I needed some photo prints made and got in here just before closing. It was pretty empty so I was served right away. Ruby, who worked with me, was very helpful with editing and getting my photo printed in two different formats. She even stayed a few minutes after hours. A couple of people, including a very rude woman who wrapped on the door for a solid two minutes despite it being locked and the close sign put up, tried to get service. Out of an abundance of kindness, even these folks were treated with some respect. I would definitely come here again. read more

First and last visit. Michael A. provided some of the worst customer service I've experienced at a FedEx Office. He was rude, visibly unhappy, and moved at a painfully slow pace despite the store not being busy at all. There was absolutely no reason for the attitude. On top of that, his appearance and lack of professionalism were concerning enough that I was uncomfortable standing at the counter. This is a customer-facing role--basic courtesy and professionalism should be non-negotiable. I won't be returning, especially with a print shop literally next door that values customers' time. "Michael A." was extremely rude for no reason. Before I could even get to the counter, he mumbled "do you have labels". No hello, welcome, etc. Because I didn't hear him, I said, "excuse me". He rudely responded with "Do. You. Have. Labels" as if he was speaking to an imbecile. He couldn't even be bothered to say thank you as we completed the transaction. Really didn't think FedEx could get worse. I've had multiple issues with a seller who shipped a package through them and I've been trying to cancel it, online, phone customer service whatever, all the ways they tell you to figure it out. Their ridiculous robot hangs up on me EVERY TIME and their website "AI Assistant" doesn't help either so I decided to try to call the store and get on the phone with an actual human. Whoever the woman on the phone was kept interrupting me and what I was saying and was appallingly rude. Took multiple instances of me requesting to JUST FINISH MY SENTENCE so that I could ask her, a human, to connect me to another human. Seriously terrible and rude and so blasé. Absolute worst customer service experience and if you worked for me, you'd be fired on the spot for interrupting a CUSTOMER you're supposed to be SERVICING as that is how retail and customer service work which is, I know, a crazy concept. You represent a company and obviously you don't care about it, your work, ethics or politeness. Have a great time hating your life and subjecting others to your indifference as you continue steamrolling customers, its going to take you super far. Wish I could give negative stars. read more

I needed a service that was a bit more than I wanted spend. He offered a less expensive alternative and was just all around pleasant and efficient to deal with. This will be my last time coming in here. What is the point of having a super high tech online ordering system if what comes out is wrong anyway? And you get charged for their mistakes? Insanity. If I'm going to have to pay for wrong prints, I might as well give my money to Ms. Dragon Print & Copy in Altadena, someone who has a soul and is competent. Wanted to go try to resubmit my document- 2 computers total, one out of order and at least 15 people waiting. I walk into this giant open space, right toward the man behind the shipping counter to drop off a package. The guy looks right past me and yells to a man in the middle of the room, asking if HE needs help. At no point did this man look at me or acknowledge that I was standing right in front of him. Then he proceeded to move at a snails pace, looking confused at his computer as he made sure that I wasn't gong to be helped anytime soon. A very helpful and courteous older gentleman assisted me self-label and self check out my large boxes of return artwork. He even took it upon himself to remove the old labels and bring them all to the back instead of leaving them up to me to wheel to the counter. Great experience. Clean, spacious place. read more

Today's visit was hit and miss. The printers were running a bit low on some of the colors I needed for my print. Therefore, I wasted a bit on sampling one page on each printer. All of the prints ended up being different shades of color even though I was printing the exact same file. I was unsure what to do but the customer service here was great (best thing about the visit). They were able to help assist by printing it for me from their printer in the back. There was def an issue with the printers in the self service area. I'm glad they didn't charge me extra to help me. This is my go to FedEx Office Print & Ship Center is the closest one to me here in Pasadena. It's located on the NW corner of Lake and Colorado. This is my second time here during Covid and I have been here before in the past two ship out things for work. They have street parking right on Colorado and that's normally where I park but now during covid, they are restricting access from the door from the street so in the best way is to park is in the parking lot. You can get it it from the alleyway that runs behind it. Sometimes there's a few trucks back there so it may seem like there aren't too many spots but it's usually not too bad. The store is very spacious. I haven't use the print center before but I've only shipped out things here before. The team is very nice and they are able to accommodate you and they're very patient. Sometimes there can be a bottleneck sometimes depending on how many people are waiting to ship things out. Usually they're swamped in the back which you can see. This is definitely my go to shipping place in the area. read more

