Can't say I get to a lot of these shipping locations, I don't send a lot of packages. Recently had a prepaid fedex return and stopped by here while I was in the area. It's conveniently located in a shopping center off of Baltimore Pike and has plenty of parking available. I wasn't sure what to do when I got inside so I just stood in line. As soon as a rep was free she asked if I had a prepaid label and if I scanned it yet. When I said yes and no, she came from behind the counter and led me to the self scanner, start here if your package is ready to go with a prepaid label. Just hold the barcode under the scanner and take it to the counter when you get a successful beep, and it will print your receipt. Drop the package at the counter and you're done! The girl that helped me was very friendly and knew I didn't know what to do, so her customer service and attitude were appreciated. Can't say much about the value as it was a prepaid label, but I am sure it's in line with other major shippers in the area. They have lots of packing materials for sale if you should need any, and friendly service. Highly recommend this location. read more

Paid $57 for Standard Overnight on 12/19/25. The letter did not arrive until 12/22/25. I went back to the store and they told me to call customer service to get a refund. After several hours of being passed around to different departments I was finally told that there is no guarenteed overnight in December and that everyone in the stores knows it and should have told me. Came here twice recently to ship packages. The first time, FedEx staff printed a label from a barcode on an email I received. Very quick. The second time, I had a pre-printed label that just needed scanning. A support member asked if anyone in line had labels already, helped me with the self service machine and I was out the door in a jiffy. Would definitely recommend this location. read more

When I say this is the best customer service I've received in the past decade, I truly mean it. Not only did a gentleman all the way behind the desk welcome me when I walked into the store, the female employee next to him immediately came to my assistance and asked what brought me in this evening. I informed her that "I have these documents I need to send, I have a shipping label, I'm not too familiar with this so honestly I'm not too sure." Breaking my no reviews of chains rule to give the staff at this particular FedEx a big shout out. I recently visited with a number of items from the home of my father, who passed away. For me, these items were family heirlooms and priceless. The hurt of losing my dad was still raw, and the staff here listened to me patiently as I had a little bit of a meltdown about how I didn't care how much I had to pay or how much bubbled wrap they had to use, I just needed the items to get there with no damage at all. They assured me the often handle such jobs and would be very careful. The young lady who helped me, Bria, was magnificent. She handled all of my items with care. She wrapped them super carefully and added extra wrapping when I asked. She took extreme caution with my items and put a nearly comical amount of "fragile" stickers on all the packages. She did not seem to mind at all that I watched her like a hawk during the almost hour it took her to wrap my items. I am pleased to report that every single item arrived at my home halfway across the country in absolutely perfect shape. Thank you so much. read more

Never going back here. I had a print order in the morning - they confirmed was ready for pick up I waited 15 minutes in the store for her to tell me they never received it . She just kept saying she couldn't find it in their system. and when she actually looked a little harder it was in the email and never printed. She did not offer any resolution or to print it and just left me there. She couldn't care less. Won't ever go back for printing and shipping needs. read more

My first Yelp review...can I give 0 star? This is the worst FedEx office I have been too. Unlike the other locations where you can expect friendly and helpful service, this FedEx office has the exact opposite of the word "service". I went in to print a sign today and there were 3 staffs (1 servicing the only customer in store and 2 idle). Those 2 idle staffs saw me at the counter but ignored me. 5 mins later one of them eventually asked me what I needed. I told her I need to print a sign. Then I waited another 10 mins while they continue to be idle. I finally left the store without my sign. My advice is that not every FedEx office is bad and not every shift is so rude, just try to avoid this location, especially the Saturday 3:45PM shift. read more

SO I went here because I had my fed ex package rerouted to this store and my experience was a lot better than the past. I Had my baby with me and the boxes was much heavier than I expected. The nice employee carried the boxes and loaded them in my car, wish I would have gotten his name. but that made me feel better in the past there's always the same lady at the counter who seems not to really like her job she never smiles and has a vide about her from the minute you walk in the door but I was happy this time it was different. read more

I was in this location when a customer walked in looking to mail something. There were no shipping supplies out - I guess putting supplies out for customers to use would take some effort on behalf of the employees - so the customer stood waiting for help from one of two customer disappointment associates who were busy talking with the manager about what they were going to have for lunch. These three guys ignored the customer who finally said can I have an envelope? The FedEx employees said we will get back to you and they turned their backs to the customer and went back to talking about what they were planning on ordering for lunch. The customer left in disgust and I'm finding a new FedEx location where the employees are paid to help FedEx customers. Just amazing that this is the best hiring that FedEx can do with so many good and deserving of employees people are out of work. read more

