My agency is in Dallas and we needed to get these components to the Speedway so instead of printing and shipping here in Dallas I tasked these guys to save money on shipping and save time since they are near the Speedway. It was a risk and I was against the clock. Evan worked with me the whole way and I put him through the grinder with a million questions he always came back with solid info. I took a leap of faith on him and he came through in a big way. With all the changes the clients had requested, he had to rework the estimate atleast three times. Then when qualifying day came he showed up with everything we asked him for, found my contact people and showed them how to set up and install the step & repeat with hardware etc. Evan went the extra mile and if I was you I'd put complete trust in this shop to get the job done. Maybe just dont change it on him 3 or 4 times like I did. Solid shop we will use them again for next years race if they will have us!

I was then told my item(s) would be sent to the embroiderer immediately and express shipped the next day. That was 2 weeks ago - I STILL have not received my order - and I'm in the same state! I've called numerous times, first to speak with the person in charge of my order (who is apparently NEVER available) then I asked to speak to a "supervisor" which apparently they do not have. Every time I call I'm told I need to speak to a different person. Twice I've been told that an email would be sent to the person in charge of my order asking her to return my call. Two additional times I was told that they would "look into it and get back to me." I've yet to hear from anyone. I've asked for a refund (because of course they don't mind charging you prior to your ENTIRE order being sent) but was once again told that "so & so" can handle that for you when they call you back. And lastly, let me just point out that I placed this order on Sept 25 - well over a month ago! I will NEVER order from this company again. Staples said they would never give a package out without proper ID but yet they cannot show me proof of who picked it up and who signed for it! It wasn't me! My suspicions is it was employee who knew it was a cell phone and took it! How else would someone come in with the tracking number and my ID to sign for it!
