I chose this location because it was convenient to my home. And I needed to get some things printed for a campaign that I am on for Bumble! I submitted the order online because I was unsure if I would be able to wait for it to be printed had I walked in. The instructions for online were way to follow. I ended up needing to call because I wanted to be sure that the paper was nice quality paper and not standard paper! And I wanted to change the size. When I called I instantly spoke with a girl and she couldn't really help me so she put me on hold. A guy came back to phone and informed me that he had already printed the items because I had paid for them but encouraged me to come because he could solve the issue a little better so I did. When I arrived there were only a few people in the store and I was immediately greeted. A guy named Joe checked me out but I realized that the guy I spoke with named was Darius. Each of them were very helpful and accommodating. I ended up keeping everything the same and walked out a satisfied customer. The parking lot was very and the store was well kept! The employees were nice and easy to speak with! I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who is looking to print things. But make sure that you fully understand what you are printing online! This place used to be Kinko's, but after UPS Started buying Mailboxes Etc, FedEx bought all of the Kinko's. I do believe that this is the largest one in Raleigh, and I go here to get large posters printed, or to mail something FedEx that the main FedEx building will not accept. read more

I've never reviewed a shipping location before but this place is great. Biggest one I've ever been in which is nice during covid, the employees are very friendly- approached me as soon as I entered to offer assistance, get very safe and very quick to get in and out of. Complete opposite experience from what I've had lately at the UPS location a block away which moves very slowly and is always packed. read more

I usually only come here if I have a FedEx package to send that is too large for a drop box. The employees are always friendly and I never have to wait a long time to be helped. Another benefit of this place is that if you are getting a package delivered that you need to sign for and know you won't be home, you can reroute it to here and pick it up during their normal biz hours which is pretty late. Standard FedEx ship center, but still convenient at the end of the day. read more

Walked into the store and was unenthusiastically greeted by a worker who had as much personality as a pencil. He was totally unwilling to help me in any aspect of my sending out a package. I only went there in the evening because the UPS and Post Office was closed. Note to self............ never go to this Fed Ex store again. I should have waited to go to the Post Office or the UPS store where at least they are friendly and happy to help their customers. read more

I have been doing business with this facility for many years and I have had better than average service (i.e. better than other similar businesses in this area). Employees are always very polite and they often go above and beyond to help. I don't understand the negative reviews. Are we talking about the store on Falls of Neuse next to McDonald's ? I tried to get a copy of a fabric I needed to decoupage. The first person was friendly but looked at me like I'm from outer space and sent me to the print area. He told me there are copy machines over there. I never had an employee act like they where not willing to make a copy. The reason I did not make the copies on my own in the first place is because the machines they have at the back produce a darker color density so I explained that to him and he hesitantly told me he could do it after 15 min. I did not know why I had to wait since no one was actually making any copies in the back but I agreed and came back 20 min later. He made the copies with a frustrated attitude and then to my shock nickel and dimed me which never happened at another copy place. I was charged a "handling fee", "resizing fee", "color change fee", "different paper fee" anything he could basically think of in addition to the fees for paper which I expected to pay for. If he hates to make copies for people why on earth is he working in a copy place? To be nicked and dimed after having to wait that long and deal with that guys attitude is extremely poor customer service shame on you FedEx. read more

Dropped of a deadline-oriented print project that I was told only takes about 30 minutes to print, but that it would be ready by 6:00 pm the next day. I arrived at 6:30 and it was not ready, and the employee behind the counter could have cared less and had an attitude. I was the only one in the store. I have used this location in the past and have always experienced rude, apathetic and lazy staff that cannot get a project done by the promised time (not to mention delivering sub-par quality as well). Raleigh has a lot of other solutions, so do not use this location unless you just want more problems. read more

My first experience there was great. Very helpful woman helped me. 2nd and 3rd times, the same guy "helped" me and lastly acted like I was interrupting his conversation with another employee. I had an espresso machine to ship out and said that I would need it removed from my car and brought in. It needed to be double boxed per the instructions of the place I was sending it to have serviced. The guy came to my car and was unsure if he would have the boxes. Really?? (It was like 30 lbs - not a huge machine.) Aren't you Fed Ex???? He went back in to get a tape measure. Came out and said they could help and I mentioned the double box again and the specific wrap around the inside of the 2nd box due to possible moisture from the machine. He said we can't ship it if it has water...I said it may have a little bit of moisture left in the machine...We can't do it. I said never mind, I will go to UPS. Your Customer Service is terrible. Went to UPS across the street and they were friendly and had NO ISSUES whatsoever. I think that Fed Ex guy was just plain lazy. Tall with glasses and dark hair, if you are the manager reading this. I will not be going back to that store and in fact will close my newly opened Fed Ex Account. read more
