day to help me with my questions. I mean what's the point of handing me your card then? Should've had my wife come back in to ask those questions

    I had to drop off my Mac desktop at this location because it kept rebooting for some reason. I had an appointment for 11am. Well I'm here to tell you the appointments are for show and that's it. Once you get there and if they have a line, you have to wait in line point blank. No if's ands or buts about it. Seeing the technician: Well I had to wait for nearly 20 minutes before I got to see an Apple technician which there was only one. The great thing about it there were about 5 people ahead of me that didn't have anything Mac related. I spoke to him and told him what was going on and everything I already did from the Apple website to rectify the situation but no dice. So my warranty expired two months ago and I had to pay $40 for diagnostics. Ok, I can handle that. He told me he would call the next day but I ended up calling him. He told me he didn't find anything wrong at all and he said he would just wipe it clean and reinstall the system. I said that's a great idea, whatever is in there making it do that will go away. I did have 3 third party apps that I was using and got rid of two of them before I bought it over. That still didn't help. He wiped it the day we talked and I picked it up the next day. It was like a brand new Mac straight out of the box. I have everything back set up so I'm doing great now. I was depressed without my baby for 2 days though. Ughhh!! Total cost: The total cost I paid was $40. I was totally worried that I would spend close to $300 for repairs since it's a Mac. I almost gave them 4 stars due to the appointment thing. However I didn't spend anything but $40 so that's automatically an additional star!!

Lately, we have been running into multiple problems, if it's not the computer it's the printer. The list just goes on and on! We usually call our regular IT guy, which is every hour on the hour and of course nothing gets resolved. It's always "Oh, you just have to power off your computer and wait and turn it back on and it should be fine." NO!! Like every other day I call you and you tell me the exact same thing, this powering on and off this just does not work! Please!! We pay you to fix it, you're an IT computer savvy guy! Just fix it! Guy after guy and company after company, we seem to never be satisfy. After researching for a couple of minutes, I decided "Hey, I really need to get my computer and printer working before the end of day." So, I found Think Blue Technologies! After consulting with them what we should do about our forever crashing computers, non working printer, email not sending, internet disconnecting office... We decided on giving TBT a try and it's been one month and we are definitely not looking back! How did this office or any office run without IT Support???!!? They migrated our email onto Microsoft 360 (Thank goodness!), updated all of our computers, installed anti-virus and added more memory for all the computers! The list just goes on and on and this was done over the weekend! How amazing is that? We are now pay them monthly to monitor all of our computers and boy has it been life changing! Sorry this is so long but I encourage you to give them a try, you will not regret it! #SatisfiedCustomer

    My Xbox 360 was shutting down with two flashing red lights. Google suggested an overheating issue,…read morebut it was barely warm, so it looked like it wasn't just an acute case I'd be able to cure on my own, but a hardware compromise. Unfortunately it was way out of warranty, and it'd be $140+ for Microsoft to fix it (not to mention how long it would take to ship it and wait for them to repair it). Surprisingly there's few local options for game console repair, but I found Apex online. Its in a barely-noticeable industrial office strip but the owner was friendly and clearly knew what he was doing - he had shelves full of consoles he was repairing, and another guy showed up to have his Xbox fixed while I was there. After explaining my options (short-term fix vs. long-term fix), the owner fixed it the same day and covered it with a 90 day warranty, which made me pretty happy. One quick note - their website says they charge $50, but thats ONLY for the short-term fix, which he explained involves redoing the soldering that has cracked from the heat and caused this particular issue. In other words, if you want to get your 360 working again for cheap even if the problem reoccurs, that's your option. If you want "the works,' which includes having them install a better-quality cooling fan and replace some parts that aggravate the overheating issue caused by Microsoft's shoddy design, then it's $100. That's still cheaper than Microsoft or buying a whole new console. I will mention that the fan they put in is LOUD. It doesn't bother me yet since I use a headset when I play, but if you watch Netflix or DVDs on your Xbox you will definitely notice it all the time. The owner said if I want to switch back to the stock model fan, I can do so under the 90 day warranty he gives, but I haven't decided whether I will. All in all, if your Xbox 360 is on the fritz and out of warranty, Apex is your place.

    TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND OVERPRICED! "Fixed" the HDMI problem with my Xbox, but 4 months later it…read moredidn't work. I got a second opinion from another company in Norcross who charges less than half the price. That company said he did not fix it correctly and took many screws out of my console, but did not replace them. When I called to ask what he can do about the problem appearing again so quickly, I explained that I had only used the system for a week and had not touched it since because I bought an original 2001 Xbox to start retro gaming content. He insinuated that I wasn't being truthful. "Why should I believe that you haven't been using it everyday and messed it up yourself" It's dishonest to charge customers $200 for a straightforward fix, provide poor customer service and then do it incorrectly. I have never left a Yelp review before, but people deserve to know who they are dealing with.
