Don't waste your time. I put on a order online for a 125 page manual. It was supposed to be done the next day. Half way through the next day I get a phone message saying there is only 118 pages in my order and they are missing the other 7. Hmmmm. These are Word files. There should be no pages missing. So I call them and ask perhaps the 7 missing pages are the blank pages I put between the sections. The manager Carlos didn't think of that, but alas that's what it was. He couldn't have it done by closing time. Could I came in 2 days from now? Yes. I walk in today and Jihad assists me. He hands me a 2 inch thick single sided manual. I had selected double sided. He then looked at the order that was IN THE BOX IN FRONT OF ME and I again asked him if he was SURE that I selected single sided? He then confessed that no, I had indeed asked for a double sided manual. If I didn't insist, Jihad was happy letting me believe I misordered it. He asked me to come back and I said I couldn't. Two minutes later a colleague (Keri I believe) announced in the open air store that she wants to do something else and that Marc (me) would just have to wait. This place is a clown show. I've had MANY manuals printed at Fed Ex. Each cost about $90-$100 so it's not a discount budget operation. This is my 3rd try with this store and I'll have to look elsewhere because they never get it right. You'd be worse to do the same. read more

My first time coming here to ship a package and the service was wonderful. I sell my beloved possessions as a hobby and pastime. The staff greeted me and i felt welcomed , my questions were answered. I had a prepaid FedEx label and i was allowed to email it to the staff and he shipped it right away. He assured me he will finalize my package sticking label onto box and sealing it for me although i had my own tape prepared. Overall my experience was short , sweet and professional. I had the best experience at this FedEx Office location, thanks to the help of Tamika. She was attentive from the moment I walked through the door, provided options and opinions for my shipping needs and even went so far as to browse the store with me for what I needed. THEN, she patiently helped me process multiple shipments, and all with a smile. These days, in a post-pandemic, high-stress and understaffed working environment, I am used to employees being disinterested and flat out rude. This was not the case with Tamika and the staff at this Fedex location. I visited a UPS and FedEx location before I landed here, and at the other stores the employees were really not interested in helping me. Because of Tamika's kindness, helpfulness and overall great energy, I will be returning to this location for my weekly business needs. A smile and eagerness to help goes a long way towards not only earning loyal business, but towards making a strangers day. I've been to several locations around New Jersey and this is the absolute best location in the state! The employees go out of their way to help you at the self-service machines or for shipping and printing. For shipping they walk you through the process or they will actually help you fill out the air bills and package it for you. I have never met nicer people in my life. I have totally stopped using UPS and only shipped through FedEx. You can send some thing second day air for $10 anywhere in the country. I cannot speak highly enough of this location. read more

Which clearly seem to be an attempt to secure a Saturday night date. Came here for passport photos. Was greeted immediately and helped. Got passport photos done ($16 for 2)- within 10mins. I came here for the first time today. I needed to ship out a small box. I stood in line for 5 minutes, not remotely acknowledged by anyone except for a hi as we entered the store from a person who was helping another customer. There were two other employees there that were doing other things and didn't notice there were customers that needed help. Another customer walked in behind us and stood in line behind us, right away, another employee stopped what he was doing to help that gentleman out...leaving me still standing there waiting with my package. It wasn't until I said something to my fiancé about going to another location, that we were acknowledged and finally helped. Talk about RUDE! I will never be back to this location again! This Fed Ex ship center is incredible. I visit this location a few times weekly and I'm always amazed at how wonderful my experience is. The employees are super friendly. Sytuana in particular. She is very knowledgeable and makes sure I get in and out in a decent amount of time. Afternoon rush hour can get extremely busy here, but even with the crowd, Sytuana is so calm and engaged. She makes me feel like I'm truly valued as a customer! I definitely recommend this center for all of your shipping and printing needs! read more

Received a call indicating a package was ready for pick up. Went in the day after and was told that there was no package. Got home and a message was left indicating a package was there for pick up. Called the store and was told that no package was there. Got the tracking number and called back the office and after several minutes the reply was. Your package has just arrived! The manager here refuses to allow customers to handle the tape gun due to "liability". She's rude and condescending. No other fed ex copy center I have ever been in hides the tape behind the counter and refuses to let customers use it. It's always been part of the reason I shipped from there. I have started using Ups or going to the fed ex office in roseland or summit. Avoid this place at all costs. The current manager has turned it into a dump. read more
