So I needed some items large items shipped. I called the location ahead of time to see if they accept holding Mail. Fortunately, for me at this location, they do. For people who travel a lot this is a great alternative option to receiving mail. My items were shipped to this location the female I spoke with Toya was very courteous and answered all of my questions confidently. When my packages arrived, I came in with the ID. They already had my packages ready. The fee is $10 per package. I was in and out within 3 minutes. This saved me so much time and resources from a logistical standpoint. read more

Employees are short and somewhat rude to customers, as if they don't want to be there. I had to do a return and UPS emailed me and said to take the barcode to a local store, unfortunately the barcode wasn't visible (see attached), maybe this is a ploy from UPS itself to make more money because when I got to the store, they told me they had to print off the label and it was $2 to print off the shipping label Plus any packaging that I needed to have. Really? I had to ask for help because the barcode did not appear on my email, and now you want to overcharge me for a sheet of paper? When I told the lady that I was having trouble with the barcode. She said it was "not my problem". Instead of having me fumbling in my phone to find QR codes and what not, he was already familiar with process and just scanned my equipment to generate the turn in within their computer system. Provided me paperwork to keep on hand to make sure my turn in was complete, then provided great detailed information about PO Boxes I was curious about. Would definitely recommend this location. read more

I had an Amazon return and was only a few blocks away so voila! I ran by here. The clerk was so nice in the midst of people going insane from the Corona-19 plague scare. Patrick Casey is the owner of the UPS store in Midwest City on south Air Depot. At the time I entered his store, I did not know this. I thought he was an employee. I went to return an item to Amazon, he was the one I spoke to. I live in Choctaw and its a ways to the store. The item I was returning was retailed at $160. I had 3 days to get it in the mail. He informed me that he could not make the return because the item was not in the original box. How he knew that is beyond me because the item was delivered to me in one of those plastic pouches you tear at the perforation. If the item was not in the mail on time, I lose $160. I informed him that I had never read that an item has to be returned in the original box but he was adamant that was Amazon's policy and refused to assist me with the return. Amazon always gives explicit instructions on making a return. I was miffed and went to my car angry because of the drive I had made and the money I was about to lose for no apparent reason. I then went back in to inquire of his name in case he was mistaken about the Amazon policy and I was going to bring it up to the manager later. He said he was Patrick but would not give me his last name and asked why I needed it. I told him that if he was wrong then he would need to take ownership of that mistake so I needed his full name. He then said his last name was Casey. When I got back to Choctaw, I called his store and he was gone. I was informed he was the owner. I did some googling and found out UPS stores are a subsidiary of UPS, the guys in the brown trucks. I also found and confirmed that in fact you can use any box as long as there is not an old shipping label on it. I also found that the UPS stores get paid by Amazon each time they process a return; they are in contract with them. The UPS stores can be held accountable by Amazon for mishandling return items. I also found that Sarah Casalan is the president of the UPS stores nationwide. I have corresponded with her office and informed them that Patrick is not following the required protocol set forth by Amazon. I have also informed Amazon as well. This review is to provide the public with information they can use if the same thing happens to them. If you are given misleading information, especially if it ends up costing you money, you do have recourse. The owner can be held accountable even to the extent of monetary charges for mishandling a return. I did return to the store after speaking to another person there over the phone and made a successful return no questions asked. This was about an hour later after the owner, Patrick Casey had left. The big question in my mind is how in the world is it possible that a UPS store owner would not be aware of Amazon's policy on returns, in light of the fact they process so many? read more

This store is ridiculous! I went to this store to ship something back to a company to be worked on. The employee asked what I was shipping and I told them it was an optic. The employee told me they do not ship gun from that store and the comes from the store owner. I tried to explain to the employee an optic was not a gun and they said they do not send gun parts. Again, I tried to explain its not even a gun part and asked to speak with the manager and they refused and said it is the store owners policy. As I left, I was obviously upset and the employee said something under her breath (swearing). I will never use this store again! read more

Convenient to be able to stop by and drop off Amazon packages. With the strap off you can be assured that package gets to Amazon safely in quite often you are credited to refund when they scan the package at the store. They offer all of the other services that you would expect from UPS as well as PO boxes and mail drop off services. read more

This is my go to UPS, it's conveniently located on my way from work to get onto the highway. The employees are always nice, helpful and make sure you're in and out quick. They now take amazon returns, which is amazing! You just bring them your item and they package it for you. Also, there is more parking in the back of the building, but I find the front spots easier. read more

I regularly use this UPS store to ship packages for my small business. I send around 5 to 10 packages per day. In the past month I've had to file 5 claims on lost packages that were sent from this store. Furthermore, UPS requires that you fax your claim to them, which, in my opinion is totally archaic. Most companies use email technology these days but that's what they require to process your claim paperwork. This store wants to charge me $5.43 every time I fax one of these claims in, even though they are at fault for losing these packages. So I'm paying over $25 a month in faxing fees to try and recover these losses. Can you understand how I find this a bit annoying? Back in December I shipped a large box to my niece and for whatever reason the box was returned to me a week later. This store, had a very hard time understanding that I needed some very expensive shipping fees returned to me and they wanted to charge me again to reship the box that didn't get there the first time. So I go to the actual UPS Hub to see if anyone there is easier to deal with. Turns out they were. However, I come to find out that this UPS store overcharged me for the shipping on the box that was returned. I wouldn't recommend this place based on all the issues that I have with them week after week. It's extremely frustrating and since December, I am leery of being overcharged. read more

