Every single time I have a FedEx package sent to me, it is never delivered. The driver scans it as unable to access when they never even try. We have watched them drive past our apartment and then they scan it as unable to access. Same thing happened today. My package today same thing happened. Although this is a FedEx hub, I dislike this facility. The employees here are never friendly and yesterday when I dropped off a few boxes for shipment one ripped and I asked for some packaging tape to seal the end. I was told they don't have any. One word to describe FedEx: they SUCK! I've been awaiting a delivery all week long for Alexis B. and after receiving confirmation for delivery on Friday (no specific time was noted at all). We didn't even hear the door bell ring except for King Louie barking letting us know someone was at the door, barely 10 seconds passed before my mom opened the door and the FedEx man was GONE! He hightailed it so fast and stuck a doortag on the door! I proceeded to call and see if another delivery could be scheduled before the end of the day instead of waiting until 6PM to go down to Fullerton to retrieve it. Their so lazy, the man refused to even ask if another delivery could be possible. I have never dealt with such lazy mail delivery services at all! FedEx has nothing on UPS & USPS! I just moved to Fullerton from Cerritos. I read all the bad reviews about this fedex location after this location missed an overnite delivery date. After the package was not delivered the following day I called and was told the fedex location did not deliver it the following day because they had other packages to deliver. What????!!! I was told that it would be delivered the next day for sure. The next day came and went. Now the tracking information shows that the package was not delivered because the "customer was not available or the business was closed" What?! No signature is required and it's a residence. Horrible customer service. Barely missed the closing time and they locked the door on me. I could hear them laughing and complaining about people who come in late. As a member of the service industry I was appalled. Definitely not going to use fedex ever again. At least UPS employees pretend to like their jobs. Hate, hate, hate the driver Candace who works at this location in Anaheim. She's sooo lazy and will never take two minutes to walk up to my door to deliver the package. This is the second time I'm driving to their location to pick up my package after days of waiting at my door for them to deliver. She also sends the packages back after 2 days when she's supposed to wait 3 days or more. She doesn't apologize for her mistakes and doesn't care about customers. I really feel 1star is too many. My shipment was supposed to be delivered yesterday to my home and I got a text telling me they couldn't deliver it because the business was closed. After hours of phone calls to amazon and fed ex it was finally delivered today but to my next door neighbors walkway instead of my front porch. Box is badly damaged so I'm not going if item is damaged. It is heavy and no help getting it to my home. So I will have to check later. If I could rate this FedEx delivery service a negative I would. In the past few weeks we have had multiple packages that are just left at the first floor of our building since the driver does not want to carry packages to our third floor apartment. We have no difficulties with gates, gate codes, etc. which should make this delivery a difficult situations. Multiple packages show as deliver and we have to walk door to door in our building to find where the driver left them. Today we were supposed to have an important package delivered and we ensured to be home for it. The driver has three outlets to ensure this package is delivered. 1. our front door - we were home and if not he can leave at front door 2. the parcel pending locker we pay for or 3. the leasing office that takes all deliveries for residents. When our tracking was labeled as attempted, I contacted FedEx to speak with them regarding this. I spoke first with Diana and then Christine who both were rude and unprofessional. End of the story is they did nothing to fix this issue and all they could guarantee me was that they have no certainty their manager will even call me to discuss this. It seems that this is a consistent for this facility since all other reviews reflect the same opinion. I will pay specifically to use another company for delivery moving forward versus giving these incompetent and unprofessional employees any more money. #closeyourfacility read more

Most recent delivery an item costing $1,000 (realize drive does not know value) left in middle of front porch in full view of street. No one was home to receive my new 65" tv, so I stopped by the FedEx Ship Center right after I got off of work, because if I didn't I was going to have to wait four more days for redelivery. Kelvin (guy with the Broncos landyard mentioned in another review) helped me when I got there and he was very friendly and helpful. I tried to see if I could fit the large box into my wife's Jeep Grand Cherokee, but the package was too big with my kids sitting in the back. I was desperate to take the package home so I asked Kelvin if we could try to fit the package into my Ford Mustang and Kelvin was a good sport and said he'd be up for it. After opening my trunk, we both agreed it wasn't going to happen. Kelvin told me to call him the next morning to see if his manager would be willing to ship the tv out to me later that day. I took down his number and dialed it on my phone so it could be stored. Before I could even call FedEx, Kelvin actually called me the next morning and told me that his manager approved the redelivery. A few hours later the package was delivered to my house. The drivers said they knocked on my door and i didnt answer wich is bullshit i track my shit all the time leave my door open and wait for it. Never stop by or knock. And according to the store they