This is really negative 5 starts. I have had too many issues with FedEx delivering to me that I am done!! First, they are constantly leaving packages on my handicap ramp when the delivery instructions say to leave it on the landing, not the ramp. Walmart is aware of this, but nothing has been done. Today was the icing on the cake. I heard the delivery truck drop something off and leave. They even took a picture of it. Then I heard them return. I waited until they left, went to get my package, which showed it on my landing. It was gone!! They had placed two large boxes containing bikes on the porch! I never ordered them. Thankfully the person that bought them was able to come and get them as they live a couple of trailers down. They told me that this happens all the time. FedEx delivery in my area really su*ks!!From here on out I am only ordering from vendors that do not deliver FedEx - sorry Walmart. read more

This is actually a 0 stars. Neither package left at back door. Both left on the front porch and viewable from the roadway. No knock to advise of either delivery. First package was not only left on the front porch and viewable from the roadway, but was wet from the rain. Whoever the driver is needs retraining, or terminated. Obviously has no concern about the packages that they deliver. I'm asking my supplier to switch to UPS. They're drivers do a great job. read more

If I could give a 0 I would. Customer Support Service Tickets are useless. I received an email on 12/5/2024 that my package would be delivered on 12/6 fantastic I will get it on time. WHOOPS it went back to the Vandalia Center. Received a second email that package would arrive on 12/9, well it went back again, same on 12/10, 12/11/ and 12/12. FIVE Days they have not delivered and all I get from Fedex is that it will be delivered, even after completing a support ticket still getting the same run around. Supposedly the Support Ticket was suppose to bring it too the driver's attention to make sure it was delivered. NOT. Supposed to get text message about delivery NOT. Support is just a live computer that can't or won't do anything to help the consumer. Guess What the merchant won't do anything because fedex is showing the package at their terminal out for shipment the next day. STRONG SUGGESTION - DO NOT US FEDEX if you can possibly avoid it. read more

By far the worst shipping company to use I have been here 15 years i've had nothing but problems. The attitudes of some of the Fedex Associates are pretty nasty UPS has given us the finger in the hallway as well because we have cameras well that's because we were robbed and we won't be robbed again without not knowing who it was anyways besides all that I am supposed to receive a package yesterday and I did not receive it I waited all day I got an email saying your package is out for delivery out for delivery means it's on the truck and it's on his way for delivery no it wasn't I waited all day I called customer service because I looked at 4:00 o'clock on my tracking number and it said delay and I wanted to know why there was a delay customer service said that they could not deliver it due to restrictions on the holiday uh yesterday was not a holiday today is the holiday which makes my package received even longer they never bother to look to see if there are apartments next to the door to a store that they are assumed closed which they weren't to happen to be open yesterday so I don't know what that problem was they just think oh she's never opened so we're just going to continue on by and just you know whatever but there's a door a very important door that houses 4 apartments to the right of that store that store is called Angies it's a very nice thrift store and I cannot get packages delivered into my hallway by fedex for come rain or consign all they'll do is throw it in the doorway anyway they don't even bother to carry it up the stairs I don't get it I don't understand it but Wayfair is where I purchased the product and I'm sick and tired of it so I can't purchase from Wayfair anymore or Walmart anymore because they also use FedEx fedex is not a reliable company I was told by a FedEx agent that they were going to send the guy back out no problem i'd have it today and they will call me and let me know this was yesterday let me know what time they were arriving so I sat home all day waiting for an arrival or a phone call and neither happened I know it's not going to happen today because today is a holiday but just a reminder FedEx there are doors to the rights of stores or left of stores that show apartments and they are clearly marked on that outside door apartments ABC and D and if they'd even read the dang label they would see that ABCD stands for apartment ABC or D idiots ignorance improper training shame on FedEx enough said read more

5-Day ground package going on 11 days. Not at all impressed. The Tracking info paints the picture. Was told by Fedex on Saturday that it was on the truck and would arrive Monday. Called Monday because there was no update to tracking listed. Was insured it would arrive Monday by 8. Still has not arrived.....Still waiting. Will not ship FedEx again given the choice. Was simply told it will arrive tomorrow by 8pm. I have waisted two days waiting on the shipment because of a signature required. Not happy at all! read more

If I could give this FedEx zero stars, I would. If I could give the whole corporation zero stars I would at this point. They've been holding my package hostage for a week. It's been on the truck for delivery since Monday, and they REFUSE to address the issue stating it's too busy right now (Christmas). I flat told customer service that if Amazon, UPS and the fricking USPS can get my orders to me not only on time but early, they could do the same. They are choosing to not. They refuse to let me speak to anyone higher up than front line because I'm not "priority" when I paid extra to ensure it would be delivered timely. I'm supposed to be getting a phone call within the next 3 hours. If I do not, then I will be contacting local law enforcement and a consumer attorney because at this point, it's theft. read more

