Our tour group was small, but I did see the one before us was pretty large, so that also seems luck of the draw. It was interesting to see the steps involved in the process and the quality control measures. No pics in the manufacturing area, but because we were a smaller group, we got a good view at each station. It was a thorough but not time-consuming tour. There is an exhibit at the end as well. Gift shop is pretty minimal. The side you exit from is much more picturesque, so don't forget to get selfies on your way out.
