I visit this store often for shipping, returns, and packing supplies, and every single time I walk in, Nita is there running the entire store doing the work most locations need several people to handle. Despite the heavy workload and constant flow of customers, she still greets everyone with a smile. Even on days when that smile is clearly coming from a place of sheer determination, her professionalism and dedication never waver. I've been in the store enough to see how challenging her job has become. I've witnessed customers come in already rude or disrespectful, and I've seen the pressure she carries just trying to help everyone as quickly as she can. And yet, she continues to show up, stay patient, and give her best every single day. The truth is simple: Nita is the reason this location is staying afloat. Her work ethic, her consistency, and her kindness keep this place running, and it deserves to be recognized. I'm writing this review to say thank you. Nita, your hard work does not go unnoticed. Managed by Stephanie, the service at this store is consistently excellent. Yesterday and this morning, Michael spent considerable time helping me accurately print several documents as well as sticking with a malfunctioning printer until it worked, despite the late hour. Michael was well-informed, courteous, and exceptionally patient, especially given my frustration. Ultimately, all of my concerns were resolved. Every FedEx store should have a Michael! I went to this location Saturday Feb 25, 2023 at 11am and the person that was there had the worst attitude for customer service, didn't offer me the options to print and was extremely rude, didn't want to help and throw away my pin drive, also started recording me because I asked to close my personal job and she did not want to do it. Worst customer service ever. I don't think they even know what customer service meant. They also couldn't do my job because they were falling behind on another customer's job. Get your priorities straight and get stuff done on time. The employees also did not even have a basic level of photoshop or other adobe products. I had to edit my document on their computer. I even called ahead of time to make sure that I would receive help. Obviously that didn't work out either. Perhaps their shipping services are better, but for printing, don't go here. read more

The service here is so bizarrely terrible it seems deliberate. I've gone to this FedEx location twice out of necessity, months apart, and had the same experience both times. The staff/owner failed to send my mail, and seemed glad when I left the store. I do not understand how this business stays open at that address. The worst. read more

It seems like the last time this Kinko's was reviewed was in 2008 and has since been restructured. I haven't had any bad experiences, in fact I've had really good ones. The manager knows how to do her job well and efficently. She's always helpful and gets me in and out. Whenever I have a longer job, she's kind enough to make a sample and call me right when she promised she would call. Overall, I'm very satisfied with their service. The only downside to this location is that they don't offer every service that larger stores do, but regardless they do the best the can with what they have. read more

Oh man, I've been to Kinko's before, and this was by far the worst experience ever. Basically, I walked in needing to have an important document faxed to an employer. I was on a deadline, and the only one in the entire store. I had to flag down the employees who were goofing around on cell phones in the back (literally. "Girl! Don't be playin! I ain't playin! Ha ha! No, I'm at work right now, whatchu doin?"). Ten minutes later, off the phone, the two employees came over and grumbled a hello at me and I told them I needed a document faxed. The first time they tried to fax it, the number didn't go through. I called my employer, who assured me that I had the right fax number, and then asked the employees to do it again. One of them ROLLED HER EYES at the other employee. Okay, honestly, I am NOT a rude person, I asked nicely, and even if I HAD been rude...wtf? Don't roll your eyes at the customer when you didn't dial the phone correctly! They refaxed it and then told me it went through this time, then got back on their cell phones before ringing me up at the register. I was charged for BOTH faxes, even though the first one was sent to the wrong number, and then two days later, my employer called me and said she never received any of the faxes. WHAT. Yeah, honestly, Kinko's already charges you up the wazoo to do anything, so unless you're REALLY desperate to fax/copy something, skip this place and go to another copy shop. read more

I've had a couple online print orders go here so all I had to do was pick them up; however, everytime I go in this store whether there are other customers in there or not, there is always a 15 minute wait. Sometimes you aren't even acknowledged when you come in the door because they are so busy doing what ever is in front of them...I kind of feel like I'm intruding into their personal time. Service is rude, unkind, antagonistic and at times, nonexistent. I have been ignored while standing at the counter, have had two employees walk away from the counter and leave while I was inquiring about a service, not answer my questions, not look me in the face, drop my order on the counter and walk away without a word. My husband was literally skipped in line when the woman behind the counter chose to help a woman who just walked in the door, ignoring him. He was the only other person in the store, and was only helped after speaking up. We went back twice each in the past month assuming it was just "a bad day", but it is consistently horrible service. I will be contacting FedEx corporate to find out what can be done. It might be a franchise, but something has to be done. read more

I had a very challenging year; unexpected loss and a subsequent move. Common in this day and age. Based on a friend's positive and interesting experience, I decided to use Fed Ex to move EVERYTHING, instead of a classic mover, from DC to Florida. I was clueless, but when I walked into this location, I was greeted by Julio, Stephanie and Shantel. I had no idea how to move my whole life quickly (in 10 days), but they were so helpful, strategic, attentive and patient. I am so grateful. My experience was very professional and informed. Their opening hours state they are open Sundays 12-6pm. I made the trip out this office on a Sunday and arrived around 3:30pm. They were closed without explanation. I went home. Later I called to confirm whether or not they were open. An employee named Chantelle answered the phone and said rudely, "I answered the phone didn't I? So of course we're open."
