I had a perfect experience here. I walked in at 5:30p on 8/2/25 (they closed at 6p) and the two individuals working were fantastic! I was shipping 2 very valuable, fragile paintings to Seattle and they took my concern very seriously. My paintings needed to be packaged as fragile and I watched them package the items with extreme care and a lot of padding. They also complimented my paintings given they could see how important they were to me - an extra sign that they were empathetic and caring towards my family heirloom belongings. Needless to say I would rather highlight how Brooke and Gabe both took the time to keep communication lines open and offered a solution to an otherwise unpleasant order fulfillment. This type of "true" customer service is rate now a days and should be commended as this is the only reason why customers will stay with companies are because of people like this who represent your brand! I waited a while to post this review, because I was so infuriated by my experience that I didn't want my rage to be palpable. Unfortunately, after sleeping on it, mulling it over and all that jazz, I still have to be honest. This was an absolutely abysmal experience, despite the fact that all I was supposed to be doing is picking up my order. I'd already set up a manual online, and had requested a pickup time of 7:30p. Lucky for me, I didn't need this print job the same day, otherwise I'd have been up Sh*it's Creek. I arrived shortly after the arranged time. I will admit that I didn't wait for a notification email, because my order was placed the day before, so there was nearly a full day that they had to prep such a small (but important!) job. So after finding parking on the opposite end of Broughton St, I immediately notice the zoo inside. There were easily over 20 students lined up, just do set up their own jobs, and about 5 more waiting to pay. The LONE star that I felt this review deserves is based on how calm and polite the two employees on duty were. By the time it was my turn at the counter, I was informed that their printers were broken, and wouldn't be serviced until the next day. They were doing what they could in fits and spurts, which wasn't much.Therefore, my order--- the one they had a few hours short of 24 hours to produce, was not ready. My thing is this: I'm fairly certain that there's a queue or manifest that the employees must access in order to do their job. Seems like in an event such as this, they could (and should) call people with pending jobs that they won't likely be able to produce, so that other arrangements could be made. I asked if my job could be transferred to the Abercorn location, and the answer was basically no. Even if they had, it was too close to closing after the time I'd waited in line, so I couldn't make it there in time. I had them to cancel the job, and I reordered it on my own to be printed at the Abercorn location. Thankfully, THAT went smoothly, and I had my manual ready first thing the next morning. I'd just rather not go across town, when this location is much closer, but hey. That'll just be what I have to do from now on, because I'll never spend my money at this location again. read more

The adventures of printing before a meeting! I had a meeting around the corner and thought it may be a good idea to have some extra copies on hand. I decided to go this location to print five very simple 7 page black and white packets. I was excited to use the "Print and Go" station, so I didn't have to spend the extra money to use a computer. I was soon disappointed as I realized this printer was the SLOWEST on the planet. After the printer continued to give me an "error" after using and logging into my OWN Google Drive on the printer interface, I chose to email the document to the printer. It took about 5 minutes to get the "authorization code" sent to my email so I could "login" to the printer (again), and another 10 for the printer to receive the document, once that happened the "print preview" did not work. I had to blindly print these 5 packets, and you guessed it- it took another 10 minutes. The store was spotless and seemed to be in good running order (the only silver lining), but the clerk was not even apologetic. It just "how it was", isn't this 2016? In the middle of a downtown area full of students and professionals who may not have half an hour to print.... inexcusable! Save yourself, invest in a printer, or remember to do it at work. Long Version: Seemingly I couldn't pay to get in and out of this place in less than 10min, no matter how simple the task at hand is. Buying a pen... 10min. Making a copy... 10min. I promise, this has nothing to do with my pen purchasing proficiency. This store is simply a 10min black hole. Typical experience: You walk in to the store and watch the employees slowly emerge from their slumber in the back office, team box taping OR the infamous store-wide social hour. Next, you and the other 3 customers who have been standing there waiting (all equally confused) try to decide who gets to go first. "Am I in a line" everyone wonders. Finally, a customer is awkwardly chosen to be service. At which point another employee must be summons to assist with the seemingly remedial task of manually entering a UPC code. Alas, 10 minutes later: You have purchased a pen AND received a coveted velo-binding. Validated as a person of serious business, who uses Kinkos for officey things. Short Version: This is a Kinkos that operates slower than most (Welcome to the south). read more

