The associate working the machine was very experienced and made the process quick and efficient. Definitely would return to this location for all my shipping needs in the future. I frequent this particular UPS store a few times a month. And I have been a UPS customer for years. I find this location a little lacking. I will give them they keep the store clean and well stocked. And they usually have a lot of people working there. However, the vibe is so uninviting. I usually feel like the staff don't really want to help me or that they could care less about me using their service. I know other UPS stores are not like this (the one in Newnan And Pooler for example). The check out person may have a huge line (which there usually is) and there might be two other people working in the back that never come and help. I realize they have services they do for customers when the customers are not in the store, but at least say hello and and try to make people feel you aren't inconveniencing them. They have so many rules it makes it impossible to get things done at this location. The staff literally will have you bring heavy items in there are already boxed sealed, and have you return home to go get a bigger box to put them all in because they want the original boxes that things were combined in when I told them the items were very heavy, and I have to lift them in and out of the car again they said sorry management has rules, and they yell at us if we don't follow them. read more

I cannot with this location!!! I pay for a box here, so if I have something shipped here they should NOT send it back because they "didn't recognize the name on the package". I bought an iphone 15. Waited for two months because it was on backorder. It finally came and the girl sent it back with Fedex because it had my mom's name on it (she's the account holder). However, it had my BOX NUMBER ON IT. Now I have to reorder the phone again. Today, I went to pick up a package that says delivered on Monday and it was not there. "Amazon probably delivered it somewhere else". That's crap! That's the fourth time that has happened. I seriously think someone at this location steals packages because Amazon shows the location and time it was delivered. Once, they argued a packaged wasn't delivered and it was because they were too lazy to put the packages in the mailbox. The teenage workers laughed and blamed each other. Its a total disaster here. I pay over $300 a year for a box because I expect things to be safe and dependable. NOT at this location! I will not be renewing my box this upcoming year. This was some next level screwup and blame shifting. I shipped an item from another location (Abercorn). It was returned to sender, not sure why. The website just said "returning to sender" every time I checked. It seemed like it had been too long, so in the details... it lists a second tracking number that says it's been delivered to the sender, name... Rodolphi. No other details. I called customer support, and they pointed me to the Victory UPS store. A young man attempted to help me. I gave him the tacking number. Long story short.... By the time I left I'd gotten three different explanations for why it wasn't there, ranging from A) "the managers sent it back to UPD to be destroyed... ( the computer said it had arrived there the 1st, it was the 10th, and the do that after 7 days) to.... B) it was never received by them because their policy would be to call me as soon as they received it (I got no call from them)..., to C) the driver may have scanned it and then left in in the truck so it's probably back at the hub. Baffeled, I asked the young man his name, "Elliot Rodolphi". The person named as the receiver. "Sometimes the drivers who know all our names just pick a random one to put on the delivery. So, despite talking to the person who's listed as the receiver, at the location the computer says the package is at, after getting zero notification or tracking, call, etc.... They appear to have no idea where the package and a bunch of scenarios with no way to discover where the package it. So don't ship with these guys. Your package may be destroyed or lost and nobody will have any idea what's going on. That's my experience anyway. read more

Dropped off a mini PC return to Amazon on 2/22. Package didn't leave store until 2/27. As of today, 3/4, package is in Indianapolis somewhere. Neither UPS nor Amazon can locate it. Probably the best UPS experience I've ever had. I completely forgot tape and brought my package in expecting to have to buy tape for a one time use. To my surprise one of the employees offered to tape it up for me 100%. That was so great of them to do. Not only did it save me time but it also saved me money. The return process itself was super fast and easy. I had a package to send back to Amazon and they scanned my mobile phone printed the label and shipped it out for me. Not only was the experience seamless but the customer service was fantastic for such a busy store. I had the very best experience with the entire staff. I was shipping home some of my daughter's dorm belongings. I was asked if I needed a dolly to bring all the boxes in. Then one gentleman helped me pick the dolly up over the curb, and into the store. The manager then helped me reshape the boxes to ship safer and more efficient. Everyone was so nice. I then realized that I actually packed something that I needed, and couldn't have it shipped. They helped me track down what I needed and then helped repack the box. I have had some pretty speedy service from these guys before; however, the last time I used them I discovered contacting them by phone was absolutely useless. But I walked in, they accommodated me nicely. She said I could email future projects. Business saved. Today, what I thought was around 3 pm I emailed a simple copy and bind project. I walked I. At 5:50, they had no clue. Then Icing on the cake, she had the audacity to say, "no you sent it a 4:49". Ok, fine. And you failed to care. Got it. Business lost. Said they couldn't make it tonight. I think they were a little too busy sitting around and chit chatting. So I must have my project for tomorrow, so now I will go to my place of work and hand make it. Won't be as nice? Great experience here! I love sending packages to friends and family, but I absolutely dread going through the process of sending it off. I've been to a few UPS Stores around Savannah, but I have never had a good experience until I came to this location! I really wish I could have gotten the name of the woman who helped me. She was so pleasant, and she helped me send the perfect package to a friend! The whole process was made simple thanks to her, and she did not pressure me into getting any kind of expensive packaging. This is my second experience with an inept group of people managing this UPS Store. The first time I arrived ten minutes before their official closing time to find that they had locked the doors early. The associate looked right at me as she locked the door, I pointed to my watch indicating that I was not late, and she turned and ignored me. They then refused to answer their phones as I stood outside watching them refuse to answer. UPS Corporate Office did censure them for this. Today I came in with a document that specifically stated that it needed to be filled out by a notary. The associate told me that they don't do them, because it doesn't need to be done by a notary. I usually drop packages here for my business once a week or so. There is rarely more than one person in line, so it takes less than a couple minutes to drop my prepackaged boxes off, grab a receipt, and go. The only downfall is there are no parking spaces next to the building, so I either have to park in the fire lane or attempt to tote 3-4 huge 20+ lb boxes through 2 lanes of cars- park in the fire lane it is! read more
