My agency is in Dallas and we needed to get these components to the Speedway so instead of printing and shipping here in Dallas I tasked these guys to save money on shipping and save time since they are near the Speedway. It was a risk and I was against the clock. Evan worked with me the whole way and I put him through the grinder with a million questions he always came back with solid info. I took a leap of faith on him and he came through in a big way. With all the changes the clients had requested, he had to rework the estimate atleast three times. Then when qualifying day came he showed up with everything we asked him for, found my contact people and showed them how to set up and install the step & repeat with hardware etc. Evan went the extra mile and if I was you I'd put complete trust in this shop to get the job done. Maybe just dont change it on him 3 or 4 times like I did. Solid shop we will use them again for next years race if they will have us!

They were send to to wrong address, didn't have the…read moreright fork guard decals, and after I asked the owner how they should be applied, following what was advised, they started lifting after a few months of sitting on a shelf in my house. These were installed on brand new plastics like that last set, which lasted a few years, these were never installed because I didn't want to run the new plastics with out decals. The owner of Y&S didn't take any responsibility, I gave him the option to make this right and he declined even though I asked him specifically how he wanted these to be applied. I installed them exactly how I have done them before and never had them fail without using them.

He was able to take a PDF file of my printing and print it on the cardstock and was able to meet the deadlines I was having to send out wedding invitation. I even an ordeal where I ordered wedding invitation online to get the ugliest invitation I ever saw! I couldnt salvage all of it because my time was short. Long story short, these guys were able to respond back to me promptly, print them out on the right cardstock and always got it on time to me for the few times I have used them. Its family business so makes it even better to support them, and its much cheaper than going to a KINKOS. They do a great job here! over the last year they started leaving my packages next to the mail box instead of setting them on…read morethe porch. naturally they are impossible to contact by phone and wont respond to claims. luckily there are some really good sellers, I've never had a package stolen until fedex started this crap. I will pay extra money for ups or usps to avoid these incompetent people. if a website only offers FedEx I will buy somewhere else or call them and ask if they can ship ups. They always used to make the signature thing a big deal and it was a nightmare to get them to do what they got paid to do, just deliver the package. I work nights and never signed up to have my package require a signature, I guess that's how you get them to come up the driveway though, just takes an extra week and them making 4 trips to your house to finally get your item.

You call and talk to a manager, and they lie to you and say they will make sure your pkg arrives the next day between 8 am and noon. It never came. And of course they did come after the time frame given, so I had to leave. They are a joke. Now when I call back the system blocks me from getting a live person. I used to be proud of FedEx, I worked there 5 years. Please let UPS handle shipping.
