I've only had one experience here, however it was wonderful. Rolando was so helpful and so efficient. He not only quickly retrieved the package, which was sent with an incorrect address on it. He also helped make sure the package got to the right place efficiently. This was a really time-sensitive delivery and what could have been a very stressful experience was smooth and easy because of his assistance and expertise. I just received my package from a representative of FedEx who was more concerned with dropping off a package rather delivering it to the correct location. I'm a disabled senior and cannot lift heavy packages (approx. 75 lbs) I walked out side and motioned he was at the wrong location (front of home); I live on the side of the home in a rented room. I motioned to the driver who had ran into his truck and pointed to the door was I was standing, he in turn pointed back at the front door and drove off. Mind you I was very explicit in my directions when I ordered the merchandise from Walmart. Needless to say neither FedEx nor this mongoloid of a driver will ever have to deliver anything to me in the future! Yesterday at 4pm I came into the store and one person was in front of me and said they've been waiting 5 minutes already and no one was in sight. We knocked on the door 3 different times and still no answer. I even had to call the store and no answer. 6 people waited patiently until a lady walks in and calls her manager stating that no one was there and then his (James) food is getting delivered and we are all waiting and he is on speaker phone giving the code to the food delivery driver instead of walking out and helping us. On top of that the girl who worked there was asking him for the code to get into the back and he couldn't even give her the correct code. She was just standing there until a super rude worker walks in. He was rude to say the least. He was yelling and treating every customer as if we were a burden to him. He was yelling "NEXT" while you're still being helped or even asking a question. He gave dirty looks to all of us and didn't want to give directions to the fed ex print center. read more

I have order many things through Amazon, UPS, USPS, Walmart even Temu and every package get left at my apartment door but comes FedEx and they don't even attempt to come in into my building. I have had a bad experience with this terrible FedEx service, by mistake I reprinted a return label that I had previously used, the thing is that I did not realize it, until I started following the tracking but FedEx accepted that label without caring. yep here comes another terrible review. Driver from this location "attempted" a delivery but claims nobody was at the location. (I was here the whole time). No knock, no phonecall, no text. Also, why not just drop off package? Never been an issue with just dropping it off with Amazon or USPS. No 'Delivery Attempted' sticker tag was even left on the door so I suspect the driver didn't even show up. Never thought i'd say this, but USPS and Amazon much better than Fedex these days read more

Stayed at a hotel for a production so couldn't print out any labels to send product back so they had to print out about 20 labels for me. Just left Fed Ex. Upon leaving the security guard waddled out from the loading dock exit and threw an empty bottle of water in the middle of the street. I hate litterbugs, so I walked up and picked up the bottle and said "excuse me, but you dropped this" and proceeded to hand him his discarded water bottle that he littered in the street. He looked at me super mortified that someone would actually dare call him out for his shite behavior and then I asked him "why would you litter like that? Isn't there a garbage can inside like 5 feet away? Why would you do that?" He then proceeded to give me crap for chin checking him and then once again threw the bottle in the street. So I went back and grabbed the bottle and threw it in his direction as he walked back inside to the loading bay. He then turned around and screamed "Bitch! Come back here! I will break you!!!" and proceeded to follow me back outside. I told him to please attempt to try it - as I would love to see a 300lb man "break" a 100lb woman and walked away. Now I'm on the phone with Fed Ex making a formal complaint against this jerk. FED EX - this person shouldn't be working for you and should NEVER be allowed to speak to your customers this way. Especially when he was in the wrong with his behavior the entire episode. Shame on you for employing someone who would threaten someone - especially a woman!!! - with violence when his decorum was questionable from the start. You have a littering, foul-mouthed and violent security guard and I now don't even want to ever have to go back here to pick up a package for fear this man will threaten me again. I always had good experiences with FedEx, until today. It was my first time coming to this location. I just wanted postage for a letter to the UK, something I've bought from other locations before. The man I dealt with spoke to me in a very demeaning way for not knowing where forms and supplies were located in their location. He waited until after I filled out a form to tell me it would be $69 to send a letter to the UK! When I asked how it could be that much if an international stamp is only a couple dollars, he said rudely, "This isn't the post office" and just went back to whatever he was doing before giving me and offhand "The post office is that way." It is really great to have a FedEx in Downtown Miami, but getting to this one by car is rather difficult. The easiest way to get to the location is going south on Miami Avenue; just hope that you don't accidentally get on the ramp going to I-95 or miss the building altogether. The only parking is on the side street and I am not even sure it is legal parking. With the latest pick-up in the area, I make allowances. At least the associates inside are jovial and helpful. As a side note, this is not a FedEx-Kinkos (sorry S Alicia S.) and this location is not in the Wachovia building (sorry Michelle C.) This is a big purple, stand-along building. read more

FedEx location is greatly located, in center of downtown (close by government center). Perfect for me since it makes for an 8 minute commute by foot-- if you wanted to travel via public transport, use the Metromover and exit on Third Street station. The place cannot be missed, corner spot with glass colored orange windows and purple columns on the outside. As you head inside, the place is small but there's plenty of space to get done what's needed--shipping your items. When shipping, you pretty much can come ready and head up to an employee to ship your package within a few minutes. If however you forgot to box your item, need tape, or just need to prep a package to ship, you can definitely do it in-store since they provide you with everything you need-- of course at a cost, which is inexpensive (ex: medium sized box about $3). When checking out, the process was fairly quick and with decent service. The wait time has always been short too; I don't know if its the time/day I go but its usually around noonish during the weekday (only 0-2 persons in front of me). Worst service ever. My packages automatically go to this office and the three times I've used them to deliver my packages overnight LOCALLY, it took them two days and it would have taken them longer had I not gone in person to the station and pulled my package out. One time they changed the label and didn't let me know so I couldn't trace the package. This last package I sent using them was stopped because, according to the FEDEX genius guy who left me a message, I had to come in person to show my ID since I was paying by credit card (???). I couldn't get to the station that day so they took three days to get my overnight package back to me. I will NEVER use them again. Awful service and clueless customer service. read more
