The staff here are always busy, but nice-enough to help when asked. I do wish they would make the rounds once in a while to ask if help is needed. It is awkward to ask for help when they are so busy. The store is very clean and the A/C is certainly welcome during this rare heat wave (112°!!!) Parking is often sufficient, but not always. Machines are in excellent working order. read more

Dear God help these people. Customer service at this location is pathetic. I did get very lucky and spoke to a wonderful person on the phone but when I went in to pick my order up it was ridiculous. Citing one example .. had to ship something which required a special envelope and all .. the big guy knew his stuff .. even before we could go ahead and tell him, he had our package sealed and ready to ship. :) read more

Ridiculous. Took 40 minutes for the clerk to figure out how to send something to Canada. The whole time he took his mask on and off and touched his face. The other employee didn't even try to put his mask over his nose. The DELIVERY guy came in wearing a mask and took it off while scanning his deliveries. Horrible customer service. Waited and waited and waited for any sort of acknowledgement from the staff and was ignored. Couldn't log into my yahoo accounts and the idiots there were telling me "you're typing in the wrong password for your email accounts" to which I applied "I've had my 2 email accounts for 3 years, I know what my passwords are and I was just logged into my email accounts before I came here" pretty presumptuous of them to assume I don't know my own email accounts passwords. I needed to print something off from my email accounts, that is the only reason why I came here. They have no idea why I couldn't use yahoo. I was telling them, the Kinko's in Valley had to over ride something so I could log into my yahoo accounts. They told me "we don't over ride anything." They obviously have no idea how their internet and computer systems work. We were charged for internet, and were told they would refund the money back onto the debit card and they never did refund us our money we wasted trying to get logged into my yahoo accounts. If, for any reason you need to come here and use yahoo, the only way to get into your account is to sign into yahoo chat/instant messenger. Just a heads up for some of you that will have to trouble shoot the internet problem yourselves. Do not use this location! If you can, drive out to the Valley (Sullivan location) where customer service is wonderful and the staff are knowledgeable and know why yahoo has problems with their computers. read more

Quick, fast and friendly. No complaints here. My box was shipped out quickly and I was able to require a signature upon arrival.

I absolutely do not like going to this particular FedEx on Divison. They counter help, if you can call them that, sucks. They don't acknowledge you at all if your waiting in line. I stood at the counter for the copier for a good 10 minutes and wasn't even acknowledged. There were 3 counter people and one copier person. The copier person was stuck helping a customer with the picture machine. It pisses me off just thinking of this....thats how much I hate this place read more

HORRIBLE service. I went in to print a picture from my phone and no one there could help me. One of the employees even came over when I asked for help and said he didn't think he could help..what?? I came in with about 5 minutes to spare to get a resume printed out before my interview due to some technical difficulties at home. Leonard approached me with a sense of humor and assured me we could get it done in time. I was out of there in about 2 minutes and made it to my interview not in a rushed state of mind. Very pleased! The service was really nice and employees were helpful. The thing I didn't like, I printed four pages and I had to pay five dollars, this is just ridiculous. I came in with my laptop, to print some things off, their system wasn't working so I had to use their computer to redo the things I have already done at home. They couldn't help me and they charged me for my usage of their computer system and when I used my laptop, Printing expenses included. read more

My experience was great. Austin was very helpful in my project. I wrote a poem that was very important to me as I was going to get it framed and send it off to someone special. the only reason for not being a five star was that the communication in charges for packaging was not clearly defined, when it came time for packaging charges it was different than what I had understood it to be. I may have misunderstood or something, non-the-less, it surprised me and I was careful to ask questions about it up front. This had nothing to do with Austin. All the help was great and in the end they went far above and beyond what I had expected for my framing/printing project. (They don't do framing but allowed me to do it there). The associate, Josh, Is amazing and the staff is really friendly. It's unfortunate people don't know how to form a line anymore or realize how much work these associates actually have to do. I think it's a sobering thought that not one customer who walks in here could actually do what these people do. Do you realize it takes SIX MONTHS of training to get every process and every piece of software they have to know inside out, under their belt? I think people need to be a little more courteous to these associates working their butts off for your projects you waited until the last minute for. Kindness goes BOTH ways, don't be an asshole! read more

I went here today at 2:30ish briefly to print out some things with my father, which was nice cause we were bonding but it was extremely busy..like 6 people in line. But it smelled nice and they had a nice selection of USA/Fourth of July gear which was baffling to me because a FedEx Office is the last place I would think to see such apparel...anyways... they had a very nice selection of nice paper priced decently but all the printers definitely required some assistance & with 6 people in line I probably would have been able to cut down a tree, manufacture paper, then build a printer from scratch, so I left and played with the kitties and puppies next door at the oh so smelly Northwest Seed and Pet. I don't know if I'll ever go back there, maybe one day when my dad comes back. read more

I've been meaning to write this review for about a month now. I've never written a negative review, and wouldn't be writing this now had the service not been beyond horrible. I'm going to try to make a long story short, but basically when other reviewers have said the customer service here is awful, that is an absolute understatement. I was appalled at the service (or lack of), and rudeness I experienced from the employees at this Fed Ex. I went in to simply ship a package for my disabled mother. My son and sister were with me. We were the only customers there besides a woman who was using a printer. We walked directly to the counter and saw three employees that weren't doing anything and could have immediately helped us. Instead, we stood there for over 5 minutes (not an exaggeration here) in which time I made eye contact multiple times with the young employee closest to us, and still nothing happened. I finally had to ask for help. I said "Do I have to do something special in order to be helped?" To which the young female employee replied, "What do you need help with?" I told her that I simply needed to have a package shipped, and I asked if they make it a habit of not attending to their customers. The girl literally laughed, rolled her eyes at me, and walked away with my package. As she was taping up the package, another customer walked in, stood there for not even 30 seconds and was immediately helped by one of the other employees who had previously sat there and just stared as my sister, son and I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes. I could not believe how unprofessional and rude the employees were here. I will never be going back to this Fed Ex location. I sure hope (and recommend) that the employees receive some customer service training...as I am not the first (and guaranteed won't be the last) to have a bad experience here. read more
