That is extremely dangerous and it made me feel unsafe having to do business with her, but I couldn't leave as it was for my job. If this employee is truly unable to wear a mask (unlikely) she shouldn't be there as she's severely at risk of adverse effects of covid. The reason people such as dentists and hospital staff wear the face shields is WITH a mask and it is to protect against droplets from the mouth since they're going to be in people's faces. No transparency no straight talk no truth or real answers or accountability same scripted answers by their 3rd party customer service from overseas. Ordered TV through LG & this is 4th time they have canceled delivery with no explanation or reason why. At this point they need to compensate their customers for their negligence and delays. No offers of any help or compensation for their issues on handling deliveries. They say someone will call and update and never do. They won't let you speak with their local delivery facilities because it's policy also as well, what are they trying to hide. Just deliver my damn TV it's been 3 weeks when it should have been 5 days. Customer service is worthless they keep putting you on hold for a hour at a time wasting your time only to give you the same answer before you waited an hour. They keep deferring you back and forth to different people. RXO doesn't care about its customers Nightmare & LG won't switch it to local Best Buy pickup because RXO supposedly still has the TV They won't allow me to just go pick it up myself either I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING THAT HAS THEIR DELIVERY WITH RXO. When I got there, I showed the clerk my printed sheet & explained I had return for Amazon. The Clerk did not greet me, she looked at the sheet and rudely said "We need a label." I explained this was the label emailed to me. She got even more rude and louder said "We need a proper label. They will email you." I said "This is what was emailed to me." The another clerk, seeing how this was heading South, stepped in and read off the paper I had "Can take up to 5 days to receive." I clearly was still not understanding "But this is what I got so..." & she finally SHOWED me what I should be looking for. Bottom line, rude & hard to get help.

Overall had a good experience. I had to go for a passport photo and they were able to help! It took…read morea little longer than anticipated but I think there was an issue with the camera that was resolved. The guy helping me made sure my photo met government guidelines for passport photos and was the correct size. I got the exact picture I needed for my new passport and was off. I noticed they do a whole variety of packaging and shipping options. Looks like a great place to bring care packages that are needing to be sent. Since I only used their passport photo services I can't speak to anything else, but if you are in the area and need a new photo I recommend going here!
