One benefit of living in the Mid-South near Fed-Ex HQ, wildy fast shipping. I have ordered items at night with expected ship times days into the future, however since I was near a distribution hub it showed up literally hours later?!! I ship and receive a lot of stuff for work, domestic and international. No problems working with this Fed-Ex location to date that were their fault. Staff and drivers have been friendly and accomodating. When I ran into "no signature available" situations, they were able to locate and hand my shipment over with proper ID at the counter. read more

Deliver items on time ! I've never had a package delivered from this company the date it was supposed to arrived! UPS is the most reliable! I have one right now that's over a week late and says it at the delivery facility and has been all week ! read more

I had a package out for delivery for over a week, no more notifications or updates. I open a case. I contact the shipper. FOR OVER A WEEK I called them every single day to their answering service. No one would connect me to a local station, no one would give me any details. Just "Out for Delivery" since last Friday. Then finally, after I start tweeting, messaging, and continue calling... the case is resolved. My package was "lost/stolen" and I should contact Walmart to proceed. I had someone stay home to ensure this package was signed for. I was told by the shipper it would definitely arrive. It was just frustrating and not a single person I spoke to actually seemed to care about the fact that my package was lost. I guess this happens a lot. I will include, I don't know WHERE in the chain this package was lost, or who's neglect resulted in it being out for delivery twice, but somehow never making it to my house, but this was the only place to leave a review. Fedex was an absolute joke in dealing with my package, and I hope no one elects to use their shipping services in the future if they care about ensuring delivery. read more

If I could select 0 stars I would!!! The Fed Ex location in Jonesboro, AR. sent my package out for delivery on 6/1, 6/3, and today 6/4. Just received a message saying they "attempted" delivery at 7:07pm. This is a LIE! I'm sitting here waiting for my package. I called the 1-800 Fed Ex number and they gave me some run around about my package being placed on the wrong truck. I asked if this has happened 3 days in a row now??? I got no direct answer. He finally called the Fed Ex location and was told the driver couldn't find my address!!!! Funny, they've delivered packages here many, many times before. They said my package will come tomorrow on 6/5. I have never experienced such poor service when dealing with Fed Ex. read more

I would give them a zero if it was available. Themfirst package delivered last week was found in the trash can at the end of our quarter mile driveway. It had been torn open and the packing slip was gone. The next day our second package was set down on the ground by the trash can. What happened to delivery? A quarter of a mile away is open to anyone driving by to steal. We got no feedback from the toll free number for feedback. I will have to stop ordering online of it is shipped FedEx. This is poor service. Our UPS drivers deliver to the house. Someone in authority needs to make sure things are done correctly. read more

Driver dropped an envelope sized delivery over gate and into yard. The contents were worth $140.00. It rained and was shredded by my dogs. This is the second delivery fed ex in Jonesboro has dropped over my gate. (Ups will set outside of gate). When I called Jonesboro fed ex, they said they aren't responsible and said company I ordered product from is. I asked what options the delivery driver had and she said he could have tied the envelope to my gate instead of throwing it over. My dogs are pretty large and loud and approach everyone that walks by. There's no way he didn't see them. Anyway-- the local fed ex lady said the delivery driver is a "man" and just wasn't thinking. read more
