    It's now 2026 and FedEx still has incompetent drivers. I ordered a cabinet from Wayfair and the package said "fragile" and "do not get wet". It's sprinkling and I found the package in the middle of the fire lane behind my house. There's no way to get a hold of anyone from FedEx and the time you do, they assure you its been documented. Based on my review from 2021, it has not gotten better. If you work for FedEx, do realize you need to get off your truck and off your lazy bum, and deliver packages to the front door. Lazy people should not work here.

    I've even gone as far as left a note and nothing!! This is outrageous!!

    Joel, I will continue to file complaints against you until they reassign me to a different delivery person. You have left multiple, "We missed you", notes instead of leaving me my packages. Now I'm going to have to go to your FedEx location tomorrow to pick up my packages. I will make sure to speak to a manager and will let them know that I will not stop filing complaints until you get fired. STOP DELIVERING TO MY HOME! YOU DON'T EVER LEAVE ME MY PACKAGES ANYWAYS!

    Luis the Shipping Zaddy nailed it with the medium box for a pair of Adidas. Fit like a glove and I was done in 5 minutes!

    I had to return a pair of shoes via FedEx and came here because it was the closest location to me. I was dreading running this errand because I needed to pick out a box and pack it to be shipped and it's the last thing I want to do after work. I walked in and there were no customers, no line, etc. Luis was at the counter and asked if I had any questions and I asked him what's a good box to ship my shoes in and he pulled out one box and put it together for me and put the shoebox in and it was a great fit. Then he said, "I think I could do better," and pulled out a smaller box and I immediately thought it wasn't going to work, but then, it fit LIKE A GLOVE! The box needed no extra tape or bubble wrap at all. He scanned my packing slip and I was out of there in 7 minutes! Thank you to the shipping zaddy Luis for making my day!

    Another Package Stolen from FedEx. This is ridiculous I've never had an issue with UPS. It is ALWAYS FedEx stealing your packages! Wish you could choose who delivers to you.

    I am so disgusted by Fed ex and specially the Fullerton ship center and its customer service. A small envelope was given to the Fed ex store in Oakland last Wednesday (10 days ago)!!! The employee assured the sender that Fed ex ground would take 2-3 days; it is in within California after all. The price was $10 . In a nutshell , I am still waiting for this important enveloppe and that despite several phone calls to customer service at the 800 number with waits to get a live person for up to 45 minutes, and filing an alert with someone supposedly calling today Friday; of course , no one called. Covid is NOT an excuse. If Fed ex cannot manage then they should just close the services. I get messages that the delivery is scheduled every day for the next day and so on. I fear that the enveloppe is lost . I am so disgusted that no one from Fed ex seems to want to help finding the package. I should have send it by US postal office registered mail. PS: please look at the number of messages and cities of transit for something that was send from Oakland to Los Angeles. In conclusion,Avoid Fed ex ground at all cost !!

    This was supposed to have been a 2-day delivery. It's been at fullerton for 3 days now (I won't be getting it today).

The only reason Why I did not give a 1 star Review some of the employees including her Son Gabriel were ALWAYS.......very nice and pleasant . I was at postal annex la habra for 8 years . It was for a Reason until they closed down . They had great service ! I had been to a couple of other mailbox center that that were good too . By far this was one PAK Mail LA habra was the worse . DO NOT USE! BEWARE of Liandra ! she is fake and phony as they get ! DO NOT LEAVE A TIP EITHER , its just disingenous show ! A smoke screen ! The only reason why I tried this place was because they are mom-and-pop . I genuinely like to support mom and pop businesses . I even wanted to try to net work with them, Which was taken out of context . Anyways I learned what Not To do , and I am Happy with my new mailbox center service So far.