They took my shipments 15 in all - I explained how everything was to be shipped with labels on everything. I explained what was priority and what was not. They mislabeled multiple packages. And shipped everything overnight. They messed up my shipments and are unable to offer any solutions to fix it and they price gauged me. Do yourself a favor and never use this location - everyone that works here from the manager, asst manger and reg employees are incompetent. Cannot stress how crappy this location is!! read more

This is the least helpful place on earth. I recently was forced to go to try to print a file that I had emailed to the store by instruction of the staff over the phone. When I got there, the staff all gave me all conflicting information about what to do and how to get this file - and not efficiently or helpfully. They told me the staff on the phone was wrong, I needed to email a different way. I needed to upload the file. all sort of BS that made it clear no one knew how their store worked. One of them even told me I would not be able to print the file at all, until his coworker corrected him and told me to go ahead. No one seemed at all motivated to help me - i had to wave people down at the counter even after waiting in line until someone who was looking at her phone behind the counter instead of dealing with the customers who were waiting in line to finally came to talk to me. Ultimately, she said I had to purchase a flash drive ( spend $20) and then buy time ($5 )on the computer to get the item printed. So I did. After all of that, and the money spent, i went to the copier (another $5) and it still wouldn't work. they just shrugged and did nothing and now I was out $30 and an hour wasted with nothing to show for it. I decided to leave in frustration finally and as I did, I noticed Pasadena Printing Company a few doors down. I went in and asked if they could help me. SO MUCH BETTER. they helped me and the cost was actually LESS than at FedEx Print Center. I would NOT wish a visit to this FEDEX print center on my worst enemy. read more

Attempted delivery 12/8 and 12/9... stated on door tag it was not delivered bc I was not home. I was home all day both days. I went to track the package and it said it was "delayed. Expected delivery 12/19." Went to store for 12/19 pick-up. Not there. They said it was only on hold for 5 days. Showed them the tracking update on their website. They were confused too. Shows that it was "undeliverable" again on 12/19 at 07:11 AM. And that new delivery date was 12/20. Told me to call 800 number. Called customer service, they told me that the package should be in store. Told them it wasn't bc I just left the store. They said they would look into it. Received email 12/20 saying the shipment is being sent back to sender. Called them and I explained the time frame above. Lady went silent on me for over a minute so I hung up to call back. I called back and got an automated message saying I could not get any more information on the shipment. They blocked any calls regarding the tracking number. Lol. That is the newest low. FedEx is great when things go well. When issues arise, just consider your package gone. People are nice though. read more

This FedEx Office location can be a pain to ship your packages. Previously, they would not ship a box of ours because the vendors logo on the box was in the shape of a diamond and the employee kept saying the diamond represents a dangerous substance. This time we dropped off the box with no problems, then received a call a couple hours later from Eric saying that the box needed to be repackaged because he didn't like the way it was packaged. Even though we have sent boxes just like it at least 50 times with no problems. This FedEx always seems to be looking for a way to not send your package. read more

Just leaving this for one specific employee. Though most are nice, Maurice is the truth. I halfway thought he was chatty before when I was in there, but thought nothing beyond that. Was having a super chaotic and anxious day, needed their machines. I keep long ass nails and roll w tweezers that I had forgotten in the car due to being frazzled. I called Maurice over to help me and we had a dope convo that made me smile and leave feeling better than I went in. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! And just being a good human in general. Leave people and things better than you find them. Across the board tho this place is reliable and legit. I come in to print occasionally. Between coming here and printing at the office, still cheaper than buying a new cartridge. I haven't seen Maurice the last couple times but he could've just been off. Thank you to Teresa for the 5-star service she provided! I was at a conference at the Pasadena Convention Center where my organization had a table/booth. We thought we were prepared but realized that our poster was useless. We needed a poster stand, foam board.., something. I arrived at the store, took a deep breath, and asked Teresa about solutions. We agreed upon the foam board. She dropped what she was doing and got it done in less than 20 minutes. The manager (I think he was the manager) showed me where to find easels for my newly hooked-up poster. I was able to quickly get back to the conference without missing a beat. Worst fedex location I've been to! Came in with a baby in one arm, asked for help with printing and staff were all hesitant to help. They all directed me to self service when I already told them I needed to purchase paper first. Ended up doing the work myself with one hand! And nobody else was there at the time I came either. This FedEx location has really helped me out the last few months doing business. Whether stopping by for a quick document shipment or working and printing simultaneously, the staff are always friendly and there is always available space and equipment. This FedEx location is also big enough to where there is breathing room from the other customers, something that many other ship centers lack. The only downside of this location is that color copies and printing can get pretty expensive. Free WiFi for customers working here as well! read more

