Spent 30 minutes here trying to get a 9" x 11" envelope sent with a pre-paid return label included inside. What a fiasco! Never did succeed so went to Office Max/Fed Ex nearby. Another 20 minutes and still no success. Finally went to USPS and mailed the package without a pre-paid return label for my documents. Young men at both Fed Ex locations tried to help with service but were unsuccessful - lots of technical problems with computers. A waste of an hour when I was in a bit of a hurry. read more

This store does not stand behind its promises. Do not go here. I bought "FedEx Express" overnight delivery of a package, to arrive before 10:30 a.m. The package did not arrive until 11:34 a.m., by which time the intended recipient and I were both panicking. The web site denied an adjustment, saying the delivery was "on time". I went back to the store. After 10 minutes or so of investigation, the manager said the person who sold me the service made a mistake in telling me 10:30; for residential delivery, he said, the time is 12:00. He refused to compensate me in any way; he was "sorry" and they would "try to do better in the future". In other words, the store promised me a product, failed to deliver it, and refused to compensate me for their failure. read more

I've been to this location many times over the last year and I've never been disappointed by the service from the staff. Today I went to ship some items and the manager himself, Chris, packed and shipped the box for me. Chris did a great job packing and helped me figure out the most economical way to ship it. I also had some prints I had made at the kinkos side and he didn't charge me for them. This is my go to store to print and ship whenever I am in town. Thank you! read more

Had a terrible printing experience here. Technically they said they had their st michaels location do the printing but it was through this location. I sent them the images to be printed and they should have checked the result. For some reason the top half was totally cut off. When I explained the issue to have them reprinted, the guy was very rude and acted like it was somehow my fault. The least they could do is have polite employees, even if they aren't good at printing... definitely go elsewhere read more

I have been a fed ex customer for over 20 years and she is far and away the best customer service representative I have ever encountered. She was fully knowledgeable and able to troubleshoot all of our problems and questions. She was simply amazing. I can't say enough good words about her. Went in to ship some packages I packed myself. One of the boxes I used was a liquor box. Chris, the store manager, informed us that we could not ship a liquor box because you cannot ship liquor. Without giving us the option of repacking it ourselves in a different box or simply covering up the labels, he placed it behind the counter, asserting that he would need to repack it in a FedEx box (with the box, packing materials, and labor as an additional expense to us). What made me leery of his intentions was that he just put the packed box inside of another box, without checking the contents. What kind of logic is this? You can't ship a liquor box because you can't ship liquor, but had there been liquor inside he would not have known because he never opened the box. It seems to me this was nothing more than an opportunity for him to charge an additional $10 to put a box inside of a box. read more

I used their copying machine which required the use of a credit card inserted into a card reader. I had not used the card for twenty days prior to this use at this fedex kinkos location. The next day over $1000 was fraudulently charged on the card spread over walmart, gamestop, an albertsons and dillards. I have only suspicion; no proof, but I suggest you use extreme caution using a credit card at this business location. read more

What kind, genuine, helpful young man the assistant manager is!! first off, he let me try many different drive format using my mac ( use APT (Apple Partition Table) as the partition type, and HFS+ (Mac OS Extended) as the file system. found on this forum https://discussions.apple.com/message/11365740#11365740). Then he printed it for me immediately (when technically they have 24 hrs to get it done) and I picked it up a couple hours later! Then, I unrolled it to verify that everything was in order, it was perfect, then I accidentally got some regular, old, not-too-sticky, scotch tape on it and it started ripping up the paint on this fresh beautiful poster! The assistant manager said "no problem, I print another one right now, get it ready before I leave...it'll be here ready-to-go when we open tomorrow at 730"...and the other employee remarked, humorously "...and this time we'll roll it up and secure it with a rubber band!". a rubber band indeed! You are the man! You saved my bacon!...Twice!...in the span of 4 hours!! Thank you sir! read more

Except on rare occasions, the customer service is terrible here. There is a woman named Peggy Jo who is extremely nice and customer focused, however she is the exception. Today, when I stopped to drop a FedEx package off for shipment, one of their large delivery trucks pulled up and blocked our car in right in front of their store. The driver got out and started loading three large pieces of Fed Ex equipment from the store. I asked the manager to asked him to move the truck and she refused, saying that I would have to "deal with the driver yourself", even though he was picking up FedEx equipment from their store. As I asked the driver to pause and move his truck, one of the FedEx employees, a young man who refused to give me his name, intervened and ordered me to be patient and to relax, even though they still had two machines left to load. It looked liked it would take another 20 minutes, and I when I drove by 20 minutes later the truck was still parked loading the machines. Unfortunately I didn't have 20 minutes to spare, but the FedEx staff have no sympathy for their customer and did nothing to help get their large truck to move. I've also had significant problems in the past with employees--not waiting on me promptly, or not knowing how to ship things, especially out of the country. This store is a great example of not really caring about your customer. read more
