Happy with this visit here recently! I popped in to have about 20 sheets of a specific page printed on thicker stock paper for a project. The staff was super welcoming and helpful through the whole process. I was able to email them my PDF and have them print the documents for me all in under ten minutes and the pages looked great! They have some items you can stag here from the merch side as well, with some pretty decent sale prices on some things. They do pack, ship, print, and other services if needed. I usually pop into this location a handful of times per year to return a package as FedEx drivers seem to have issues picking up packages from my door. This location is convenient. In my experience, the staff are always cordial and when needed, they are helpful. They have a self service kiosk if you have a package with a return label. It is a quick process of scanning the label, getting a receipt and dropping off the package. Fedex advertises that they can ship packages for less than the USPS. During my most recent expedition to mail a box, I found that Fedex was about $4 cheaper. Also, the package will arrive faster - not if that is solely because they may be faster or because the USPS has some processing procedures (in that area of the US) that results in mail delays. Additional items can be purchased here such as books, journals, cards, stationary, packaging, accessories for small electronics, etc. Sometimes there are good finds on clearance. read more

Not sure why this location has such bad reviews on Yelp. I've worked with dozens of print shops and mail carriers and this one is incredibly consistent. Sure, they may not have a ton of staff, but that's kind of to be expected right about now. I've never waited more than about 10 minutes for anything here. We have used this location for several school and personal projects. Their printing services are professional, friendly, and speedy. The online process is easy and straightforward. I deducted one star because they are chronically understaffed. This is not the employees' fault, and they work twice as hard to make up for it. read more

Having been searching for a location with copy and print services open on a Sunday, this was the only location within a relatively close distance to where I was staying. I was able to use self-service computers to pay for internet time and copy services. As I was heading out the door, I noticed their clearance area and picked up some really nice stationary that I was able to put to good use almost immediately! They are also located in a shopping plaza with plenty of food options, so check them out if you are in the area and are in need of copy and print services! read more

This Fed EX location is HUGE! Located at the End of the Aloma Publix plaza, next to the Aloma Cinema and Grill. If you are needing to box and ship, this location is great. They have all of the supplies needed, so just bring in your item. I was greeted by staff immediately upon stepping in the store and they took my boxed, labeled and ready for shipping package for their pick up. Nice! Also, it looks like they've updated the space from when it was a Kinko's, the equipment looks new. A+ read more

I've Stopped thru too many times. When I was in the process of purchasing another home I had to literally go here daily to fax, print and make copy's. Usually it's two ladies inside and they are always very nice. It can get busy at times though if people are making copies, faxing and trying to send packages at the same time so have a little patience. Parking lot is pretty accessible and if you get a chance try the Mexican restaurant two doors down. Out read more

I'm giving them one star because they do have a few smart, caring employees. Although they lost a SD card containing countless irreplaceable photos a week earlier, I still wanted to give them the printing and signage work of my new business. After failing to receive a promised call the day after spending 2 hours the previous day, I called numerous times for the final proofs and pricing, only to get no call back. Finally, I returned in person today and was treated very much as if I was the hold up and not them. Subsequently, I was told the order was in process already WITHOUT MY PROOFING, then was told it still needed my acceptance. I don't think so. Needless to say, they have put my start up one week behind due to their general blasé attitude which is costing me immeasurable advertising dollars. They have lost my business forever, but I don't think they actually care. read more

I do not recommend having items printed off of the online print service. The files I uploaded somehow converted incorrectly in "their" system. My print order printed up incorrectly.The employees at the location, and on the 800 number acted like it was my fault, and showed no concern about getting the order corrected. I was actually surprised that I got a call the next day from a manager that admitted that sometimes the uploaded files convert incorrectly into a format that their system uses. I was really appalled at the lack of initial customer service. I just don't get it. read more

My wife and I informed lady at counter that we wanted to send package over seas and her first response was THATS GOING TO BE EXPENSIVE. After getting measurements and weight of package she gave us an amount. She convinced us it was expensive. We decided to bring it with us when we go over seas. We were almost home when my wife suggested going to a different Fed Ex. We then went to Fed Ex on Fairbanks. We were greeted by a very positive gentleman and helped us get the price we were happy with sending package. Its sad when its the American with a negative attitude and a foreigner willing to go the extra mile to satisfy the customer. read more
