When I called to confirm this had happened, the individual I spoke to was unhelpful, indicating that it is totally normal for people to receive email meant for another person -- that may be true but the lack of concern around sharing my social was disconcerting. I remember spelling my email aloud, meaning that there was a typo not corrected -- if the notary can have customers visually approve the email, that'd be appreciated.

We headed out to get it and received an e-mail stating the package was being returned to sender. We called this business and the male employee who answered the phone was extremely rude. He stated he sent it back as he had not ordered anything. He would not let us speak. He stated he received just a small pittance for providing this service. We called UPS and they stated that this business, as a UPS access Point should not have sent it back. A complaint has been filed with UPS as they can't re-direct package nor can the vendor. So the merchandise will be sent back to the sender.

I went in to FedEx overnight a 3.6 lb box. It's the same size I've been sending at other locations…read moremultiple times this year. The most I've ever paid was $210 for Saturday delivery. Upscale mail quoted me $340 to arrive by 4:30, $360 to arrive by noon. I was shocked and questioned it, but was told all costs everywhere had gone up. There also isn't a way to put in my FedEx account number anymore, it's all under their own. I paid the ungodly amount and later looked up the cost on the FedEx site using the same info from my receipt and the cost was $206 to arrive by 8 am, $155 to arrive later. I called back to ask them to double check the rate and was told it was correct. I asked why in the world the markup was double and was told that only the owner has access to what the rates are so he couldn't answer. He was not rude in any way, so I do not fault the employee, but the store itself is an absolute rip off. I send these packages multiple times each year and usually drive to the valley. I decided to drive to this place which was slightly closer and it's a small business, so thought I'd support them. I'm fine with a markup and making a profit but this was an absolute rip off and I told them I'd never come back. If you don't mind shelling out a ridiculous amount of money for something you can go elsewhere for less, cool. This is your place. However I will never set foot in there again.

The person who delivers to our address constantly leaves packages hanging half way out of the box and makes up reasons not to deliver to the house. I pay UPS and FedEx the higher rate for packages to be delivered by professional, courteous and reliable people. I ask vendors every time I busy something to ship to me by any other carrier.