tag my door wich is bullshit aswell i have never found a tag on my door. There was one customer in line ahead of me; waited a couple of minutes for him, then the employee logged in my information and gave me my package in another couple of minutes. Every time, every single time a package is to be delivered to my home from this office I get the "Delivery Exception" notice claiming no one was at home to receive it. I am home. I take off work to be there. No one comes to my door. No one calls. No one stops by the leasing office of our building (and they always sign for packages, hold them in a back room, and even have parcel lockers if the box isn't too big). The drivers lie, the office lies, and I have to call the main Fed Ex office and yell to get my package re-delivered. Not fun for anyone. This location is horrible as far as time. I was there and they only had ONE!!! person working. I waited in line for more than 10 minutes at a time and there were a lot of people waiting. The girl who was working Vea must of been overwhelm since she had to do everything and answer people who tried to cut in front to ask questions. Sent paperwork to my parents on Tuesday w/ priority over night shipping. To my knowledge that would be they should receive this package on Wed. My father has been home from the hospital for a couple weeks and while my mother is at work he is home ALL day. Can't drive to leave. They did not get a call or a delivery from FedEx on Wed. On Thursday I track the package and per the website, it says that they attempted delivery on both Wed and Thursday morning???? Really???? Did i mention my father can't leave the house? Also the package did not need to be signed for. So if for some unforeseen reason my father was not there to answer wouldn't this be left at the door or at the very least the driver leave a sticky tag stating that he had been by???? I called FedEx and told them of the situation after having to escalate my situation to a supervisor the package was redelivered Thursday evening. It included a return package which was successfully picked up Friday. Because the driver falsified his documents stating that he attempted to delivery the package i am now w/ out a car for another weekend. (this package included paperwork for a new car my parents co signed me for.) i should have been able to pick up my car today but because of the incompetence of the FedEx employees i am w/ out for another weekend. This is not about this center, because I've had no issues with this center, it has to do with the driver who doesn't even knock or ring my doorbell and just leaves a dang door tag on my door instead!! I was up and awake and I knew the FedEx guy was here because I saw his truck on the outside of my apartment. I took the day off to receive my package because I didn't want to deal with picking it up at the center. No knocks, no door bell rings!! I was in and out of the kitchen, excitingly waiting for my package to be at my hands....then I hear the truck drive off and was so confused! I opened the door and the tag was there!!! When I called to complain, they insisted they attempted delivery even though there was no knock or door tag left. Spent four hours with my daughter at home Saturday morning (7-22-15) waiting for a package to be redelivered from FedEx. We had to be home for a signature because when this package was originally delivered, the contents of the package had been stolen from someone most likely at FedEx (It was an empty box) . When the package was resent from Bed, Bath, and Beyond, we missed the first two delivery attempts. We called FedEx and requested a delivery between 8-12pm on Saturday, 7-22-15. We were promised a call if they could not deliver at this time, which we never received. The night before the delivery, I hadn't received any confirmation phone call, so we called FedEx. We were told that, yes, in fact the delivery was scheduled for 7-22-15 between 8-12pm, but no exact time was specified, but I would receive a call from FedEx in the morning with a more specific time. We received no phone call (though we were promised twice), and could wait no longer. When we returned home later in the day, there was a tag on the door saying they tried to deliver it at 2:37 pm (not the 8-12pm as promised). When we called FedEx and spoke to Customer Service, we were told: (1) no promise of a delivery time was made (basically calling us a liar), and that all we did was make a request that doesn't have to be honored nor is FedEx obligated to call. (2) this delivery was not time-sensitive (at least not to FedEx) (3) delivery time was fully up to the driver and there was no way that FedEx could tell us the delivery time. When we explained that we were told the night before it was already on the truck and they would know in the morning the time. Mario (he refused to give his last name or ID#) at FedEx customer service suggested we take a logistics class since we obviously knew nothing about delivery. DO NOT USE FEDEX FOR YOUR DELIVERIES. USE USPS OR UPS AS THEY ARE MUCH MORE ORGANIZED AND COMMUNICATE BETTER THAN FEDEX. WE WILL BE CONTACTING THE HEADQUARTERS FOR FEDEX TO FILE A FORMAL COMPLAINT (ALTHOUGH WE DID FILE A COMPLAINT WITH MARIO, WE AREN'T HOLDING OUR BREATH). IN ADDITION, WE WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS FOR BED, BATH, AND BEYOND TO ASK (BEG) THAT THEY CANCEL THE CONTRACT WITH FEDEX AS THEY ARE NEITHER RELIABLE (ITEMS STOLEN FROM A BOX AND FEDEX DELIVERED AN EMPTY BOX TO US), NOR DEPENDABLE (WE WAITED FOUR HOURS FOR NOTHING). This Fed Ex location SUCKS! I have been going to a Fed Ex main office in Oklahoma for years and they are always friendly and helpful and the reason that I use them for all my ground shipments until now. I have gone into the main FedEx location in Fullerton twice. Once on Christmas Eve only for them to tell me they won't even take my shipment even though I did not care if it went that day. UPS took my money! I figured I would give them a 2nd chance. I brought in my 3 boxes