I'm not sure WHAT business FedEx is in, but it's definitely NOT the safe and careful delivery of materials. I can go on and on about the NUMEROUS experiences I've had when a FedEx delivery was left at my doorstep OBVIOUSLY damaged beyond belief. Today's episode was a leaking bottle of cologne. That's right... The box was dripping wet from cologne but that didn't preclude the FedEx personnel from leaving it at my front door. Walked in around 3pm on a weekday. No lines for checkout, and the associate was very helpful. Whole visit took maybe 10 minutes, mailing envelopes were fairly priced, and self printing was too! Parking was free and easy. I would come back here again! read more

If I could leave 0 stars, that would be great. I had a delivery from Walgreens today. Was delivered around 1pm but only notified around 4:30pm. They sent a picture of someone else's house. I was unable to locate the neighbors house. So someone received my whole order. I tried to call FedEx to remediate this and kept getting an automated self service robot. I can't even repurchase my order at the same price because I used a coupon you can only use once a month as well as clippings that work only when bundled. I ended up paying three times as much for my new order. read more

Recently, I had a need to have medication sent overnight to me from our home in the desert. The location sent to is in the San Francisco Bay Area. This was a couple of weeks ago. No delivery - no package - and automated messages continue to say that the delivery was delayed. No explanation. To be fair, the same address has been used in the past and delivery has been successful. This time, not. I do not believe that FedEx has the package any longer. I have been harmed by the incompetence of the system to get one package where it was intended to be, and I am out several hundred dollars in medication. It will be a really cold day in a certain place before I consider using FedEx again. The cavalier nature of the response, lack of accountability, and disregard for my wellbeing is astounding. We've been coming here for the last 15 years that we've lived in the desert, and have had consistently good experiences. Lines can get long sometimes, but that's true of any counter service business. Employees are efficient and friendly. Self service options are convenient. Some of these negative reviews are for FedEx delivery services in general, which should not be applied to this specific location, and some even mention a completely different location--I'm not sure why these aren't filtered out somehow, because they are not valid reviews for this specific FedEx office location. read more

I had a very large box to ship and asked for a cart to bring it in. An employee offered to help and got the box out of my car and brought it in. I had the label and he showed me how to print the receipt and said he would put it all together for me. So nice! Great customer service. read more

I don't understand the poor reviews. When I came in, it was relatively empty and I cannot remember the guy who helped me, but I wish I did. He was great! I had to send a package to Barbados as quickly as it could get there for my friends who are on vacation. He helped me with the paperwork And everything. I would've been lost without him! Wow - talk about understaffed! Came mid day on a Monday and found a slow moving line of a dozen people, and only 2 cashiers. Took me over 30 minutes just to get to the counter. Will find a better solution, frankly I don't have that kind of time. Even the USPS is faster and that's no compliment. read more

I usually go to the Fed Ex in Palm Springs but was in the area and needed to send a package off that I had with me, so I cheated on my normal location. I wish I remembers the young lady who helped Mexico she was so kind and helpful and seemed to really enjoy her job, I was joking around with her and her manger and although a brief experience, it was a pleasant one and appreciate their great customer service. read more

This is the most disorganized fedex kinko's location. There is one line for sending packages, print pickups, and whatever else that is needed. Picked up takes 1 minute and mailing up packages can take 10 minutes. Go figure on the efficiency workflow. I left without my prints and paid to get it elsewhere. What a waste of time and money! Came on a Saturday at 1 35 pm. Three staff members are working. Two of them disappear into the back. One male employee makes a joke and walks off. I have been in line for over ten min. Now three other people are behind me. Worst customer service. They don't make eye contact. read more

I had trouble using the self service kiosk and had to print my student schedule with the front desk. I printed two copies 1 for my work and 1 for social services. 2 pieces of paper cost me $3.32. That is way too much to pay for 2 copies. read more

I'm rating the person (short guy with glasses) at the 5200 Ramon Rd location who yelled at me when I asked for help to use the computer. He was snappy, loud and rude. I rejected his nasty behavior toward me and he walked away saying " Do it yourself!" I found him abusive. He should stay behind the counter with that nasty attitude. read more

They were so helpful here. They offered to package everything up my incomplete packaging work and even had a box made to fit my guitar perfectly. Definitely made my life easier since I'm no packaging expert. They helped print copies as well for $.13 per page. I felt very accomplished after my visit here. read more

I've had 3 deliveries from Fed Ex. Only one of those got through. The others had "delivery delayed" and "Can't find address" those were numbers 1 and 3. #2 got through which was a high end guitar that I'm sure the company (sender) was watching closely. Other 2 small packages. One from same company as guitar. How did they find the address for #2 but not # 3? IDk? Same driver for this area. He just doesn't want to deliver to the location that he delivered the guitar? Had to have it rerouted to a Fed Ex drop off finally. They deserve low stars believe me. Avoid if you can or try to influence this who are using them for shipping. Bad News! read more

Terrible service. Employees are too busy talking to each other than addressing customers. Had everything spelled out for them on their form and they processed the shipment incorrectly and had to redo. For some reason they don't give you a copy of a voided order? They made some sad attempts at multi tasking which resulted in a longer wait for me- the associate seemed ready to help me and said he'd be back with a box, didn't come back for about 5 minutes, the other associate became free but did not step in, finally started packaging my shipment and took a call while the other associate put my order in the system. They went entire sentences in conversation with the other while I waited patiently. Will avoid being back. read more

Went to Kinkos to scan documents and send them via email, buuuut, the computers were acting weird and delaying the process (while adding charges the longer I took). Asked for help and Miles assisted me. Even suggested a better method of doing what I was trying to accomplish (and guided me throughout entire process). Pretty cool! I love working at this store and for special print jobs see Chri, Cameron, or Miles. They can explain the details and get it done. I gave two women that work there my package on December 17 with a delivery day of December 23 so that my family could receive all their Christmas presents on time. I was told that it should arrive in time for Christmas. Well. It is not arriving on time and I was actually lied to. They set the scheduled delivery for Dec 26. I guess they didn't realize that ground shipping was going to be closed on Dec 23 and 24. Thanks for ruining my Christmas for my family. Real nice. read more
