I use this UPS store out of convenience, but compared to others in the area, this is the best! The staff is always kind, quick, and efficient. I've been to several UPS stores in the area and based upon the amount of services and supplies this location has, I would say that it warrants an average rating. It doesn't seem to have as much to offer as the Greenwood location, but is laid out better and offers more than the Mooresville location. So maybe 3.5 star? I do like the layout with the counter area to the right which allows people to come in and move about without waiting in a long line by the door. However, the amount of supplies for shipping on display near the front seemed somewhat limited. I do a lot of shipping for various reasons and I've used three stores on the southwest and west sides of Indy, including this one in Plainfield. This store is, by far, the most service-oriented, efficient and organized of the three. The staff is always eager to please by providing excellent service and the owner is quick to lend a hand when things get busy. Make the most of your shipping experience and stop in. read more

If I could 0 stars I would! My son returned 4 things for me and I always print out the codes so it's easier on the workers. He came back saying they said I need a box or I'd be charged 19.00. Also, they scanned one of the items wrong. Just watch returning Amazon items.. apparently they can't take the time to read the description on the codes! read more

The employee, i believe his shirt said John, was the most rude and angry person I have dealt with in years. My wife and I used UPS to send three packages, two prepaid and one not. After setting our packages on the table, we smiled at and greeted the man behind the counter. Disregarding the greeting, the man pointed at the boxes and spouted "What is this? What do you have?" Okay, I thought to myself, this man is in a hurry. Understanding he must have things to do, I explained what I needed. Before finishing the man cut me off and proclaimed "You have to pay for this one!" I told him that I expected that and had money to do so. After grumbling and typing on his computer for a moment he demanded a phone number. My wife began to say her number aloud and before she could get out a second number he, in a raised voice much louder than hers, said "yeah!" as if to spur her on faster. After finishing the number, he had to ask my wife to repeat it, presumably because he was too focused on humiliating her the first time she was saying it. We both kept our cool, smiled and paid for the package. We left and wished him a good day. I did not have to take my packages to UPS. Fedex was just down the road a bit and USPS was open at the time. In need of getting a document notarized quickly while traveling. Stopped here, while we accomplished our mission, the gentleman (who I'm assuming was the owner) was rude. Telling me that every state is different and the paperwork we asked him to fill out was not necessary. I said this is for selling a home in Colorado and this is what they wanted. I don't want to mess it up causing my house not to close. He stated again it wasn't necessary and gripped the entire time he filled it out. I've dropped packages off at this location multiple times - Jeremy was the person who was working two of those times and he can't be bothered to look at you or even respond when you say hello, his inability to have any people skills is off putting. Then there's the gal that was there when I called to follow up with one my packages who didn't listen to my question and told me I had to deal directly with amazon about any refund. I admit at this point my irritation level with the people who "work" at this store ran out and I told her I wasn't a f**king idiot and that I knew I had to get with them about the refund but what I wanted to confirm was that my package had been picked up. I will find another way to return items from now on and don't recommend this place. read more

The employee who works during the day is brash and rude. All I wanted to do is turn in my att equipment which they are supposed to happily take, and this guy acted like I was a complete bother to him and not worth the Time. I had used this store for an amazon return. Drop off was quick and easy. Not super friendly, just took package and handed me a receipt, but I don't have a problem with that. My concern was when my package had been picked up from the store by UPS, it was lost somewhere. First call I just got voicemail, left message inquiring about package did not get return call. Called again a week later there was an announcement on the voicemail greeting stating if you were calling regarding a lost package you would have to get ahold of UPS as they are just an independent retail store and do not have anything to do with shipping. Mind you since Amazon is the one that sets up return you cannot get any info. Mind you one call to amazon and they refunded me and dealt with package themselves. I understand they are independently owned, however since this must have been an issue with this location and it's packages I feel they could have been more helpful and found out more info from UPS to be able to inform their customers. First and only time user of this location. read more
