Brought my beautiful wedding invitations in there to be printed and they did pretty much the worst…read morejob possible. When I got them back, they looked so terrible I actually cried. They were all different colors, the edges were jagged, they were off centered, and they didn't even bother to include the envelops we were forced to pay for. There was literally a white margin on one side but not the other. The guy working there claimed he found them unacceptable. Clearly his co-worker didn't. He said that the printer must have run out of ink and they were cut with a dull blade. How did someone in good conscience think this was ok to give to me? They were going to charge us $140 for these. Inexcusable. Ended up taking them to Upstate Printing who did a spectacular job for literally half the price and just about as quickly to. This time I cried tears of joy. For the love of god, don't trust these people with anything important. It's just a bunch of kids who don't even care enough to wear clothes without stains on them. They clearly don't give a sh**, even about something as important your wedding invitations.

When I came in this corner was hustling, but the staff made sure every customer was served promptly and no one had to mill about and wait too long, and they switched back and forth between tasks seamlessly. Super underrated to be able to juggle a line and make sure nobody's ignored! The staff were really friendly and helpful. Also, one of my documents accidentally got damaged after I left and they called me right away to let me know so that I could email them the file - my project was still ready on time. So why the lower rating? Well, honestly, this store is pretty run down, and the self-service printing leaves a lot to be desired. I used both- full service to laminate and self-service to print. The printers were pretty beat up and one started fritzing out when I was trying to use it. (And considering that there's a review mentioning a printer being broken from 2 years ago, seems like management just....doesn't care about replacing equipment.) The quality of the printing on the self-serve is not good, and not cheap either. My docs were pretty faded, and if not for being in a rush, I would have forgotten it and gone home to print it myself. Seriously, my bargain home printer could have produced brighter, nicer quality prints. I came here because I was in the area, but I think I'll just do my self printing at the FedEx print center next time, because the price is about the same, the quality is better, and there I don't feel like the machine is going to fall apart if I hit the wrong button- lol. Being inside this store is kinda just sad mostly, it feels like a dying, wheezing along retail relic. I think I'd only come back for the staffed printing service, assuming the team is the same, because they really redeemed the experience- I hope the corporate staff appreciates these team members because they seem to be the only bright spots in an otherwise wasteland of a store. They singlehandedly pulled this rating up because it would have been lower otherwise- or, the sad neglected equipment pulled them down because they're 5-star employees.

I received an email saying no one approved a rush order and that my order is scheduled for a delivery of the 10th I called and spoke to them on the phone On the 7th asking for clarification on what they meant, and to reiterate that if I can't have them by the 8th I need to cancel. Throughout the conversation I offered :that if they must be shipped That 2nd day is no longer needed and that I should be refunded the money for 2nd day air. Words can not describe the lack of care and the "" it isn't my fault / problem it's yours ""attitude that I revived. Shortly after the conversation I received an email From their customer service department: ...."I was not contacted by anyone to rush the order, therefore, even though it's scheduled to ship FedEx 2nd Day Air the due date remained 3/10/14." That's 10 days later from ordering. @ no time throughout any contact either by email or phone did the words "let me see what I can do" , "I am sorry" or anything that resemble professionalism or care of their customers. All that was iterated was the inconvenience to them selves and that someone else would have to pay for it. I would look else where for your printing needs if I were you. I work hard for my money, and I prefer to give it to those who work equally hard at their jobs to earn it.

I dropped off the copy on Tues., Matt cleaned it up, centered the ads, added graphics, etc. and had a proof for me while I waited. The books were done later that day. The quality is excellent and the price was extremely reasonable which helped with this fund raiser. We won't have the Convention again for a while but we will be getting our letterhead, envelopes and any posters there. Very, very worth the short drive to Oriskany Falls from Verona.
