Theres a red headed guy here that was wearing a cowboy hat and he was incredibly helpful and provided great customer service. The line was to the door and about to close whenever I got there, and an old woman was all too willing to completely occupy his time without paying attention to the clock or the long line of people behind him. He politely assured her he was working on her print job, but proceeded to knock out the entire row of customers behind her in less than 5 minutes. Very impressive. Wish I worked with more people like him where I'm at. read more

We need to start calling these Amazon return centers. There were 4 people in line when I arrived with multiple Amazon returns in their hands. The issue is there was only one person working. And others arriving by the minute for a line out the door. The counter girl was friendly, and helped me with a smile when it was my turn. I'm grateful for these places when I need them. This one was clean and well lit. Nice location. But they need to have 2 ppl working at all times. Luckily she was able to hold it together. I've definitely been to other locations where they aren't so kind. Maybe her coworker was sick today?‍ But I've been to this location before with only one employee behind the counter, so this might be the norm here. read more

I usually get served by the gentleman with the hat, and he has always been so nice. I'm always happy to see him because he provides such great service. However, today a young girl with glasses served me, and wow--she was so rude. I have no idea why I was treated that way, but it was really disappointing. My husband and I love this store. We drive from the missouri side just to come to this particular store because the owner/manager and her staff is super friendly, hard working and they are always on the ball-putting the customers first and they take the time to make sure our needs are met. Timely service.! We understand that the store is busy, however our needs are still met. Reasonable pricing considering our current economy and its a business and they have to make money and if they have to charge extra for something/package or whatever, it is not their fault that is just the times we are living in-but this store makes it happen for us every time we go there. Don't waste your time. Staff and especially owner/manager are extremely rude, and will rush customers. Every attempt at over charging/double dipping on charges will be made. I used this location numerous time for convenience only, but never again. Double charges, lost packages for UPS pickup, and final kicker was two cell phone trade ins the the staff insisted on packing together disregarding the Verizon instructions because they "do it all the time" was the kicker for me. Be warned: find somewhere else. read more

DISHONEST! We needed printing for our company...I mistakenly emailed the wrong store. Despite me specifically addressing the email to a different store owner...they replied to my requests, completed my print and charged me without ever admitting they were the wrong store! The store owners, Rick and Mary Stanley should rethink their business model! Lying by omission is still lying. I do not appreciate how this was handled. There is a great store near 87th and I-435....I highly recommend visiting Simon and his team any day! read more

I am a small business owner and also a regular UPS Store user and UPS Business account holder. Never in my life has anyone spoken to me the way store Manager, Mary did today. She refused to accept my packages as I had already called because "we are getting paid for all of this". I could not offer to pay a service fee are anything. I feel very sorry for the owner of this store, to have such a manager. I will simply use the UPS service center going forward and Mary simply just lost revenue for this store. Plus she earned and deserved this 1 star rating. read more

This review is for UPS delivery for Lenexa, Kansas. Friday, July 19th at 6:01 pm the UPS driver stopped in front of my house and I watched him throw both of my packages out the back of the truck onto the street. As I approached the driver to talk to him about it he threw my neighbors package (a large tv) over my packages into the street. Unfortunately my security cameras do not go that far into the street. I told him he was on camera so he got mad and we had words. He then threw, yes literally, my packages back onto his truck and told me UPS would never deliver to me again and drove away. I talked to his manager and she said they were friends and she had worked with him for a long time. They then sent my packages back to the supplier. So apparently nothing will happen. If anyone saw or has video of this please message me. Thanks. read more

Snotty and useless employees. I was sitting in my car waiting to bring a package in (finishing my smoke) and I saw this young gal, maybe 5' tall carrying these large boxes struggling to open the door, while the two female employees inside watched and giggled to themselves from behind the desk, essentially mocking the girls struggles. I got out of my car to help her myself, sad that this is the customer service we can expect from this UPS Store. Not all UPS stores are bad, the one on Metcalf down the street is fantastic. This one is just close to my work and on the way home, it's unfortunate how convenient it is. read more

Awful!!! I bought a groupon here to print my wedding invites. The guy seemed so nice and showed me a draft copy of them. When I got the final product, all the printing was smeared with shadows. NOT ACCEPTABLE!! This place says they print invites all the time and brags about how diverse they are. Do not use them for printing services for anything, ever!! read more

The store lost my package with Christmas gifts and then blamed it on "corporate" UPS, they have never called with an update on the status.

Wonderful service! I came in during a rush and everyone was so efficient and friendly. I felt bad i had the wrong address but Kasey helped me find the right one. Other shipping places I've been to have been rather impatient especially around the Christmas season but they were far from it.