to ship ground and she was annoyed that I had 3 boxes, it was after 5:00 and she told me twice that it would not go out tonight (talking to me like I'm an idiot). Then out of the 3 boxes I had, one needed the top taped. I spent $55 then and $1000s over the years and she hesitated then told me if it was more than 1 strip of tape I would have to buy tape. IF I can do a negative star rating I would. FedEx is the worst courier out there. I have been home every day of their "claimed" attempted delivery (all 5 of them). I had the same issue with FedEx last year as well. During the holiday season they must hire idiots or something (sorry to say, I am not someone who gets upset easily, but this is ridiculous). I live in a large complex in Anaheim with a concierge 10am-7pm, there is ALWAYS someone here. Delivery attempts (per email updates) were during those hours. I was finally able to get a number to the FedEx office it was originating out of and spoke to someone on the phone who said because they made 5 attempts they will not attempt to deliver again. So now the options are (1) they send the item back to the warehouse or (2) I can go pick it up. As if I'm going to lose a package over their incompetence. To make things worse, I will be moving soon and have been expecting this item as a big part of my move. What a **#(*&%!! inconvenience to say the least. FedEx if you're reading this, either your employees are lying about making shipping attempts or they are really incompetent individuals who cannot figure out to go to the Leasing office. Driver from this site rang doorbell and didn't wait the 10 seconds it took for me to get there. Left a note and was gone. I had to call to have him come back which took another two hours. That happened 2 years ago with an iPhone. Today my son and I were both home. There was no knock on the door not even a ring of the doorbell. The driver just left a sticker saying he could not deliver without a signature. I posted my business hours and note for Fed Ex Home Delivery - Please come before the closed time even before Monday -Friday before 2:15PM -1 attempted after business closed 2:50pm ( I got a sticker - No warranty - Pay for appointment /schedule delivery ) . Next day , he came even 3:30PM with the same sticker and the following day - I called Fed ex and left a note , he came 4:30pm - Driver knew ha came after hour FRIDAY ( I called again and said please delivery Monday before 2:15PM ). Funny, the driver tried to delivery to my Business on Saturday 10:21am ???? with the same Driver ? Saturday afternoon , Fed Ex warehouse called - ask me to come pick up in fullerton (30-40 minutes drive for 1 packaged ). I am not sure how Fed Ex home delivery business - I used to like Fed Ex very much with friendly Fed Ex ground drive (not the Fed EX Home Deliver ) - Their reasons : They are contracted drivers with Fed Ex so have 100-120 stopped to deliver which can 't come from morning to 2:15pm ? My concerns : The driver knew I closed my seasonal business 2:15PM daily -why did he try to get their before -and repeated to stop by with Notes NON DELIVERY for 4 days in the roll ? What happen with my 2 called to Fed Ex customer service to explains my early business hours . Just learned that FedEx drivers are independent contractors and are not held accountable for missed deliveries. Have been waiting for a delivery that was scheduled for today and as of 2pm, they are a no-show, called FedEx and they said the driver attempted delivery and no one was at the business (B#LL SH#T). Our office is fully staffed everyday from 7am-4pm. The driver never arrived, but said he did. Main office said they have no control over drivers and union rules prevent them (management) from talking to the drivers. This office is really in chaos! Recently I bought some speakers from an eBay seller who uses FEDEX as the shipper and required signature. From the tracking information, it showed that the item was out for delivery at 8:22 am on 12/15/2015. But by 8:00 pm, the driver had not showed up. When I called their toll free number and talked to a rep. She told me that the newest information was "transferred" and she could not understand what that mean and asked me to call back next day because the local office was closed. So we when out for a short walk. Just during the 30 minutes walk, we missed the delivery because when we came back, a door tag was left on our door saying there was nobody at home when he was here at 20:30! On 12/16/2015, I opened the tracking and there was no update. So I called the toll free number again asking what was going on. The first rep could not find any further information and transferred me to their manager. There is no body answer the phone so I left a message and my number. After a couple of hours without calling back, I called them again. The rep told me that it would be delivered "today by 8:00 pm". However, we waited until 9:00 and nobody showed up! Two years ago, I bought an iPad which was also delivered by Fedx and also required signature. The driver was so erratic that there was no way for us to guess when he/she would come. So we ended up picking it from the local office. I would never dare to use FEDX for my shipping needs, nor would I recommend it to my relatives and friends. read more

This facility and employees SUCK! They're liars and are rude. Was waiting for a shipment. I got a door tag on 10/29/13. I'm at work all day. I signed the tag and checked the option to have my neighbor recieve it, who is 4 steps away from my unit. They did not show up at all (10/30.) My neighbor said she never even saw a truck! I called FedEx and they said that they were there at 11:45am and that this was their 3rd attempt. That they tried on the 28th, 29th and the 30th. And I go, that's a complete lie!i did not get a door tag on the 28th! Plus, I said I signed the stupid door tag to authorize my neighbor to recieve it for me, then the woman says that since it is an Apple product, they can't to that. I was so livid at this point.
