    I stopped by first thing this morning to get information on what I should do with a passport that came with a spelling error, that I ordered under the emergency status ($300+). I had already done a tiny bit of research online but went to the post office because this is where I did the application in the first place. He talked to me for less than 30 seconds, "call the state, they answer after 9:30" and gave me the # for the post office. Really sad lol

I needed to ship something for my employer, and he did not understand the difference between recipient and sender. He had to redo it three times. At one point, he said it would be easier if I gave him my ID. I told him I didn't want to because the sender is my employer, not me. He said not to worry, he could delete it. Again, he still didn't know what he was doing and had to redo the sender and recipient. As adding my ID put down my address. By the third time, I asked if he needed me to write it down, and he said yes. The whole thing took 22 minutes. It ended up getting sent back to my work. In all honesty, it's my fault. I should have quadruple checked. (Or maybe they can hire/train competent employees going forward) This was a complete waste of time, terrible experience, and waste of money.

    I came to Staples to return several Amazon packages and was told there was a limit on how many…read morereturns they could process at one time. While I was frustrated, I understood and completed the returns they were able to accept. I then had to go to Kohl's to finish the remaining Amazon returns, which meant canceling and redoing some of the return requests. The whole process was inconvenient and time-consuming. Because I was dealing with multiple Amazon returns and trying to sort everything out, I accidentally left some of my return items on the counter. When I came back about 15 minutes later, the items were gone. Since they were Amazon returns, they still had value, and it appears someone took them. What was most disappointing was the lack of assistance afterward. No one seemed interested in helping investigate what happened or offering to check security cameras. I understand that businesses cannot control the actions of customers, but I expected more concern and effort to help after items disappeared from the counter. I'm sharing this so others can be extra careful with their belongings and return items when visiting this location. My experience was frustrating and left me very disappointed with the customer service

    Please be very careful when using this UPS Store…read more I showed the employee the exact shipping address and clearly asked that the package be sent there. The employee told me there was already an existing address in the system. I asked several times whether that address was the same as the one I had just shown them, and I was repeatedly assured that it was correct. Because I had confirmed it multiple times and trusted the employee's assurance, I did not check the final shipping label myself. Unfortunately, the package was sent to an old address instead of the address I had provided. As a result, it took about a week for the package to be returned. My customer was very upset about the delay, and I sent another product by 2-Day Air to resolve the situation, costing me approximately $40 extra. Today, I returned to the store to pick up the returned package and explained what had happened. During my visit, I was not offered a refund or any other resolution. I also left without receiving what I considered a meaningful apology for the situation. When I originally shipped the package, I also told the employee that I had my own UPS account. I was told that this store would not process the shipment that way, although I have had a different experience at other UPS Store locations. Because the shipment was urgent, I decided to pay the store's shipping rate. In the end, the package went to the wrong address, was returned, and caused additional cost, delay, and inconvenience for both me and my customer. Mistakes can happen. What disappointed me most was how the situation was handled afterward. Based on my experience, I will not use this UPS Store again.
