(We've done business with him many times before.) So today I get a notice that it was delivered on 7 Feb 24, Wednesday!!!!!! Turns out, he shipped it via UPS. This was has been an ongoing litigation since 2017 that I have spend many hundreds of hours on, many thousands in filing fees, and was worth approx. $2M. What do you want?" he asks me, "a refund?" That would be a start. Had I know how cavlier this chap was/is, I would have driven to Fed Ex at the airport and gotten it there ON TIME. Wish there was a "no star" rating. Now what?