This is extremely surprising to me. I shipped many very important, and some irreplaceable documents, from this facility to the secretary of state. I had an envelope included for their return. After weeks of hearing nothing I call Fedex and they say it has been lost enroute somewhere. Obviously I am upset. I needed these documents to do contract work in Europe. They then rub salt into the wound by saying that I can't make a claim for these packages as it needs to be done by the return sender who would be the state! With gps and all the modern technologies available it was: * surprising they just lost it all * they never contacted me that it was lost * they refuse to even offer any sort of compensation beyond an apology Fedex is a giant company, so my review probably won't make a dent, but I would recommend NOT to use fedex for mission critical documents. read more

I've had to stop by here a few times in the last couple of weeks for an emergency/ last minute print job for my business. The first time I stopped in was okay- quick, painless service. The next time, I was having trouble using their computer and when I finally was able to hunt someone down, they were very hesitant to help me. She questioned whether I actually needed her help or not and was clearly very irritated when I asked her to please come take a look. I was running out of time and needed to get on with my day so I left when she basically said they couldn't help me and I should look into their online services. I came home, checked online and realized that I wouldn't be receiving my print job in time for the event I needed it for if I ordered it online. I phoned this Fedex location to see if there was anything they could do for me. I was put on hold for a long time before they said they would have to call me back- to which I responded "okay but pleeeeease don't forget because this is actually really important and I need this print job within 24 hours". I received no call back. I went in there today with a file designed and ready for print. Again, everyone I spoke with displayed a hesitation to help (and I've observed the same behavior watching them interact with other customers). They pointed me to their computers and said I could do it myself for cheaper and when I said I didn't mind paying extra they reluctantly gave me an email address to send my file to. Upon looking at my file (which turned out to be too large of a size for immediate printing- my fault/ but something a professional print shop should be able to handle), in a very long winded, unprofessional, roundabout way- this last gentleman I dealt with told me he couldn't help me (but only after I asked, "are you saying you can't help me? Because that's really all I need to know"). I left and went into the nice little print shop next door where they had me email them my file and happily told me they would have my order ready by tomorrow morning. SO EASY. I cannot believe the terrible customer service I've experienced in this establishment. It's just mind blowing. I'm sure, of course it's hit-and-miss, but in my experience so far it's been mostly miss and extremely stressful. I honestly am completely baffled. read more

Located next to Orthomattress on Colorado* I had a pdf that I needed to print and I was able to do so with ease. The FedEx employee explained to me the procedure of how to use the machines and got going. Something to keep in mind, the machine to print from your phone means sending them an email, and getting an email with an access code. You can't print a picture I believe. It has to be a PDF. A solid emergency place that I would go to. They offer random stuff like a bunch of snacks and last minute birthday cards. Personally I would go to Papyrus but this is a great small selection of cards. read more

Man, this place is just so bizarre. I reviewed this Fedex fairly recently but have had two strange visits since then that I felt were worth dropping the star rating. A few weeks ago I was in printing signs, maps, etc for an event and one of the staff members took it upon himself to take my items out of the printer and jokingly wave them around asking if they were mine. He then kept coming back to the self serve computer I was on asking if I needed help even though I'd already let him know I was fine. The whole thing felt annoying and flirty and just plain unprofessional. Most recently I dropped by around 10 pm after a long work day to pack and ship an item. There were two employees working onsite and a line starting to form, but for some reason neither employee was helping get anyone started. One of the employees then makes an announcement that he's sorry for the delay, but that they do sell soda and candy bars in case anyone wanted to buy one. Like, what? He then went on to let us know that they weren't intentionally making us wait so we'd buy candy bars. Again, excuse me?! What kind of business would you be operating if you were purposely making people wait after 10 pm during the holidays so they'd buy candy bars from your business center. So, so strange. I'd been waiting for ten minutes or so and no one had been helped yet, so I took off and still have yet to ship the package. Whoever manages this place (or perhaps whoever manages that person) needs to take a serious look at the staff here. I would expect employees at Fedex to be courteous, helpful, and professional, but I've found the staff here to be anything but. I honestly wish this wasn't my local Fedex because I dread going here at this point. Bummed that I have to find an alternative for something that should be so painless! read more

If you need to upload or print anything remotely important, go literally anywhere else. They force you to choose an amount of time on the computer and if you go past it, you *can't add more money*--the computer simply kicks you off and the big video upload that you just spent 42 minutes is dead. The stupidity is mind-blowing. And then you have to get in line so they can refund the entire session. On top of that, the keyboards are ridiculously bad. Not sure what business they think they're in, but the frustrated and kind staff deserve better. They can barely help the customers through a remedial system. read more
