Tired of leaving our gates open for a signature required delivery -only to see the truck whizz right by. Today, I literally sat in my car for 3 hours just to catch the truck. Right as je was about to drive right past us again, I threw on my car lights and he finally stopped. I told him we had opened the gates all day Saturday, Monday (and today-Tuesday). He barely acknowledged me before running off and saying "not your guy". Horrible experience and I hope you get some decent drivers soon! read more

STAY AWAY. HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THESE IDIOTS. I was expecting a very large package containing a chair and left a very large sign on my front door saying, "UPS: Please ring bell so package can be brought inside." I waited at home all day for this person to arrive so I could open the door and help get the very large box inside. The box weighs easily 300 pounds and as an 82-year old woman who lives alone, I have no one to bring it in nor can I pick it up. It will remain outside and probably be stolen until the person who is coming to "assemble" the chair , if it's still there, arrives a week from now. Despite the sign, the evidently illiterate person who brought the box left it on the front porch and ran without ringing the doorbell. I even ran out the door yelling, "STOP!!" at him. He sped away as fast as possible without responding. Either the UPS delivery people are illiterate or they are careless, stupid, rude, ignorant, inconsiderate and worthless human beings. I have told the ups man I don't want that package on Wednesday the 26 of July and today on Friday the 28 he left the package out on the porch. I was supposed to sign for it. But I didn't sign for anything. The delivery man signed my name and left a package on the porch. Is this UPS normal practices of service? read more

Ups sucks. I paid 20$ to have a piece of paper air mailed and delivered to my address. They want me to pick it up now. I don't have time or a way to pick this up. That is why I paid for these services. This is theft of service and I intend to report them to the better business borough. Can't get through to a real pearson to resolve my problem. The driver pickedup my returned package full of homeschool materials without placing the prepaid label that he was sopposed to have on him. He took a quick note of the traking number that I had on my phone for that package and told me not to worry about it, that he will look for it with my address and place the label... Yeah right Now the package is lost and I can't even make a claim because I didn't created and paid for that label. The school system did and they will charge me for those materials!! UPS deliveries out of Tyler are terrible! It takes 2 days of it showing "out for delivery" to actually be delivered to me in Mineola. That is inexcusable and unacceptable!!! Well I'm going through a situation with them now and after reading these reviews it looks like I may be in trouble but I want to go up there and have that lady look me in the face and tell me she didn't take my package from me and if she's that good of a liar then may the devil be with her. This location is total clown shoes. A real bunch of morons. Just since I moved to my current address they have dumped an unsealed cardboard box in a mud puddle, not once but twice they have damaged my packages and now they created a huge mess by lying to guitar center about delivering my order (which not for nothing is now 5 days late!) and before that I had a package stolen off my porch because they ignored my instructions not to drop it off without a signature then refused to pay for three months. Totally worthless losers. If there is any alternative shipping method available to you even if costs more you should use it. read more

Driver claimed my package was delivered and location of at front door. Wasnt there. The day before delivered 2 of my packages to the wrong address by far. on 10/25/2019 I waited all day for a package to be delivered by UPS and I never received it. Approx. 9:30 pm that night my daughter called and said someone had told her the package was delivered to the house next door. There was no reason for this air conditioner to be delivered next door. I don't live there, only drunks and drug delivers live there. I guess they accepted the package and they didn't plan on telling me. I blame the driver for not delivering to the right address. Bad service, after calling and having them confirm my package to be picked up, it was still on the truck.

Seems like they get it wrong more often than right, can't fecide which is worse- Fedex or UPS. At least Fedex gets here when they're supposed too. read more

Beware of using UPS if you are a business. My shipment has been sitting on their dock for 6 business days, and they can't even provide me with a day it will be delivered. Fedex may be more expensive, but you will have to worry about the package being delivered. read more
