Staff is rude, slow, and incompetent. I came to drop off a package that did not meet the criteria to be a "self-service" drop-off, and the staff member at the desk was aggressive when I asked for help. If you can help it, don't waste 45 minutes of your time standing in line just to be snapped at. read more

Friendly staff. Opened doors right at opening time and started helping several customers. I just needed to print stuff and was able to do it on my own at printer. Went well, and reasonably cheaply. Big inside, lots of options and supplies. Handy to the hospital. Plenty of parking. read more

I went to print some papers I told them I didn't know how to do it. Like I was irritating them the gave me the address to email it to and said nothing left me standing there... Finally a number popped up on my phone and a man there walks me to the printer asking questions I didn't know. I said sir I'm disabled I don't understand he said follow the rest of the prompts. read more

Lifesaver. That's what this place is too me. You really have no idea how important access to a computer, printer and fax are until you go without. Not sure what my problem is, cheap or lazy, or maybe both. Until I purchase or repair my PC this is where I'll be. Convenient hours, location and helpful staff. I've used the computers, printer and fax machines. I've also had small print jobs and time sensitive documents created here. Every need I've had has been met with friendly, professional and knowledgeable customer service. Some of the charges for use of the office equipment may seem a little high, but that's the price of convenience, or maybe the price of desperation. For convenience, helpful staff, and accessible office equipment I strongly recommend this location. read more

If I could give them a zero I would. Every time I send an order I triple check for accuracy. But when I pick up the order I get duplicates of things I don't need duplicated and I don't get other things I ordered. Then they blame me or the fact it is ordered online. My friend and I made a last minute stop to print some event flyers before going out last night around 1030pm. We were not greeted when we came in even though there was only one employee at the desk and no one else in the shop. It was actually pretty awkward. We came up the the desk. Still nothing. We came in a bit of a hurry. And needed to know where/how to print these photos. The guy working couldn't be bothered to look up and he answered our questions very vaguely with one word. We had several questions during our visit and every time I'd ask something, he'd just side eye me and look at his computer with an eye roll and a "yeah?" He was not busy. We were literally the only customers. I don't believe I've ever had worse customer service is my life. He could not have been more rude or unenthusiastic if he tried. read more

Decided to give Fedex a try to change things up from the usual ups/usps and I was greeted soon as I walked in the door. There were two cashiers actively assisting customers and the woman cashier said," I'll be with you in one moment as she finished up with the current customer. She finished with the customer and then began typing on her computer for what I thought would be a few seconds to a minute or so. I stood there patiently for about 5-6 minutes as she continued to type assuming she'd glance over from her screen and say," just a minute longer." As she finished what I assumed were notes. 5-6 minutes turned into what seemed like 10 !!! I grabbed my packages and walked out the building , she never took her eyes off of whatever she was doing on the computer or seemed phased at all. It seemed as if she didn't want to help me anyway. I got in my car and went 5 minutes down the street to ups and received timely exceptional service like I usually do . Big waste of time ! I'm never the type to go out of my way to complain but this seemed worth it. read more

It's a rip off. They wanna charge you for everything. I came in to get a digital picture for passport. I didn't need prints, but they charged me for both prints and digital! And it ended up being 3 Times more expensive than in Ups and Ups could give you even lower price if you only need digital copy. The only reason why I came here is because Ups equipment was broken. They had to reprint the picture like 3 times and it took them over 30 minutes. I didn't feel like the staff was very professional, but they still want to double charge you for all possible things because the are "Professionals". I got my picture and the end, but now I need to format it myself, because they would charge you extra $5 for doing that for you (while Ups would not). I do not recommend this place. read more

Rod took my order at midnight for a project I needed to pick up at 6:00am. Apparently I was not the only procrastinator, and he had quite a few similar projects to complete. I really appreciate how pleasant and helpful he was, despite the high volume of work he had. My project looked great, and was on time. Made my life quite a bit easier - thanks :D ! read more

By far the rudest customer service I recieved. I went in to print off a packing slip and the lady who was helping me kept leaving and taking forever to come back, so after she left I asked another sales associate named Ashley if she could just print it for me which takes all of 2 seconds. She told me She was busy doing something else and she was just standing there on the computer!!! Then her and the lady that was helping me first asks for Ashley to switch computers because the lady that was helping came back and the computer she was first on Ashley starts using and Ashley says she's doing something rudely and says hold on! Not to mention I had a screaming 7 month old and they were being just rediculous I feel like no customer service skills at all!!!!! Ashley was plain rude and should not have a job dealing with customers. The other woman just seemed like she did not care or know what she was even doing and had no regard for my time. read more

I felt compelled to leave my 2cd rating ever. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They NEVER are friendly. NEVER do they greet and you will stand there for minutes on end and nobody will say a thing to you, they won't even look up at you. Today I experienced two ladies that never looked up from their computer and one lady that was helping somebody else. I stood there over 10 minutes & nobody said anything until a middle-aged gentleman came running out to help me and he was very nice. They thanked him for helping THEM but still not a word to me. Unfortunately, this happens ALL the time there. There never friendly, they seem annoyed , and they've already lost a package of mine & I've only been using them approximately 4 months. USPS has never lost a package in the 15 years I've been selling online. BTW, they blew me off on that and told me to call the customer service #. I thought about complaining to the manager but I sat there and watched him act the same exact way on many occasions, While waiting in line. They get the job done (lost package) but the customer service is out the window; Including the 1-800 # they blow you off with. read more