Absolutely unhelpful and un-knowledgeable. I asked international shipping via Fedex. The old guy has ZERO idea which sheets/forms I need to fill in. I asked "Is this the fastest way to ship?" then he was like "????....... I guess so." Also, shipping fee he told me was ridiculously high. 3lb was $190 which is 2x more expensive than USPS "Global Express Guaranteed" It's the fastest international shipping service by USPS, with transportation and delivery by FEDEX Express. Such disappointing experience I joined Yelp just to give it a review. I use other Fedex Office locations multiple times per week with zero issues. This one is located convienently near my office, Unfortunatly it also happens to be the worst Fedex Office I have ever had the (lack of) pleasure to attempt to patronize. I had to ship documents internationally, so I checked last night the rates on the Fedex website. The website said it would cost $97. When I came to this Fedex location, the rate was now $133. I told them I had checked the rates and that it was cheaper on the website, they said the rates usually change. So I proceeded to pay what they told me and sent the documents. Then I checked again the rates in the website and it still said $97, not $133! So I showed the person who took my package in the Fedex location (who is by the way the store manager) and she said that once I entered the address and package weight and dimensions the prices change. That those were just "estimates". So I then proceeded to input on the website all the information she said, and it still said $97, not $133!!!! I showed this to her and she proceeded to say that sometimes their system does not match the website and that the only thing she could do was to give me back the package and I could do the labels and everything at home on the website!! This is complete bulshit!!!! Lack of competence, and customer service! I could not talk to anyone else because she was the store manager, and she didn't even apologize for the inconvenience! Naaah! Just same self-sufficient and arrogant customer service attitude!! They should match the price that the website is giving!! Advise to everyone, do your stuff at home, from the website!!! read more

I try to use mom-and-pop stores instead of chains but after having 2 miserable experiences with a local copy/mail center(actually 1 bad experience and 1 experience where I walked out) I ended up here because I needed forms copied for tax purposes. The staff could not have been any nicer-and all I was doing was getting 3 items copied once(for 13cents each!) and 1 bag of pretzels-a total purchase of less than $2. I can't imagine how nice they would have been if I was mailing something that cost a lot of money to ship or needed 4 zillion copies of something. This is one chain I will definitely return to. I noticed they had calendars for sale(fun ones not just business ones). I will definitely buy a 2021 calendar from them-2020 really needs to be forgotten!! Seriously-highly recommended! read more

I like coming to this location because it is convenient. Also I like the area and I am a constant patron of everything around here, such as the Police and Fire Credit Union across the street and Long Horn Steakhouse. I arrived today because I wanted to order business cards for my new business. I didn't know that I could place my order myself on their computers. I did and Angel, an employee, was incredible!!!! I had plenty of questions and Angel was patient, kind, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions without getting sick of me!!!! He assisted me when I became stuck. I walked out of FEDex with my business card order that I scheduled to pick up tomorrow. Also Liz, an employee was equally as kind and patient. I asked her questions about my online saving items and she explained. I understood and thanked her. I had a great experience at FEDEX today and I am looking forward to picking up my business cards tomorrow!!!! read more

Went here on a not so busy Saturday and was greeted immediately by two counter folks. Experience was ok but a bit rushed.

I dread when I have to use this place. I sometimes have to drop off my prepaid FedEx packages here. Sometimes, they refuse to accept the packages because they "rattle." I was shipping plush toys, therefor, the contents couldn't be damaged. They told me that they had to open up my package and pack it according to their standards and charge me. I left and went to the packing store down the street and handed off my package with no problem. Another instance I had to get something printed. When I decided I needed a few more copies of the same document, the man literally huffed and puffed and exclaimed, "Now???!" It only took about 3-4 minutes for the transaction. While I was there, I heard him complain. That's all he did while I was there. Terrible service. read more