Luckily I could walk to this location from my hotel in downtown Savannah. When I walked in,no one greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. I was staring at their big copy machines with a blank stare so I would think it would be fairly clear that I probably needed help. Horrible customer service. I asked for a quote on shipping a package, which was met by the condescending attitude of an employee. When the quote came back higher than expected, I simply made a comment about how shipping rates have gone up in the past few years. They have. The employee gave me a blank stare, then proceeded to argue how rates have not gone up, and the price was low for what I was shipping. I wasn't looking for a debate, I was just making an observation. I went to Fedex to print a project for school (pages designed in InDesign for a book). Overall, the prints themselves were high quality, except for a few issues. On two of my prints, boxes appeared around images that should not have had boxes around them (first photo). I has the same pages printed yesterday at Office Max without an issue. The woman working there didn't know how to fix it, so she gave me the two pages for free. Also, they were unable to open my other PDF document for my cover because her computer froze. I left without getting my cover printed, and had to go to another print shop. Also, I paid close to $90 for my pages, which were printed on a magazine-like paper. Very expensive! Office Depot, while not having such a broad selection of paper, has much better prices and better quality prints themselves. Overall, I would only come back here for printing if it was an emergency. read more

I absolutely hate having to use this FedEx office. The employees are always so apathetic and act as if they are doing you a favor by helping you. The staff is slow as molasses, especially during those times you think they would schedule some extra help-- i.e. SCAD FINALS WEEK!! The last time I was basically forced to go here during a finals week, the line went throughout the whole store and 2 employees were working behind the counter, managing the print line and the occasional fed ex shipping customer. So ridiculous! The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the location is always clean and smelling of gummy bears, and also because besides their awful customer service, the prints usually look pretty good. This is by far the worst FedEx/Kinko's location in the city, if not the state! The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful every time I go in there. Today, I went in to use one of their self service stations today and the clerk could not even be bothered to help me by showing me how to use the machine after I explained that I did not know how. He wasn't helping anyone else by the way. Then when the machine ate my document and he had to take it apart to get it out, he acted like that was a big problem. Now my document is ruined and I have to have it replaced. I never have a good experience at this location and this one pushed me over the edge! Not going back...EVER! read more

I absolutely love kinkos. The wait is sometimes ridiculous; especially when I have to be in class in 30 min and I'm rushing to do stuff. I love the quality of their work and although I do find myself greeted by a bitter employee who looks as though they have never smiled in their life; I have never been let down. They always find my files with ease on my thumbdrive and follow my instructions precisely, no matter how skewed I explain it from pulling an all nighter. The prices are absolutely fantastic, especially when comparing it to other printing places in savannah. They have any paper that you might need AND they can print a little bigger than 11X17 so that I can create a bleed on my project. I do agree that the wait line can be a little long, but they usually only have two employees working. But sometimes I'll walk in and be out in less that 5 min. The location is fantastic because it's right next to primary art supply (which is FANTASTIC also) and starbucks (gotta have coffee!). The quality and price can not be beat, I'm a huge fan of staples, but I feel that because these people can print bigger than 11X17 (not counting the HUGE prints you can accomplish at staples) they are my all time favorite printing place. read more

I've never written a yelp review before, but I thought this experience warranted some cautionary words. I ended up going to Fed Ex because UPS was closed, thinking it would be quicker than waiting in line at the post office. I also needed to purchase packaging for my items. If you're looking to have a one hour hang out and get harrassed about what you do and where your package is going, I guess this is the place for you. Maybe I'm crazy, but when I show up to Fed Ex on a Friday at 5 I think it's pretty obvious that I want to get my package out before the weekend starts, and then I want to get out of there and start my weekend. For some reason Fed Ex charges you for every package you're sending, and then if you have something packaged it charges you again. So for two packages to be sent, my debit card got charged three times causing the bank to get suspicious and freeze my banking account and freeze the Fed Ex computer even though I'd already been charged (so I'd been charged, but the computer couldn't print a receipt or shipping labels). The manager at Fed Ex told me this happens ALL the time--and if you want a refund so you can go somewhere else you have to talk to the Fed Ex office in Memphis to get it cleared. So long story short, the guy helping me took around 30 minutes to chat me up, package my stuff, joke around with his coworkers, finish packaging my stuff, ask me what I do, enter label info into the computer, ask me what my client demographic is, and then charge my card, AND THEN the computer froze because my card was frozen because THEIR system DOES THIS ALL THE TIME. I was infuriated, I still got charged the full amount, it was expensive, I spent an hour in the Fed Ex store, and my package is getting there in 4 business days as it would have if I had just gone to the post office. Shame on me for going to Fex Ex instead of the post office. USPS needs my business more, and the service is so much better. I will never go to Fed Ex again. read more
