When I showed up I had several packages waiting for me since I was in town for work. When I came downstairs I was able to confirm that all my packages had arrived and see if I could get them delivered to the floor. The staff were on it and within the half hour they were up to the floor where we were to setup. When they delivered they also let us know what we would need to do when it was time to send them back. Time came to send our packages back to where they came from. I checked multiple times to ensure when they were open. When the time came we went downstairs to have them come pick them up we actually were given a cart to bring them down. Good thing about having an account with UPS all you have to do is create your labels and they will print them in store and affix them to your boxes. Once we got downstairs, we dropped the boxes, chatted with the staff and were on our way. It was pretty simple and the hours were convenient for guests staying/working at the hotel.

Lady cut me off as I'm trying to give the tracking number for a reason and then has to do a walk of shame when she can't find a package with my name on it and we end up doing the process I started off trying to do. Then tries to condescendingly say "I don't know how they do it, but you need an ID" in-order to save face when my lanyard with my clearly visible ID for authentication has been around my neck THE ENTIRE TIME! I point to my ID and she shuts her mouth. Just embarassing. Also, somehow four people in line, each with one small package (3 out of the 4 had prepaid labels) turned in a fifteen minute wait. Do better. By the way I've been to pretty much every FedEx in the Chicagoland area. You're the only FedEx that asks for IDs before retrieving packages. Every single other one asks for the last four of the tracking because it's faster, more efficient and you get to see what type of recipient it is so then you can proceed to ask for the proper verification. No wonder this place is so slow...it's terribly run.

It appears that someone either at this FedEx location or during shipment stole my iPhone, which was supposed to provide me with a $1000 credit towards a new iPhone. Apple eventually covered the cost at their own expense, but I wasted many hours being transferred to multiple departments and being placed on hold due to the unethical actions of some FedEx employees. This location should be investigated and monitored.

After 2 days the shipper (UPS) had no record of it ever leaving the store ! Went back to store to talk to manager. He said he repacked the item because he over heard my wife say that there was a valuable item in it. The item was very securely packed the day it was left at the store. We gave him no permission to repack it. It could not be insured as we had no appraisal of the item. We reported the loss / theft to UPS corporate. They are in the process of their investigation.

FEEs up the whazoo: $10 late payment fee, whereas USPS has 15-day grace period w/o any fees until USPS locks your box that needs to be re-opened for $25. Mail Delivery may be slower than USPS (in by 10 am) as you have to wait for it to be delivered (add transit time from USPS to UPS). At UPS, CUSTOMER SERVICE is priceless! Comforting that someone always picks up the phone. Answers your questions. Stores your package. Reasonable Fees gives you a peace of mind that your mail will *not* get lost in space. It costs $0.20 if you make sure that you print in black and white (it was color for me before I changed it, but perhaps it's because the document I was printing has a color header). And I love that I can do all of this without interacting with anyone. This is a much smaller location than I've ever been in but they do the major things like print, fax, ship. It's adjoining a Starbucks so you can get your caffeine fix.

Jovim was very polite, accommodating and direct on what needed revisions on my card designs, and provided valuable feedback, especially since this was my first time getting my own designs through a print production and there were a lot of things I didn't factor in. So I appreciated his patience as I was trying to do a lot of fixes on my part! Everything was done within the same week: the quote, the production, and delivery were pretty quick.
