Needed flat rate boxes to ship items to another state for a business. Incredible they would only offer 2 boxes stating they only have four and that they take, "two weeks to get the boxes". I asked if I then go to several different stores to get an adequate number of boxes and he stated yes I guess so. Apparently It's a ship center that will not help us ship. I'm blown away and will use a different service altogether for our businesses. I'd happily purchase boxes if that would help but given the rigid stance and lack of customer care I simply cannot support and will pay more elsewhere. Customer service should matter. Not sure if this is a supply chain issue or what but you need to explain to your customers why they can't use your one rate boxes. read more

I came here to print several dozen documents, and chose this location since it was near my meeting place. They were very expensive, and due to be distributed to an important client of mine. While the order was fulfilled quickly, I asked that they be stapled in a specific way. The person who make them did not follow the directions that were written in the order, nor did they make an attempt to contact me to clarify. This location used to be very nice and accommodating. Went in today and was treated poorly. My daughter left her purse in Tucson and I was trying to mail it back. The counter person tried to say cold medicine was cigarettes and wouldn't mail it because it had $30 cash in it. I am her mother and didn't even go through her purse. I came in here this afternoon to make copies for work and send a small package. This is my second visit to this location and I have to say the customer service is spectacular! The first visit the woman at the counter offered to make copies for me. This visit I worked with the store Manager I believe his name is Brent and he totally impressed me. He was absolutely cheerful and energetic with me as well as all the customers that walked in the store. He was professional, knowledge and showed urgency to move everyone through quickly. Although, FedEx is expensive and I usually use the post office to send packages I didn't mind giving this store business. It is infrequent to find such a high standard of service. read more

Vista print did not come through on a printing project that had a deadline. I called this FedEx, explained my dilemma and the employee, Gentille, was empathetic and able to solve my situation--and she did it in a couple hours! I started out at the Fed Ex on Broadway to print a couple posters of family for my mother's funeral. The assistant manager was not friendly or helpful. Unlike my previous experiences with Fed Ex stores and staff. After I left I realized I was on a timeline and emailed my files to print. I paid the total in my Visa card over the phone. When he called me back he said the prints were ready but pretty grainy and pixelated. The cost of $107 did not seem worth the quality he was describing so I cancelled the order. He then told me he couldn't credit me without me coming to the store. When I questioned that he "checked" and then said he could. It was an overall very upsetting experience especially with my mothers recent death. He was unfriendly and unhelpful during the whole experience. In a panic to get the posters printed, my brother and I went to the Fed Ex at 7301 Tanque Verde. What a difference! We were immediately welcomed into the store by Brent, the store manager. He proceeded to give us over the top excellent, friendly, helpful service. His desire to make sure everything was the way we wanted was apparent throughout our visit. I cannot recommend Brent and his team more highly. He has literally made a very difficult time easier and our Mother's family and friends will get to enjoy the beautiful posters he made for us. After yesterday's experience with poor customer service I doubt I will ever return to this store. I'd called beforehand to pay for some Fedex boxes and ask that they be dropped in my trunk so that I needn't risk going into the store due to age and pandemic. Oh No, I was told by Josh, they couldn't possibly do that: You must come into the store to make the purchase; we don't bring items out to you. I haven't been into a store in over a year. When I purchased boxes twice from this very store over the phone within the last 9 months, they were brought out to my car trunk (about 15 feet from the counter inside). I called another Fedex store in Tucson who were happy to accommodate me. I don't know if this is a problem with the store or with their hiring of the incompetent, but this store gives FedEx a bad name. read more

Excellent customer service. Had to drop off a pre-labed package from Verizon and although the box Verizon supplied was FedEx, I hadn't noticed that the label was for UPS. The young girl working greeted me as soon as I walked in and was very friendly. She must've dealt with this before because she informed me of the difference in label before she even made it over to the box. She immediately explained where the nearest UPS was and advised the hours she believed they were open (and she was right). This girl was great. Unfortunately the UPS I had to go to was horrible.
