These guys are assholes. Walked in at 4:01 to ship a package for which I already had a label purchased. They said they wouldn't accept any packages after 4. Their pickup truck wasn't even there yet and they totally could have accepted it, but they just wanted to make things difficult. Editing to add that we drove all the way to the other FedEx, only to learn they didn't have a printer, so they couldn't print our label. We then turn around and head back to this FedEx. When we arrive at 4:40, we see the truck being loaded up. We asked the driver if he would take the package and he agreed. Lots of wasted time over nothing. read more

I saw the low star rating. Still I called last hour before they close. The lady answered all my questions. I hopped in my car and drove there. The young lady answered al my questions regarding pricing a and time. I told her I needed the cheapest option. She was very courteous and did not push for the most expensive one. She repeated everything twice. I had forgotten my phone in my car so she was patient enough to allow me to put out my papers and get the address and then put it back in. She told me new trick. I had my mask on and she could barely hear me but still she was very patient. The place was wide and neat, with floor marks for social distancing. Parking was empty. The FedEx staff member in-training who helped me had a terrible attitude from the moment I stepped in the store. He asked me what I needed assistance with, and when I said some printing, he pointed me to the self-service area. When I explained that it is specifically for some missing pages of a vintage book with certain details, he immediately appeared exasperated, as though I was inconveniencing him. He made it seem like I was giving him an insurmountable task and gave little eye rolls and curt sighs. After enduring this unprofessional behavior for several minutes, I told them that if they couldn't help me, I could take my project elsewhere. It was at that point I was told their usual color printer was down and that this location likely wouldn't be able to help me. This whole experience was disappointing, and I was irritated by the poor attitude. They really should have told me that my project was too complicated for them at the very beginning of the encounter and that I would be better served elsewhere. I would have respected their honesty. I left my originals in the copier on Saturday. When I called, I was told they had them. I said I would pick them up on Sunday. On Sunday, the same person said he couldn't find them, I would have to wait until Tuesday when the manager was in. I requested a call to let me know I could pick them up. NO CALL! UPS is across the street. Go there unless you want to encounter Greta. Greta was the most unprofessional customer service agent I've ever encountered. My partner and I went in to ship some items after a family tragedy. We were careful to read the caution sign regarding COVID-19 (even though it was blown over) and listened carefully to the employee helping us. After we were invited to the counter to verify addresses and borrow a pen, however, Greta literally abandoned her customer and came over to berate us for approaching the counter and humiliated her coworker for simply doing her job courteously. I called the manager and found out he witnessed the whole thing and failed to step in and help customers who have loyally been going here for 2+ years. Disgusting. read more

Everyone here was very kind and helpful! I had a poster and bookmarks that needing printing, but I wasn't sure how to prepare my files. They were able to format my file to print the way I wanted it to and had my order completed in less than 24 hrs. When I came to pick it up there had been an issue with part of my order but they resolved it quickly and gave me a small discount for the inconvenience which was not expected but appreciated Everything was excellent quality, I can't recommend them enough! read more

I was extremely impressed with the quality customer service - GENTILLE IS AMAZING. I literally cannot stop talking about how knowledgeable, friendly and wonderful this experience was for me. I'm a 31 year old who honestly didn't know to ship anything let alone figure out all the options there are for shipping stuff- she was extremely patience and took the time to explain the services - as well as pricing and further more show me the best way to ship items on my eBay store - I'm extremely grateful for her positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond. In this time and age that's extremely rare & this speaks WONDERS about fedex. I will absolutely be using them in the future on the weekly basis :) very happy read more

I am done with this place. I ship alot. Sometimes I have to drop things off. They are always well packed and pre-labeled. Abby, an employee there consistently grills me as to what is in my boxes (I have already told Fedex that when I used the online labeling system) She doesn't like that I often use pre-used boxes and today she claimed that because I had 2'' of a hazardous sticker peeking out on a recycled box that even if I removed it I would never be able to drop it off again at that location due to the fact that she had previously seen it. She then referred me to the main office some 8.4 miles away. When I asked where the next closest location was so that I could remove the label (box only had a spring in it) she refused to tell me (turns out its across the street and they accepted it fine) I have had at least six negative interactions with this employee and by the feedback here it seems as if others have as well. Many of the complaints are this employees modus operandi and if so she is single handily ruining business for this location. I don't write these reviews lightly. I am sure she seems like a good employee. She crosses the T's and dots the I's and she certainly enjoys reciting Fedex guidelines from memory but management would be better off keeping her in a non-customer facing position or letting her go before she causes further damage. read more

Do not under any circumstances buy electronics from this store. I bought a QI compatible charger for my Qi compatible Apple Xs Max phone. The box says the charger is QI compatible the charger does not work with my model--although the one I already have works fine. When I took it back they told me they would not refund the money only exchange it for the same product - the product that doesn't seem to work with my phone. The Merkury product box did not state the charger only worked with some QI compatible phones but not all. They would not offer a store credit. The young man showed me his phone worked with it. Great. I showed him my iPhone X does not, and that it works with QI chargers made by other companies. When I said you know I'm going to complain about this the salesman's response was "what because you bought the wrong product?" No because I bought it at the wrong store. read more