Use any other UPS location possible. Heck, drive your package to its destination if you can. I have no idea how they are even still in business. This is a UPS Franchise, so after I had 3 packages lost in transit, I couldn't even file my own claim to be refunded, they were the only ones that could (because technically, they are now the shipper, not me?). So they can supposedly get the money for MY lost items, and then can turn it over to me, if they want. It took months of E-mailing, calling, and finally coming there in person to even follow up on the lost items claims (that had not even been filed). After 6 months of this, Justin, the owner, called and said they would write me a check and let me know when it's ready. But, no surprise here, they have completely avoided any email or call since. I finally had to file a claim through the consumer protection act, which is absolutely ridiculous. I've had great luck and service at other UPS locations, but this one is horrible. read more

Worst customer service. Not only did they charge me $70 to NOT deliver a package next day but when I called to inquire about a refund, I was put on hold for 20 min. When I called back & said as much to the next person to answer her response was "oh dang" ......then I was told the owner wasn't there to call back next day, did so & the owner yelled at me & hung up on me. Usually I like this UPS location and for that reason it probably mostly deserves 3.5 stars, sometimes 4. Today it gets 3. My daughter took a few packages to mail and was frustrated by the fact that no employees were wearing masks while all customers were being considerate by wearing masks. She asked the employee a question and the woman's response was "I can't hear you behind that mask". My kids range from 16-26 and they're all being very thoughtful and responsible during Covid-19. I understand masks get hot, but there's no reason these employees can't wear a neck wrap to pull up when customers come inside. And there's certainly no excuse for being rude to a customer who's being a responsible citizen. UPS should expect better. read more

I had this location ship some valuable art to New York and the receiver informed they instead received a wine box. The owner of this location has yet to contact me. Susan, who messed up this shipment, informed they placed the art on a table with other shipments, and swapped labels. So, their process for shipping is to just put stuff on a table, completely unorganized. And I'm currently out thousand of dollars. read more

Great idea if you need something mailed/shipped and you don't have the box or time to do it yourself. I went at lunch and people were coming and going and getting waited on quickly. There was a problem with the computers so it took a bit longer. I had 19 assorted sizes of wine glassess I needed sent to the East Coast. It cost me around $100 for them to pack it and mail it. For me it was money well spent because I was able to get them out of my house and not try to track down a box big enough, bubble wrap, etc., and then find the time to stand in line at the post office. I would use this service again. I had no problems with the employees or the customers while I was there. read more

One star would be too much, it's only there as a place holder, in reality I give this location ZERO stars. I tried to send off a package last Monday, was greeted by a rude clerk, who consistently tried talking over me, I tried to give him the full and correct address, because this package was going to a military base, he said they wouldn't take it, fine whatever, said clerk doesn't offer me any additional packaging, or insurance on my item (it was a computer, keyboard, etc) Package makes it to the base, gets refused because it doesn't have the correct address, I go pick it up when it comes back to this location, and I get my item damaged, the computer is in a glass case and there's broken glass all over it. I ask what I can do about it, I get a number for a claims manager, I spend the rest of the week going through the claims manager and the "owner" I tell them everything about the clerk that mishandled my package, and I'm still told that there's nothing they can do about it, not even a refund for the shipping will they give me. Also the claims manager asked me not to go through anywhere else because it would look bad on their store so, I hope this makes their store look bad ‍ in short, don't ship through this UPS store location because they'll mishandle your package, give it back to you severely damaged, and then try to wipe their hands clean of all responsibility. read more

I'm not sure how I've not reviewed this little oasis of friendly, accommodating customer service before. Let's be clear. I've ended up here now three times after the EffedEx can't handle my seemingly basic needs. Somehow, this has been an afterthought of mine, as in, maybe the UPS store can help me, even though I probably drive past this at least five times a week when I go to work/play/hang at The Spy. Well, whenever and however I end up here, they take care of me. They will let you email them something and print it off. They will bypass their systems to take care of a customer. What a concept! They will scan something in and email it to you. Again, really groundbreaking stuff here if you've only been hanging out at the Kinks. There's parking, easy access to both the actual and information-super highways. There are nice kids who want to help. Shoot, they'll even double check to make sure they did the job right before they swipe your card and send you packing. Signed, sealed and delivered from evil. read more

I've been a box-holder for years here and I love coming into this store. I've worked with other UPS stores, FedEx, QuikPrint...none compare to the quality of service at this store. Shipping, printing, card stock, you name it. I come to these guys for everything and trust them implicitly. They've made very few mistakes with my shipments/orders and have always made it right. Not only is the service impeccable, but the staff is incredibly courteous and professional. I've witnessed many situations where demanding and ignorant customers were handled with much more patience than they deserved. I'm a huge fan of this store's culture: from management to the employees, they have customer service down to a science! After having out-of-town guests on a recent visit, I found myself needing to determine the best way to mail a horse. Not a real horse, thankfully, although it was still a tricky thing to mail. I first went to the post office thinking I could do one of the flat rate boxes and be done with it. Somehow it went horribly downhill: I received no help and was told I needed to wait in line to ask my question and then get back in line to finish mailing my stuff. What?!! That response did not go over well with me, so I left in a huff and decided to try out The UPS Store in hopes it would go better. And it did! The guy working there was super friendly, helped me cram the darn horse into a box without breaking it, taped the box for me, and we got it mailed out in less than 10 minutes and without it being a small fortune. It was awesome! If I ever need to mail anything else (say an elephant for Christmas?) I am going back to this UPS store. read more
