We were told the Fed Ex store on Ray rd. opened at 8 am the next day. The store was locked and dark til past 8:15 - when the girl showed up, we asked what time do you open? She said 8am. When we pointed out the 15 min discrepancy, she said oh, I'm new, I don't know what time we open. I'm sorry ...WHAT !?!? Our document never made it back to the store. We don't where it is. So much for 2 day shipping. I want my *#$% money back. You SUCK.
