I was so thankful that this place was open on a Sunday. I needed to print out a few documents to have them ready for an early Monday morning meeting. Since I don't own a printer, I rely heavily on this chain of copy places. The copy and printing prices are reasonable, especially when I use the self serve copier. I was literally in and out in less than two minutes. There are other copy and printing places in the area, but in my experience they always cost more, and to even print out a black and white single page is cumbersome. Not here. I know their copiers by heart, and I've even learned how to add legal size paper when I need it. This place is definitely a necessity in my life. read more

I have tried to use a competitor for self-service printing twice within the past year, and both times were frustrating for various reasons of which I will not go into detail because this is a positive review for Fedex. First things first, the self service printers were actually working! I had some issues getting it to work, and I hadn't even reached the point of wanting to ask for help yet, but one of the workers asked me if I needed any help. I graciously accepted her offer and she helped me navigate the system. This kind sould also took the time to let me know that the location is moving within the next month (directly across the street. There is already signage on the building) I wish I got her name because she was so friendly and helpful. She also helped me mail out a package. I am sad they are moving across the street, the community plaza location is so convenient but it's still better than going back to the other place, ha! read more

I came into this location today because I needed to print out a couple of documents few a meeting that I was going to in about one hour. This place was conveniently located right off the main Route 7 highway. I really have become proficient in using their self-service copiers, and it's fairly straightforward to print, copy, and scan things. I was able to quickly print out the documents that I needed. It was nice at this store because they had an employee helping customers with these machines. Usually the people working behind the counter are busy doing their larger copying tasks. My 2nd time to the store and again I was impressed with the service here. I was greeted right away by a guy and told him I needed my document scanned and converted to a Word document. He told me to wait at the next counter. Kym came up to me and quickly and professionally helped me. She also recommended a thumb drive and after my document was scanned she took the time to help me name the file and made sure everything uploaded properly. Thank you Kym! I brought a 2lb jacket that I needed to overnight that we fit into an express sleeve. $67.70 later, I was happy I was at least able to get it there the next day at all. Three days after I shipped it, it is still delayed and apparently FedEx's money back guarantee is suspended until January 16th so it's not looking like I can get even a partial refund. A credit would be nice... I wish I was made aware of the money back suspension before being offered overnight with no guarantee of delivery or refund. read more

Came in for simple passport photos. Took 7 minutes for somebody to look up and acknowledge us. Main cashier sent us to another guy who took our photos. He printed one set, then the printer jammed. He asked first cashier for help, who said aloud, "I'm helping two other people." I pointed out the fact those other two people she was helping came in long after we did. Shocker, this place ya exactly the number of stars it deserves. Nice, clean spot but I went in today, no customers but me, and a woman slams down a pen when I asked for it. Then when I mistake a lamination product for a piece of scrap paper, she goes off on me like I've just graffitied their storefront. Find another spot would be my recommendation. Absolutely worthless. Self service printer doesn't work, gave me two pages with an error printed on it and I was told by printing a receipt I accepted the charges, so I had to pay them for their crap machine printing errors. The printers at the workstations don't print double sided and charge you by the minute just for signing on. The guy at the front tells us he has an hour wait when the store is empty. I mean seriously a kid at Office Depot took care of us in less than 10min. Moral of the story... if you want worthless customer service, and to waste your time on junk non-working "self-service" printers.. then look no further this location is for you. read more

Well, I used to really like the service here but apparently some of the new staff is completely clueless and condescending. Some young Asian dude essentially made me feel as burdensome as possible and kept giving the hugest condescending grin that I've ever seen in my life, while he was telling me what he COULDN'T do for me. I went to FedEx after completing an online order for a simple printing and binding job. I looked at the preview online to make sure everything was right. I flipped through every page on the simulation to ensure that it would look right when I picked it up. I will preface this by saying that my problem was NOT with the quality of the printing services, but with the incredibly arrogant and rude service from Kirk. When I arrived at the store to look at my order, the pages were not printed correctly. No big deal. I explained how the preview showed the pages and the man at the counter explained that sometimes this happens when people want the first page in color and the rest B&W. He attempted to remedy the situation by inserting a blank page into the file. I have screenshots of what the preview showed me in case you are interested in seeing them, and I can explain further how this was different than what was originally printed. About 10 feet away, Kirk (who I assume is some type of manager) chimed in to publicly chastise me for daring to expect the online visual preview and the final product to be identical. He barely let me get a word in! He constantly interrupted me and shook his head at me in an exaggerated way. He said that I should have gone by number of pages, not visually what the preview looked like. OK, great, but the FedEx design site said nothing to this effect! Two gentlemen worked with me to get the book looking as I had originally planned. As I waited in the store, I observed Kirk verbally abusing the other employees in front of customers. He harshly told them how to clean up and fix equipment in an extremely sarcastic voice. He mocked, ridiculed, and humiliated them in front of everyone in the store. One man came in for work and Kirk did a whiny imitation of his voice. The guy had just shown up; he hadn't even had time to do anything wrong yet! Kirk even demanded the employee repeat back directions he had given him, like an adult would do with a small child. The employee had done nothing wrong; he simply came in to work and some equipment was malfunctioning. I felt horribly uncomfortable. A few customers came in and Kirk talked to two of them about how he has a few ex-fiancées and that he doesn't want to get married or find love. Not only were these anecdotes inappropriate and unprofessional; they were totally unsurprising considering Kirk's terrible attitude and dismal interpersonal skills. I was totally happy with my finished product and the service provided by everyone, except for Kirk, was exceptional. The other employees were knowledgeable and helpful. Kirk was rude, condescending, and made the whole experience a negative one. Unfortunately, I do not plan on returning to this FedEx store. A friend informed me that Kirk has been arrested in the past for stalking a woman and threatening to kill her. I looked it up and that does, in fact, appear to be true. It's really unfortunate that FedEx has people like this working in the store. I was hesitant to even write this because I don't want him to come after me. read more

I have never received anything but wonderful service and help at this location, the girls that work there are very busy but most of them know exactly what they are doing. I have gone here for color copying, for laminating, for making a portfolio and even binding a small book together. I've used their computers or borrowed their wifi and used my own, this is the perfect little office while I'm out and about or if I need to copy/print/fax/laminate anything. read more

There were two employees to cover all printing, store purchases, and shipping which seemed insane since it was quite crowded. I needed to have proposals made for work and was rudely told there was one printer (being used) and I could use a self kiosk. He said they don't normally accept walk up orders. ?? What ?? Terrible customer service. They have two separate lines: one for printing and one for shipping. When I went in they had one person working each line. After waiting 20 minutes to get to the front of the printing line, the salesperson working that line asked what I needed. All I needed was to see their paper sample catalog. He asked me to wait one moment while he grabbed it, but instead walked over to the shipping line and started helping those customers while I stood there dumbfounded. All he needed to do was hand me a catalog! I didn't speak up until he started helping people who had joined that line after he left me. I asked very nicely when he would be able to get the catalog and he was very rude. At this point all the customers in the store had come in after us. He said he wasn't going to get the catalog until everyone else had left. We had to go to a different location since more people were coming in and this was a losing battle. Wow. read more
