They help me with my returns and even once when they were close to closing time, they were still willing to help. I can't stand doing that to businesses, but I just happened to forget and not realize what time the UPS store closed. I am always able to return my orders and get my receipt from them. There have been times where I did not realize that I had to pack an item before they could take it so they asked me if I had something in my car that I might be able to use that if I just put it in there they could take it up for me. They really are just very kind and very willing to help. The Amazon returns. There are free as long as you set it up through the Amazon app, which is also great and very convenient. I will continue to try and make all my Amazon returns through UPS if I'm able to. And I have also gotten things notarized there before and also had a few items shipped out. The price to do so is not bad and I would definitely recommend going to UPS to check their prices before going anywhere else.

The store itself has the warehouse vibe and was clean with easy to navigate aisles and shelves. They have a large clearance area for any bargain hunters out there. They have moved the merch on the far right of the store to be all the party items now, along with balloons and such. It was a bit limited in options but it looked like they were still in progress of getting it all moved around. Overall: B+ Solid location. Clean. Frequent staff.

However, they do have a good selection of balloons and basic party supplies. I was most surprised by their bin win area. It seems to be Amazon returns at a discounted price. I ended up going on a day that everything was only $2. If you have the Amazon app you can scan some of the barcodes and see what the original price is to see if you're getting a good deal. There were some quality items for quite a good price. I even found some boots and shoes. They weren't in my size but I was surprised to see them so cheap.

Once she received it, she said to print the label it would be $1.93. I said no problem. She asked, are you paying cash? I said no, debit card. She says well there is a $5 minimum purchase to use that card. I said thanks and walked out. First, it's illegal for a merchant to impose a minimum purchase on debit card transactions (FS 501.0117). So they are violating state law. Second, just the idea of losing a customer over a debit card transaction shows very poor business acumen and gives reason as to why these mom and pop locations are going out of business to the likes of the majors. They offer zero value to use their establishment. I gave 2 stars as the girl was polite, but avoid if you can.
