They still offer the best greeting cards around, but don't have much other merchandise. This location seems to have evolved with the times in an effort to keep up with the never ending stream of Amazon returns. All of the items I was returning were put into individual bags, which I appreciated (even though I wasn't keeping them). Be careful in the parking lot. It's cramped, and people zoom in and out pretty quickly.

I love just being able to walk in and hand off my package, no waiting in line or needing a receipt, just a friendly "dropping off?" and "you can set it there" and off I go. I also mail out cookies to my grandparents every Christmas and have often used Copy Pack Post to send them out. Only had one mishap (not on their end--Colorado postal worker left the package on the ground next to the mailbox instead of taking it to the door and animals got to it), but they were great about helping file a claim.

He needed some stock and so we had 5 boxes of merchandise shipped via UPS to the Post Office in Mt. Pleasant. We have NEVER had an issue like the one we had today. Wally went in to pick up his boxes and Albert (the head clerk) extorted $110.15 out of him for USPS fees because we did not send them that way. Wally had picked up a box sent via UPS from there 2 days before with no charge, so why a charge today? I spoke with a nice gentleman at UPS in Burlington and he told me that there should never be a "pick-up" charge at the post office for UPS parcels because they pay to have USPS deliver packages for them from time to time. This is a black eye on an institution that already has problems, without adding a power trip from the clerk to them. Also, the post master came from the back during a heated discussion over this to reinforce the extortion amount. My father paid, because he needed his boxes, but I am going to dispute it with our credit card company. Anyway, after reading the google reviews (and leaving one of my own) for this post office I can see that the customer service there is an ongoing problem.

I never had anything break when they mailed it for me. I retired in 2021 and moved out of state. If I could transfer this entire store down here to Tennessee, I would sure do it. Our post offices here locally close by noon every day. We don't have a Mailboxes or Goin' Postal store within 20 miles.
