Took my prepaid Dell Alienware laptop there for it to be sent back to Dell for the 5th time for repair. When it arrived at Dell, the screen and 3 internal boards were broken. So, Dell repaired that and ignored the real issues. Now I have Dell boosting about how they repaired the hardware, but the damn thing still does not work. Now I have to do the same thing again, but this time I took pictures of the laptop's condition before shipping. The service there is also a joke, as they take forever to come to the desk while sitting and talking to each other. FedEx management, please investigate this location and review their cameras. I am pretty sure your answer will be in the footage of their actions while customers are there and after they leave. Hell, I saw one leave the building while on the clock to buy items from the back of a vehicle. read more

I strongly prefer coming here over any of the other locations, including close by UPS location. While they may be more expensive, they have much better customer service. And I don't have to worry that my package will be treated like a soccer ball. read more

I ordered something from Walmart.com. FedEx handled the shipment. For 4 days straight I got an email it was out for delivery when it wasn't. I stayed home waiting for it. Customer service said that their website is not reliable. I will NEVER EVER use FedEx again. And they also damaged the product. Worst communication I have ever dealt with. read more

This place is a joke. I placed an online order and went to the store to pick it up. The order total online was $16.12. I pick up the order and they ring it up as $26. I told them that wasn't right. I showed them the order confirmation. I walked through the order again in their store and confirmed the price again right in front of them. They still refused to honor the original price. I placed the order again while I was standing there. Paid the $16.12 online and they reprinted the order. Seriously? 45 minutes for this circus when it should have taken less than 5. read more

Convenient location. Has grown expensive. Not a fan of the system to pay for copies. Counter help (staff) somewhat rude and a bit abusive to the younger folks who came in. Other, better places close by. Not recommended. read more

I'm pleased with their hours, and all of the staff that I have encountered are friendly and helpful, but something about the Edmond location is kind of mind numbing. Tons of mean, rude ladies (customers..) who look like they've never smiled once in their lives, trying to use a fax machine or copier, getting frustrated, because you know, technology. They look at you like you are beneath them and/or trying to steal their purse (just my experience- lavender hair and tasteful tattoos make certain people uncomfortable, I guess? - also, it's Edmond :-/). I definitely prefer the Quail Springs FedEx to this one. The clientele at this location are just another level of rude. This location is really small; and apparently people are territorial about their copy machines. But, it serves it's purpose, and I'm happy to have a FedEx store in Edmond, so 3 stars. read more

This store has the most impolite, unprofessional, non-caring, unhelpful people working there!! I have never in my life experienced such rude people that could care less about my shipping of packages. I call that exact location, ask if thats where infect their located and they proceed to tell me no, the number I called is NOT that exact location, so I show up in person to try to track down a package that was supposed to be delivered there and they say, oh yeah, didn't we just speak to you? I said yes, and you told me I called the main FedEx number, not this store directly, then they proceed to give me lip and are rude as could possibly be and still not answer my questions. They sigh under their breath like I'm burdening them, when they are (supposed to) be there to work and answer my questions. SIMPLY disrespectful, lazy and don't give a hoot about anything but putting their 8hours and going home, while doing the very least amount of work they can get away with, when they should be focusing on good customer service! Stereotypical! I hate to say that, but it's simply the case! LAZY, ignorant and could care less about learning not to be ignorant and just doing their job! I just returned from this store and was blown away with the fast customer service I received from an older employee (male). He immediately greeted me (and others) as I entered the store and inquired what I needed. I needed help with making copies of a long ago (and long) divorce decree for an insurance claim. I wasn't sure how to do every thing, as it's been awhile since I made copies. He treated me with respect and was also able to help others as the copies rolled off the machine for me. FedEx doesn't ship to P.O. boxes and will not ship large items. e.g. guitar case. Don't waste your time. There is a UPS Store right across the street from McAlister's. I have never been refused any type of service from UPS. read more
