it's a Saturday and I am trying to mail a scooter back and it has the lithium batteries. I came to the Fedex on 99th St. The lady at the counter has so much attitude completely unhelpful and condescending. After we couldn't find a box her condescending remark go find one at a Fedex center somewhere. She is the most unhelpful person. read more

English is not my first language, but I do know how to communicate. I hope she learns another language someday and experiences the struggle of having to constantly translate between two languages. I changed my status to "on vacation" on 7/1 and still Fed Ex has tried to deliver the package THREE times. I actually spoke to customer service yesterday at 7 AM and was promised an emergency hold - no luck. Cannot reach anyone actually in the Lenexa office. With improved customer service, their customers and drives would be happier! read more

My package has twice been not delivered due to "business closed". I live in a HOUSE out in the country and have been home for the last two days that this liar said he/she could not deliver my package! I have called the FedEx customer service reps who have both been incredibly helpful but, unfortunately, their help does not stop a delivery driver from lying about not being able to deliver my package. This is the DC for FedEx in Lenexa. They always seem overwhelmed. I went in and patiently waited my turn and then when I get up there. The person just stared at me. No "May I help you?" Just stared. I said, "I have a package to send, it is 3rd party so I just need you to look it up and weigh it and take it." She took the package looked up the info, weighted it and put a sticker on it. "You are all done, here is your tracking number." I will just chalk this one up as she was tired and wanted to go home. Other times I have been here people were friendly. I think it is just the holiday rush is making them all tired. read more

I redirected a package to a local Walgreens store 5 days ago. I received an email confirmation of the redirect. Package is still not available for pickup. I've sent two online requests with no response. I live chatted with Charles G. All he could tell me was that the package was not supposed to go to the location I have on the Fedex email. He told he would try to reroute the package to the original destination but he said there was no guarantee the package would be received. Then he disconnected the online chat. I wish I could give this a negative star. I placed an order through Groupon on 12/5. I tracked the package at Fed Ex and it shows the package was delivered to this Center on 12/8. I called Fed Ex to find out why it hasn't been delivered. Apparently, because it's a small package, it was sent to the USPS on 12/14 (TODAY!!!!!). I had planned on sending this to my Great Grandson for Christmas with the other gifts I have for him. I was told it won't get here before 12/16. I hope there's a way, when I order in the future, to specify DO NOT SEND BY FEDEX!!!!! Horrible!!!!! read more

Once again these idiots delivered my package to the wrong house down the street. My address is on my mailbox by the street and on the front of the house. These morons can't even read an address. The bad thing is that this was a medical device, and this is not the first time this has happened. The people who actually got my delivery were kind and thoughtful enough to call me direct so that I could pick up my package at their house. FedEx used to be the gold standard for overnight shipping. A few months ago, I ordered an adjustable bed. It came in two large boxes of 5 feet tall. The FedEx driver, for whatever reason, just left these boxes just sitting outside my apartment door. I promptly complained to this center about this serious problem. Thank God for considerate neighbors! The manager was clearly miffed about this. He told me that his drivers ought to know better, especially with expensive deliveries. He said he'll have a talk with that driver. I have had very little issues with this center overall. This one experience was the eexception to the rule. read more

Fed Ex....Ex is right. Packages get delivered when they get around to it or sometimes not at all. Not the FedEx brand I used to know. Do you know when you call customer service they send your call to El Salvador. They care so much they will send you out of country. Ship using another carrier if you want to avoid hassles. read more

I stood in line for 20 minutes while two new employees tried to figure out what to do, when I finally got up to the counter it went downhill from there. The assistant manager a lady with three different colors in her hair finally walked up and told the clerk she would take over from there.. She then made excuses on how they were new employees, short on employees etc, etc, etc... Use the UPS store at 15621 West 87TH Street Pkwy - The owner is there most of the time, there deserve the business. read more

Horrific time trying to get a package re-routed. Customer service rep Carlos was rude, when I asked for his supervisor I got Ricardo, who was not much better. I am calling the sender to allow me to pick up the package at a local point since I missed delivery, in the past Fedex has done this for me, not today. I will not be using them again. Ever. And will not shop with someone who does if I can help it. read more