My fiancee and I went to this shop to print some of our save the dates. We brought our design on a flash drive, and after talking to John (who helpfully explained the options we had for printing and cutting the cards) we opted to print them ourselves on the self-serve printers. John also offered to give us a couple sheets of card stock so we could test the prints before doing the whole address list. When we got to the printer, we found out the file we'd prepared (a Microsoft Publisher file, .pub) doesn't work on their (apparently new) printers. So we spent some time figuring out how to fix it (converted it to .pdf), and tried again. Unfortunately, the touchscreen technology on the printer erred and got stuck on "Processing" a total of three times before we stopped trying. John came over to help the first two times, but his restarting the printer and switching us to another printer didn't fix the issue. We were running short on time at that point, so we had to go, but John checked our credit card for us and made sure we weren't charged for any of the failed print jobs, and comped the paper he gave us. While the technology may have failed at this particular location, the employees we interacted with were both extremely helpful, patient, professional, and very friendly. If I need to do anything with printing (not self-print, heh) or shipping, I would definitely go back. read more

I recently witnessed an employee tell a customer that FedEx told her that pets are not allowed in the store unless they have proof that it is a support animal. I understand the policy but I do not understand why such attitude was given and when the asst manager stepped in he was just as rude to the customer. Rolling of eyes and talking down to people has never been my experience with FedEx. I realized that this is a FedEx Kinkos and they must not hold the employees to the same standard as FedEx. I have been going to this fedex location for four years, now, and I'm done being a patron. I receive gruff and rude service about every other time I'm there. My husband and I have spoken to the manager twice about it and, without mentioning names, he told us that he knew the two people that we were referring to and that he has gotten other complaints about them. Imagine that and they are still there! And, during our most recent visit, we were trying to explain to the woman that her manner was very rude and would it hurt her to say the words 'please', and 'thank you', and maybe offer a smile (basic tenets of customer service 101!), and another customer next to us said that she experiences the same attitude every time she comes in! I go into this FedEx Office location all the time and team member Alex is always there when I go in and is always willing to help me no matter what. A true jac of all trades at this location. Other team members are good, but I felt I owed this kid a shoutout by name for his exceptional service. The manager is also great at getting me help when he sees me waiting. First, Id like to say that I use this company very frequently. This is the worst Fed Ex/kinkos I have ever worked with. I typically don't post reviews, but I thought everyone should know to not take their projects/business to this location. They are rude, not helpful, completely inflexible and don't follow written directions. My first experience was terrible, they messed up a binding project I left and never called to notify me the project was complete... When I showed up to pick it up they said they lost the note that I left...And just now I gave them a second chance, because everyone messes up, and again I left the store empty handed and furious at the poor customer service. I had hopes of printing a document of 13 pages, on paper I supplied, and they refused to do it on the spot because "someone else was using the color printer" ... After I asked if I could just test the first page to see what the document would look like... I got an empty stare and a "no" ... 13 pages would take less then 2 minutes to print, and their idea of good customer service is for me to drop it off and have to come back??? Awful. Never coming back, even though it's just around the corner. read more

I will never go here again. People here just make you wait for no reason and they are unpleasant. They act as if you are bothering them and they are doing you a favor. Given how badly the shopping center is doing (with stores around this fedex closing left and right.), I wouldn't be surprised if they close down soon too. My boots were defective i tried to print the label that was emailed to me from fedex i could not print from my computer so i decided to come here i live in philadelphia and the closet fedex office near me was in downtown philadelphia i did not want to pay for parking just to go to the fedex office this office had parking any way i printed the email that was sent to me and i also forwarded the email that was sent to me to the store they could not print the label i was told to call the 800 number for fedex the rep over the telephone told me to give the rma #to the clerk she said she could not take that rma number i was totally inconvienced i wound up paying out of pocket to mail it so i went to staples near my house i wound up paying 11.93 all together just because i was fed up and needed the boots for work this was at 638 pm i also tried to call the company where to send the boots to they were closed now all of the sudden i go back to the email that was sent to me to try to print the label now all of the sudden the email worked how come the email could not have worked at 5pm when i needed to print the label i should not have to pay for your computer messing up. read more

I usually go to FedEx when my printer is out of ink or I'm in a quick bind to print something simple. I went in with a photo that I needed to be printed in a 4x4 size (the photo was already square, it just needed to be resized which, logically, is an option you select just before printing). I (politely, mind you) asked the sales associate for assistance and she gave me the cockiest look and acted as though I was bothering her. She asked when I needed it by (it's a 4x4 photo, it should take three seconds) and that setting it up alone would cost 7.99! Absolutely ridiculous. The prints are typically like 25 cents a copy or something like that when you print from a USB flash drive, and my photo needed no setting up. I walked out and got it printed at a local library for 30 cents. Why they expect you to spend 8 bucks on the world's smallest picture is beyond me. Not to mention the customer service was off putting, I just wanted to get out of there. read more