My visit here was a disaster. The guy that does the copies was extremely rude. There was no one in line in front of me and he took one look at me and started looking over my head, "next in line" like he wanted to help anyone but me. After no one took him up on his offer he said angrily, "miss?" I brought an invitation I had made for a party I was having and asked if he could make copies for me on cardstock. "No, it's copyrighted, but you can." What?! The copyright he was talking about was because it said the word, 'Titanic.' There was no picture of Titanic or anything else like that on the invite. I was extremely upset because I really needed help and had just come from the Library where I had spent two hours trying to do it myself. He charged me for stock paper then told me he could meet me at the self serve printer. After waiting 5 min for him, I took off since he made no move to help me. He was honestly the rudest person I have ever met, why he is working for customer service is beyond me. I would never suggest someone to be fired, but... for him, I'd make an exception. I was so frustrated at this point, I cried upset, unhappy tears. I had to drive to a different FedEx to get help and the guy behind the counter said he saw nothing wrong with the invite and was able to rectify the situation, but I never should have had to drive somewhere else to begin with. Also, he mentioned to me the other guy charged me incorrectly so I was charged twice, what the first guy charged me then what the second one charged trying to fix the other guy's mistake. read more

I really don't like FedEx, and I don't like this location even more. UPS is fast, and friendly. This location is slow, and customer service is obviously not their priority. Unfortunately a product I buy frequently uses FedEx, and I have to exchange a cartridge for a new one every month. Frequently, they have rejected the return, using the same box I received the item in, trying to charge me $10 for new packaging. JUST NOW my security camera told me there was someone at the front door, but in the 5 seconds it took me to get to the front door, there was a note saying I was unavailable. I have been so pleased by the competency and knowledge the staff has brought to the shipping problems I have presented. In particular, I have worked with Abby more than once. She is a real gem. She was able to cut the cost of shipping several items by recognizing that three items could fit into one box. And today, she used a poster box to pack a small painting I brought in. I placed a fairly large order this past Friday for my business. I was expecting a call from the Fed Ex employee to confirm how much my order was going to cost (the call never came). Saturday comes along and a CS rep calls me and tells me that they already printed my order and placed them in the binders, but it looks like I misspelled the word America and that they would have to charge me an additional 45$ to reprint the last two pages (30 copies). If they would have called me to confirm this error could have been caught. If you know the word America is spelled incorrectly don't you think the rep would have fixed it? and if not, why didn't they call me to confirm the spelling?? This was by far my worst experience with FedEx and I will be rethinking my printing options in the future. read more

I stopped by FedEx to print out a couple of tickets for an Arizona basketball game. I walk in the door and scan the place for a computer to print out tickets. I asked an employee for help, but this guy -- whom I suspect is some form of IT school dropout that spends the majority of his time consuming Hot Pockets and playing hours of Everquest -- couldn't give me two seconds for a basic question. Instead, he annoyingly states, "Everyone is helping someone right now and you're going to have to wait." This was after he ignored me the first time I attempted to get his attention. I understand places of business tend to get busy, but this place was far from it and I just needed to be pointed in the right direction. To be fair, it was pretty stupid of me to not notice where the computers were because it was quite obvious, but this giant walking turd with hair could have attempted to be a tad bit more helpful. After finding the computer, I insert my debit card so I am able to pull up my email and print out the tickets. While in the middle of pulling my account up, the internet connection became a bit choppy and it took four minutes to open up the page. During this time-frame, I attempted to flag down the same "worker" but I was blown off again, all while charges are being racked up on my debit card. I spent 20 minutes in this location for something that should have only taken 2 and it was all because of a FedEx employee who, in all honesty, could have used a shower. read more

All I had to do was hand over my box when I was greeted at the door by a man, whom looked like the manager, asking if I was sending out a package. On the bottom it says " For your own personal use only, items made from this template cannot be shared or resold in anyway" and copyright from the seller. We have been going here since we moved to Tucson and overall things have been fine. But, today, when we needed good customer service the most following a very recent family tragedy, Gretta degraded us and treated us like second class citizens. Although we were being helped by another associate who was giving us specific instructions in regards to our shipment, requiring us to come closer than the six foot social distancing, Greta went out of her way, abandoning her own customer, to aggressively berate us for being too close to the counter, and kept yelling for me to go to the other side of the store and my partner to stand further away. It was not just one sentence, one statement, but a slew of degrading instructions. I sincerely understand the need for social distancing in this trying time, however, we were obeying those orders and approaching the desk as needed to verify correct shipping information at the beckoning of our own associate. Why Greta felt the need to leave her own responsibilities behind and yell at another associate's customers is beyond me. Consequently, we cancelled our transaction, to which Greta apologized to our own associate, but did not even acknowledge or apologize to us. After a phone call with the manager, he said he saw the whole situation, yet he did not step in at all when we could have used some help and assurance. If you go to FedEx and are greeted by Greta, feel free to go across the street to UPS. It's close by and they have management who care. read more

This location is awful. I often ship with fedex for work and never ever have an issue but the last two times I have gone here I had issues. The last time I had to wait 10 minutes to drop off something that already had a label and should have taken two seconds but because they don't keep supplies (mailers and boxes out) I had to wait in line. Today, the girl told me my item wouldn't fit in their box and that it couldn't "move around" in the box and that it would cost $4 to put paper in it. What I was shipping was not fragile and I could care less if it moves around in the box. I left here annoyed and without leaving my package. I like this particular FedEx best because it's the only one in Tucson that was able to laminate a 24" x 36" poster for me, but that's not what inspired me to review this branch. Typically notorious for lackluster service, this FedEX provided a remarkable experience last Friday. I was accompanying a client with muscular dystrophy that uses a wheelchair, because he had some questions about making brochures for an MDA fundraiser. Despite being 20 years old and of completely normal intellect, most people either stare at him awkwardly or talk to him like he's a child. I even catch medical professionals sometimes directing pertinent dialogue towards me rather than him, as though he wouldn't understand. The employee that helped us with this particular matter was not only eager to help (a nice change of pace in itself) -- he was extremely respectful and spoke without the least bit of condescension. He did not make any assumptions about to whom he should speak, and he fielded all questions with enthusiasm. I wish I could remember his name, because he deserves recognition, but this review will have to suffice I suppose. Whenever I need their services, this is the branch I will support. read more