Delivery man did not even ring the doorbell or knock when delivering an airmail package that required a signature. I was alerted to his arrival by my dogs barking. A few seconds later I had to flag him down as he was preparing to leave after affixing a delivery failure note on the door. I came out and said "I didn't hear the doorbell" and he said something like "I didn't ring it, they hardly ever work." Really??? When I paid extra for fast airmail delivery??? Ordered a package to be shipped and delivered next day. Package arrive before business hour at 7 am and left a missed ticket. I called the customer service number and they said it would come at 11 the next day, but cam at 7:30 again. The tracking said I would be able to go to the location to pick up after 930, and listed an address. I called customer service again and confirmed my package was there. I drove to the location and they said it was listed at the wrong address and they did not have my package, it was an hour in the other direction. I tried calling the other address but it was just the corporate number. Customer service said was listed listed as on the truck and they would not be able to deliver today, but I could place a hold on the package, and pick it up n two days. Over a week after I paid next day shipping, and spent several hours I still do not have my package. Why is UPS so much more reliable?? read more

Unfortunately, a couple of my suppliers ship via FedEx. Unfortunately for those suppliers, I will no longer be using them due to FedEx's LONG history of terrible customer service and inability to do their jobs properly. On roughly 3 dozen occasions I have had to contact the Vandalia station regarding packages not being delivered. On several occasions, the drivers pulled into the parking lot of my commercial location and promptly exited the parking lot with my packages, without trying to come into my shop (with the open sign brightly lit), and didn't leave a door tag. On other occasions they have attempted to deliver the package after business hours (which is 9 am - 5 pm and they are well aware of this). Just yesterday I called because they attempted to deliver a package I paid overnight shipping for at 6 pm Monday. Yesterday I was assured I would receive a call back from the station (which of course didn't happen, as expected). Then my package was delivered to an address IN ANOTHER TOWN to ANOTHER SCREEN PRINTER (who luckily brought me the package, but could have easily kept it). This is outrageous. I am now on hold for the past 15 minutes waiting to speak to YET AGAIN another FedEx rep at the Vandalia location. AVOID FEDEX AT ALL COSTS - UPS HAS NEVER DONE THIS TO US! read more

If I could choose a negative number, I would! This place has serious issues and is obviously managed by people who just don't care. I cannot get a package delivered from this facility nor can several other people in my area. I had 3 packages to be delivered of which one showed up, tracking says all three are on the truck. Next day, tracking says no delivery attempt due to weather in my area, weather was not bad at all, UPS and the Postal Service ran just fine. next day ends with a statement on the tracking of " No Delivery Attempt Made" with absolutely no other reason. During all this, I am in contact with Fed-Ex trying to get answers but they think the public is just ignorant while they are showing their arrogance and shoving a pacifier in my mouth to get me to shut up. Finally two days later my last two packages show up but with a surprise, I also get a package that doesn't even belong to me. Later that day I see another one of their trucks go by so I grab the package and trying to run them down to give it back to them. The whole time I am following, the back door of the truck is slamming up and down with about 6-7 packages getting ready to fall out. After 6 miles of honking my horn and flashing my lights, the driver finally stopped. I give him the package that doesn't belong to me, ask about another package that was supposed to be delivered to me (he doesn't have it even though tracking says it's on the truck) and tell him to latch his back door. When he goes to leave, the package that doesn't belong to me is sitting on the on the bumper of the truck so I stop him again before he loses it. Now 3 days later I still have not seen the 3rd package I am waiting on and tracking reads on "truck for delivery" every day. I run a business and getting my materials on time is very important. I have now requested to all my suppliers to stop using Fed-Ex for shipping. This is not a new issue and has been going on for a long time. I am a very patient person and have finally had my fill of this incompetent Vandalia, OH facility. I cancelled my account with Fed-Ex 4 years ago due to the rudeness of a man hating female at the Muncie, IN facility. They need to change the name from Fed Ex to Fed Up! read more

Was expecting a delivery from this location and when the delivery man arrived, he didn't even wait the three minutes it takes to secure my 2 dogs so they don't run out the front door. Seriously lacking customer service skills - didn't even apologize for not waiting one more minute. This is why I use UPS or the postal service when shipping. Those two businesses have more customer service skills than I've ever experienced with FedEx. read more
