Last week the girl quoted $38 to send a pkg 13x13x6 via USPS - it seemed extremely high so I went across the street where they sent the pkg via same shipper, USPS, for $12.82. I just went back today to mail a pkg and was quoted ~$24 as the least expensive - again I went across the street and was able to send for less - $12 - again via the same shipper. When I questioned the difference, I was met with sugar coated snark! I have been a loyal customer but no longer. I strongly recommend PostalAnnex across the street in the Sprouts center. read more

Mailed a very important ck to be mailed over night and had to keep following up when it would be delivered. Talked to John, Julie and several other people other that it was delayed because of mechanical problems and I would receive a refund. This was April and now August and called again that it was due to weather which was a lie. Total dishonest store and it's really sad they operate that way. If anyone is mailing something important please go elsewhere. read more

Staff is decently friendly. Location is small and has always tended to be a bit slow. Prices on boxing/envelopes isn't great. But in the end most all my shipments made it where they were going on time, so it gets the job done. read more

I come here often and I love how fast and friendly they are. Always efficient and super helpful. There may be a line in here sometimes, but they move quickly unless it's a needy customer.... Which I have witnessed and saw how professional the staff handled it. Parking is t great, the parking lot it very small. But people are in and out. The people working here could be a little nicer. We came to get something notarized, and they told us that it's by appointment only and that we should've known if we went to the website. The reason we knew there was notary services available was because we saw the signage on the window . This signage does not say by appointment nor does it say ways to access the service . After coming here on and off for a few months... I have to say this is the best UPS store I have ever used to ship items. I recently went to the Memorial location due to meeting a friend near that location and having to drop something off. My package sat for 2 full business days before even moving. However, the MacArthur location both Matthew and Cory are super fast at shipping things off and or checking you out in general. My packages always get shipped same day if I drop it off early, and the service is always friendly and fast. read more

Most of my work at this location is with Eric, the fellow who runs the print/copy side of things. He's excellent. Knows his stuff and always goes above and beyond. And on the occasions I have worked with other staff, they're always super, too. Great new store fronts on May Ave, just around the corner from the old store that fronted on 50th. Do not use this store for passport photos. The first photo were denied by the USPS passport office for being too small, I returned to have a second photo taken (they were very nice about it but seemed shocked) and when trying to submit the second photos those were denied too. I paid $20 at this store, took 2 trips and and ended up having to pay for another set of photo. The staff is super friendly but I would rather have accurate service. I encourage this business to take larger photos. Note to business: the hair line spec is referring to the forehead meets hair and not the top of the head! read more

This is the best UPS store I've ever used. I rent a box here and they treat me like family. I live half the time in another state. I tried to get a UPS store and box in the other state....bad idea and after 7 mistakes and every single package,delivered got lost (even though it was sitting right behind them and sometimes I could even see it/ one for 3 whole weeks!). I realized the hard way, (store above) how excellent this store is compared to others!! Chrissy, Michelle and Logan are truly nice people and the other staff is highly efficient. They have never messed up, not even once! Why can all stores be this great? They should clone these people for franchises. The best! A++++ read more

This is by far the worst UPS store I have ever been to, not sure what the lady up fronts name was but she had a bad attitude and was snippy, and it wasn't even Monday. Ended up not even shipping my package there. Tried to purchase a box to ship at a different UPS store and she wouldn't do that for me. Highly recommend going to the store across from the Quail Springs Mall off Memorial Rd. Really wish they had a negative stars review. read more
