Drivers are absolutely rude. Blocked the entire road, refused to move over to allow other vehicles to pass. Advised me that he was working and I could f***ing wait until he was done. Omg! in seeing the other reviews... I see I am not alone. I currently have two packages "stuck" at the Macon FedEx facility. I placed two separate orders from Walmart.com and they have been stuck at the Macon FedEx location for almost a week! I have called the 1-800 number and received the same message "Ma'am you should be receiving your package today by 3:20". The status says the exact same thing every time, out for delivery then it will switch over to estimated delivery to the next day. It is so frustrating!!! FedEx Driver came to our home late evening 11/30/ 2024 and stated to my husband that he was unable to put all my packages on the truck and that they would be delivered the next day which was 12/01/2024. Fed Ex has constantly been sending an updated delivered date but have changed the date constantly when that date and time not met as they stated. I'm on my 4th day of waiting for a delivery for them to get a package to an apartment 10 miles away from their location. Given a four hour window for delivery something 10 miles! If they don't make the delivery window they change it to by end of day, 8pm. I was told it was out for delivery on August 4, 2023, waited from 10:30 am till 8:00pm. Out for delivery August 9, 2023, waited from 10:00 am till 8:00 pm. Out for delivery August 10, 2023, waited from 10:30 am till 8:30 pm. It's August 11, 2023, the delivery window is 10:30 am to 2:30 pm. It's a miracle, it arrived at 2:15pm. Very nice delivery guy. All throughout this Christmas season my packages have been stuck at this facility for weeks. Keeps saying it will be delivered today each day. I started ordering in early November. It's ridiculous. You should be able to have the option of NO STARS. The worst shipping company in the entire US. I have been waiting 25 days for a package from The North Face. Also a second package from the NorthFace is in "the wind" and a pet food order from Chewy has been sitting in the Macon Ga Fedex center as are the NorthFace merchandise. One item they say has been delivered but has not as a family member was home the entire day they indicated it was delivered and the picture of the item when they leave it is totally blank. Fedex will do NOTHING to investigate where the packages are and to add insult to injury neither will Chewy or The NorthFace make any attempts to call Fedex. So when you place an order with both companies they are done with you. Their responsibility stops but they make sure they hit your credit card the day the order is placed. On Monday January 20, 2025, I placed an order with an online retailer and paid $39.99 for 2 day express shipping, arriving on Wednesday January 22. on the morning of 1/22/25 I received an email saying that my delivery would arrive by noon. Noon came and went. I have a FedEx account that sends me updates via email or text but I received neither. My husband and I were preparing to leave town and the contents of my order were needed on our trip. We waited patiently all day. Eventually I got an update saying that the package would be delivered by end of day. We were all packed and loaded and decided to go out for dinner. An hour later we get back home.....NO PACKAGE. I stayed up until midnight waiting.....nothing. The package is now 12 hours late. On Thursday morning I have an email saying it would be arriving by noon. Noon comes and goes.....24 hours late. I looked up the phone number to the Macon Distribution Center which is where the tracking history indicates the package is currently.....conveniently there is no phone number published. I called 1-800 FedEx...a nice man tells me the package has not been scanned onto a truck. He calls the distribution center but no one answered! My husband and had to leave at that point for our trip. Hopefully it will be delivered before we return in a couple of days, but who knows.....Horrible Horrible Service. I will avoid FedEx at every opportunity going forward. FedEx, you only have one service that you provide and your not even good at it. Maybe instead of plastering your name and logo on every major advertising outlet available, maybe you should have an internal review of how bad your service is and come up with some solutions. read more

My package has been in Macon, GA for 5 days. Every day at 6:30pm the delivery status gets changed to the next day. With the exception of one notice due to weather, which is funny since we have not had any inclement weather. The package is currently out for delivery - but I have no doubt I will get a text at 5pm stating it will be delivered Monday. This is the worse service that we have had from FedEx in 8 months. Our previous driver always went out of his way and actually got his packages delivered -- even if it was 7pm. I am going to try and call the local number that someone listed below if the package doesn't come today, the 800 number is scripted and you can' talk to a manager or supervisor. read more

If I could select zero stars I would. A couple of weeks ago I went on a trip and had some very expensive perishable items shipped home. When I got home I called the company that shipped the item and saw that it was scheduled for delivery and was shipped "next day". It didn't show up that day. Two afternoons later it was delivered to my doorstep and all of the contents were ruined. The package was stamped perishable on all sides! I am a FedEx customer and this is the Middle Georgia shipping hub. There is nothing fancy about the location at all. If you need to ship something or pick something up, then all is well. Dumb as a box of rocks. Made an online purchase, they shipped it UNFORTUNATELY with fedex or is it FedUP? Package arrived in town about 5:30 a.m. on Sat. Tracking stated out for delivery. Nothing! Called Monday and was told a line about how they load the truck the day before delivery. So, they have twice as many trucks and it takes a day to load it? Also, found out that they don't do any deliveries on Monday. This is likely because they deliver on Saturday and don't have to pay overtime. Supposedly delivered but not to me on Tuesday, called the local office Wednesday morning to inquire. It went to a central call center and not the local store. The guy spoke English, if you can call that what it was and asked me if I'd looked behind the bushes? Huh? You going to hide my packages in bushes? Then he asked me if I'd went around to all the neighbors and asked if my package was there. I told this guy why should I go out in the rain to hunt down a package that was supposed to be delivered to my house. I inquired about it being here Saturday and they held onto it. Well, it wasn't scheduled for delivery until Tuesday. Let's back up. Not sure I understood him. Even though it was at the local FedUP facility since 5:30 a.m. on Sat. but scheduled to be delivered on Tuesday, they held onto the package for three days. Yes, I was told.
