I had such a great experience here, I needed to ship a lithograph across the country and was honestly a little nervous about it, but the owner was incredible. He was patient, took his time and really knew what he was doing. He even helped me wrap everything properly and made sure it was packed securely so it would arrive safely. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and the items they're sending. And it's not just UPS, they do everything. You can ship UPS, USPS, and FedEx all in one place, plus they handle Amazon returns and offer mailboxes. The store is super clean, organized, and fully stocked with anything you might need for packing or shipping. Great service, great experience, and I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend! read more

I would avoid this store at all costs. I dropped off a very important package around 4pm on a Monday, well in advance of the scheduled 5pm truck departure. They scanned my box in, I thought everything was good... it wasn't. My box for some reason wasn't put on the truck that day, instead was moved to a back office area, conveniently out of the view of all cameras, box sat in the room without cameras for 24 hours, before emerging on Tuesday... box then vanishes, gets stolen, you pick the term you deem appropriate. Box left the back door with not the normal truck driver that I have seen countless times, but a different driver, along with another driver I have never seen before. The box had RFID tags, so as soon as it arrives at the next facility, it would automatically scan and update, it didn't. The box never made another scan after leaving the back door... You can use deductive reasoning to realize the box disappeared as soon as it left the back door This package was extremely valuable to me and the person I was shipping the box to, so how did they know to target that box? Then I remember how it was conveniently not put on the truck when it was supposed to, and was left in a back room for 24 hours with no cameras... makes a lot more sense now Watching the tracking for days, I started to realize something was wrong, I go to the store about 10 days later and Im basically told Im out of luck and to kick rocks, they can't help me. Not a "let us investigate with that driver" "let us do our own digging" just, hey, sorry, can't help you... Claim opened with UPS which they took 3weeks and deemed they lost the package, it's their fault, but only want to give me $100 of the $2200 value of the box. Absolutely wild, if You're looking to have your package stolen, searched through, this is the perfect store for you This store still has one of the truck drivers working, I would have loved for the store to take accountability and ask real questions to everyone involved, but they chose not to. Whoever orchestrated this is still working the store, or working on the truck... either way, I'd avoid this store at all costs read more

A Friday morning about 45 minutes after they're opening for the day, I arrived and was greeted by the employee promptly and proceeded with my transaction quickly and was thanked and advised to have a great day. This UPS store is the BEST! I am in and out so quickly, and all of the employees are great and so helpful. Today I walked in and someone was already being helped and another employee immediately jumped up to scan in my package. This UPS store is honestly so great that I have taken the majority of my business from USPS to UPS. If this store cannot tell you how much to box and ship your item beforehand. Leave the store and go somewhere else. This is not a small business. It is a franchise of an international multi billion dollar predatory corporation that controls international shipping. Shame on me for paying 75lbs of shipping for a 15lbs item while assuming this store had any kind of ethics. In reply to the franchise owners email. Your staff told me it would be $20-$30 to box it up. Ended up being $56 with insurance not a big deal. Did you catch on audio and video your staff telling me he couldn't tell me how much the shipping was until he packed it? After they boxed my item shipping was $156. Did I have a choice to not pay when you had possession of my item? Could I have paid for packaging and left? If so, that was not communicated to me. I felt trapped with no other options. You could have kept my item. Why did your staff use a massive golf bag box for a tiny guitar anyway? Fix the problem. Get my package back and refund the shipping. I'll happily buy the shipping from eBay for $58. read more

This UPS store is brand new in the recently built southwest corner of Las Vegas. The location is right off of Durango and Sunset right in between Wing Stop and Yonutz! The inside is nice and spacious inside in the front and back working area. Kenneth assisted me with my needs at UPS and was very pleasant. I also wanted to give a shout out to Nick who was also very kind. Worse UPS store service in all of Las Vegas. They don't know what they are doing and and charged me 5 dollars for putting a standard box together and taping it.
