I came back at 10:55 and they said he was still 15 minutes away. Utterly ridiculous that only one person can do it and they are over an hour late for work when people have appointments. This place totally sucks. People have work and take time out of their schedule to come here and the workers can't even be on time for work. If they were running a few minutes late I could understand, things happen. But over an hour is not acceptable and I hope the owners/managers do something about this.

In my experience, the staff are always cordial and when needed, they are helpful. They have a self service kiosk if you have a package with a return label. It is a quick process of scanning the label, getting a receipt and dropping off the package. Fedex advertises that they can ship packages for less than the USPS. During my most recent expedition to mail a box, I found that Fedex was about $4 cheaper. Also, the package will arrive faster - not if that is solely because they may be faster or because the USPS has some processing procedures (in that area of the US) that results in mail delays. Additional items can be purchased here such as books, journals, cards, stationary, packaging, accessories for small electronics, etc. Sometimes there are good finds on clearance.

A friend had passed away, and I was managing her estate and packed up three bins to send up north…read moreto other friends and relatives for her. When I got to the store, all they had to do was dump the bins into the boxes. They were all soft goods nothing to break nothing to shift around no glass no plastic no nothing for the most part. It was just clothing including bras. They ended up using $60 worth of packing peanuts to make sure the bras wouldn't shift around. As you can see the box is full of clothing, all three of the boxes were full. Nobody needed packing peanuts, which were slipped into the boxes in the back room behind my back. Tru, I didn't look at the receipt that closely, but I did not have it before swiping my card either. in a distraught state and not feeling well that day I just paid and left. I trusted them and that was a mistake. Today, two weeks later, I went in there and told them about the packing peanuts and neither one of them even said I'm sorry. And the female owner tried to gaslight me saying that the bins were in the boxes and to keep the bins from shifting they needed the peanuts. I said no, we did not ship the bins and she tried to argue with me and got smart in the mouth that I wasn't listening to her gaslight me. It's disgusting and I told her that it was a rip off and it was. At least they could say, would you like packing peanuts and I would say no. They took advantage and they lost a customer. And $9.99 to tip a bin into a box is ridiculous. Labor.

I did a quick search for a UPS drop off location and this where I ended up. The store is small and there were 2 people working the front. There was no wait, so I was greeted and offered assistance as soon as I entered. Since my package had a pre-paid label, drop off was very easy - just a quick scan and then I was handed a receipt. The experience was very simple, easy and quick. I appreciated that I could be in and out so quickly. I will probably be using this location as my regular drop off now that I know that they are here.
